When I brought the car back, the inspector didn't immediately look at it but instead went STRAIGHT back to the office to retrieve a reflection panel and magnifying glass. She then claimed there were hail damages, which were not visible to the naked eye. This inspection is totally a setup. As I didn't encounter hail throughout my rental and the car was in the garage most of the time. My guess is that the car had those minor dents before I picked it up, especially since I initially picked up the car in the dark. And of course, they were not using reflection panel and magnifying glass to examine the care when I picked it up. The process is like a SETUP, as the inspector's method seemed excessive for what are typically normal wear and tear issues not easily visible without special equipment. Overall, this experience left me feeling worried about this store and renting from Enterprise in the future. I hope this review helps others to be cautious about this store in their future rentals.

I rented a full sized vehicle at this location last week and ran into some maintenance problems with the car that needed to be addressed. I called to inquire about swapping the vehicle and was told their vehicle inventory at the local branch office was low and nothing in my class was available. Expectation wise they fell short and this was not the experience I would typically associate with their brand. I spoke with Tanner at the location and he was able to go above and beyond in order to correct things after giving him a detailed list of problems with the vehicle. He went ahead and deducted the one-way fee off the rental for my inconvenience which is exactly why I will keep renting from Enterprise in the future as they are customer centric by listening to my concerns. I would say that my rental car trouble was a one-off as a result of a very busy Thanksgiving week and not a representative reflection of all vehicles on their lot. Hence I am giving them a benefit of a doubt here since the experience overall with the branch has been very courteous. Now they are in McKinney and we are in Plano, and they offered to still pick us up, but by then we would have missed our flight - so we said no thanks - and we drove to the airport in our car and had to utilize expensive Valet parking in order to have enough time to get through security and catch the flight. The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.

They delivered a gas one and when I called the answer was well you signed the contract. I double checked dates and price who thought to look for gas. They did replace it with an electric. On the 3rd day the cart had no power thought I wasn't going to make it a block and going maybe 2 mph. Called them it was going to be 2-3 days to replace it. With that kind of service, we were looking at buying a golf cart from them, but have no confidence and their staff. They charge me for the full 10 days even though I had them come pick up the cart.
