The roof vent covers on our 2015 19' motorhome had become somewhat brittle from the weather and took a severe beating during a 1200 mile move to Texas. I took it into Luxury Coach Services where they ordered the parts. The next morning the parts were in and were installed in less than 15 minutes after I arrived. I was treated with the utmost respect, friendliness and courtesy by Dodie, the owner, as well as other office & service people. The service and cost were both excellent. I was charged $800 per hour for labor on every single repair that was done on my coach including installation of light bulbs, a door strut that broke the first time the door was opened and simple Dometic switch for my air conditioning. Don't let the name fool you! Meaning you DON'T have to have a luxury coach to get service here. They do expertise in those awesome big buses but are happy to help with big or small. My husband and I own a class C and we're a little intimidated when we first stopped in for some much needed repairs and we were instantly welcomed in and were treated like family. I absolutely love that Dodie the owner is very hands on and knows what is going on with every rig in his care. The smiling faces at the front lobby to the professional knowledge and care from the techs deserve 5stars 's. Ok I'm sure if you are a full timer you have all heard the horror stories of Rv service. Well final a shop that does what it's says and is 100% about customers satisfaction. These guys are amazing. I had multiple issues from leaks to generator not working and they fix it all on time as they guaranteed. If you are in the Dallas area this is the only option that you can count on. We've stored our RV with Premier Park Place RV in Rockwall for about 18 months & use Luxury Coach Services for washing, service, tire/brake checks, etc... as they are attached in the same building. Both groups have been so fantastic! Brad, Marc, and everyone on the Luxury Coach side are so accommodating, friendly, and just make your life so easy. You don't even have to take your RV anywhere for service, they just handle everything right there - storage & service under one roof. It could not be more convenient or more pleasant. This place is like the Taj Mahal of storage facilities!!! Sadly, we are selling our RV, but if we ever purchase another we'll be right back here for sure. Interesting experience. I had an older RV that had been damaged by rats. I called Luxury Coach to arrange the repairs and right off was asked if the damage was covered by my insurance company. It was, and I told Doddy that. He told me a story about a Provost where they had to do $180k in rat repairs and asked me how how old my RV was, what it was worth, whether the insurance company was going to total or repair. I gave him the value of the RV and said the insurance company would decide rather to total or not. He told me that he constantly has RVs in from rodent damage, but then hemmed and hawed and said he didn't have room for my RV right then, but call back in 2 weeks to get it scheduled. I called back in 2 weeks and he told me I'd have to call back again in another 7 or 8 days. I called back. He then went through the whole thing again - how much is your RV worth, will it be repaired or totaled, retold the story of how he just did a $180k repair to a Provost over rats, and so on. He then asked if the rats were still in the RV. I said I doubt it, but it was possible. He then said they'd have to put it outside while the weren't working on it, and I said that was fine. He then said, "okay, well I said we'd look at your RV, and I'm a man of my word, so let me call you Friday (it was Tuesday) and we'll be able to schedule the drop off." At this point, it was pretty plain he had zero interest in making the repairs on our motorhome. I had him on speaker during the call and there were 3 of us listening and just shaking our heads at him trying to get out of looking at/fixing the RV. In the meantime, our insurance company had already called him twice and he gave them the same song and dance. On Thursday, he called and said he was very sorry to tell me his technician quit the day before(Wednesday) and he would not be able to help us with the repair. I almost laughed out loud and would have if we hadn't been waiting to get my motorhome to his facility for about a month based on his promises. If you've been by Luxury Coach, you know there is more than one person there that repairs RVs. Given the number of RVs damaged by rodents in the area and how he "constantly sees RV with rodent damage" I'm also pretty sure there is more than 1 person there that works on RV's with rodent damage. Doddy, next time just say "We don't like to work on RV's where we can't bill at least $30,000 in repairs" or whatever your magic number is ($180k??) Save everybody, including yourself, time and difficulty. I would have given it a one star review for wasting a month of time except his excuse for not taking the RV was so ridiculous I had him to give him an extra star for coming up with a creative lie he thought would be plausible enough to get him out of taking our RV for repairs. I can just see him with smoke coming out of his ears trying to figure out how to get out of looking at my RV. I will say, in his defense, our RV is worth maybe $13k or so and he's got a great big facility and I'm sure his overhead is huge and I get that he wants to focus his time on big, expensive repairs. It's easy to just say "We have a minimum repair of $X required." Why go to the trouble of making up a lie to get out of work? It's just silly. read more

This Service Center is the best organized and honest repair facility I have experienced. Everyone is on the same page and all work as a team. They were very nice and friendly and the tech walked me to my motorhome and showed me something I did not know. I was very impressed with the complete process. We stored our motorcoach with Premier Park Place, located next to Luxury Coach Services, this past winter. We had work done with Luxury Coach Services overseen by Dodie Pratz. What can you say about perfection? The entire process was fantastic from the first meeting and description of what we wanted done to the detailed follow-up provided by Dodie along the way. Today, we picked up our coach and experienced a problem (of our own doing) about 100 miles out. We called Dodie for advice and he was ready to drop everything and get a tech to us. We eventually got it solved without that, but it shows you how he is willing to go the extra mile to keep customers satisfied.
