We just purchased a 16' Funtime Camper from Funtown RV Rockwall in coordination with Funtown RVCorsicana. It was an al day ordeal but a very informative and good experience overall. Our salesman from Funtown RV Rockwall was Mr. Michael Wagoner and he was very very helpful, cordial, polite, and informative. This is our very first RV, and he was a professional in every way. After shopping several different dealerships throughout the DFW area I have to convey that their services were exceptional and again, I want to thank Michael for his assistance in making it an overall great experience. read more

Fun Town RV Dallas - Our new recreational trailer - RV Dealers Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

We love our 2026 Brinkley Z3515. Unfortunately, we did NOT love the experience of buying it from Fun Town RV. We initially worked with the Waco/Hewitt location with sales rep, Damian Kenyan, sales manager Chris Houston, and regional sales director Todd Saylors after finding a Z3515 through Brinkley's website. After that unit sold, we paid a $1,030 deposit to hold another unit and were told it would be rerouted so we could see and inspect it at our scheduled Waco appointment on March 7, 2026. The DAY BEFORE, we were told we would instead have to drive to Giddings--hours out of our way. We asked them to honor the Waco arrangement we made before paying our deposit, but they refused, saying moving the RV wasn't "cost effective." After several frustrating conversations with upper management, we walked away from Waco and contacted Fun Town Dallas/Rockwall ourselves. Sales Manager Benny Black agreed to transfer the same RV to Dallas, honor the Waco pricing and transfer our deposit, provided we completed financing first. We agreed and were easily approved. I mean it wasn't cost effective in Waco, but Dallas it was fine?! Our experience in Dallas was better in some ways, but still disappointing. When we arrived for our inspection, the slides were out while the RV wasn't properly leveled. My husband owns an RV repair company and has 28 years of industry experience and questioned this. Benny attributed the practice to a Brinkley representative, whom we later contacted directly and who told us he had NOT given Benny that guidance. Our inspection found only a few minor issues--which speaks well for Brinkley--but none of the items written on the inspection were repaired, nor was the RV washed, after they learned my husband owns an RV repair company. Our original deal also included a GEN-Y hitch valued at over $2,500. When that wasn't available, we agreed to substitute a washer/dryer combination, which actually saved the dealership money. Two people DO deserve recognition: our Dallas salesperson, Brandon Nguyen, was extremely pleasant, accommodating and professional. Luis in finance was also knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with during our calls and signing. What really bothered me was learning that my understanding was Brandon had to split his commission with Damian Kenyan from Waco. If accurate, that's extremely disappointing considering we contacted Dallas ourselves after the Waco transaction fell apart. Brandon was the salesperson who actually worked with us and helped complete the purchase. Finally, when we took possession on March 28, Dallas initially wasn't going to provide a starter kit even though Fun Town's website indicated one was included. I had to specifically ask Benny Black for it and was initially told our purchase didn't come with one. Only after I mentioned that I would include this in my fair and honest review did the issue get addressed. Bottom line: We LOVE our Brinkley Z3515. Our problem is with the dealership experience, not the RV. For a purchase of this size, customers shouldn't have to repeatedly push for commitments to be honored or items to be provided as represented. Brandon and Luis were bright spots and deserve credit, but the overall experience left us extremely disappointed in Fun Town RV. My advice: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING--price, location, deposit terms, accessories, repairs and anything promised. Screenshot what their website says is included, and absolutely have your RV independently inspected before signing or taking possession. read more

Bonner was amazing to work with . I saw him on Wednesday, texted him questions throughout the week and came back today to buy from him. He's been responsive and knowledgeable. The general manager was also great. I told them what I needed, my budget, and not once did they try to upsell me or talk me into something I didn't want. Will definitely buy all my future RVs from here. read more

Bonner was a huge help the whole team really! They are very knowledgeable answering all our questions. Thank yall so much!

Had a great experience purchasing our first RV today with Dana Boyle. He took the time to show us many travel trailers and explained all the features with great detail. We didn't purchase any they had in stock, but purchased one from a different Fun Town dealership. Dana took the time to contact them and even though they were closed they were willing to go in and take video of the unit. Great experience and we look forward to picking up our new trailer! Thank you Dana for all of your great help!! Scott and Kelly! read more

We recently had solar panels installed on our trailer after purchasing it from Funtown RV, and while the install took a little longer than expected, the entire experience was fantastic. The communication throughout the process was excellent--Justin, our salesman, really took the lead and kept us updated every step of the way. When we picked up our trailer, we were impressed to find it freshly washed and cleaned up, with the tires shining like new! The attention to detail and customer service was truly above and beyond. Service and communication like this are hard to come by. We would absolutely buy from Funtown RV again and again. Let the referrals begin--thank you, Funtown RV! read more

I recently purchased a Brinkley 3515 from Fun Town RV in Fate, Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Dana Boyle, my salesman, was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through multiple models, clearly explained the differences, and patiently showed me features without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Dana really knows the product line and made sure I understood what would best fit my needs, which made the decision process enjoyable and stress-free. I also worked closely with Colt Brown, the Sales Manager, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Colt was competitive right out of the gate and worked with me on pricing across two different models I was considering. What really stood out was how well he listened to my concerns, answered questions honestly, and focused on finding the right solution instead of just pushing a sale. That level of attention and customer care is exactly what you want from a sales manager. During the process, Benny Black, the General Manager, stepped in for Colt a couple of times and was just as impressive. Benny worked with me on the very aggressive price I came in with on the 3515 and helped make that deal happen. Between Benny and Colt, they both went above and beyond to make sure I got an exceptional price and felt confident in the final numbers. I wrapped up the purchase with Kross Blakley, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth. Kross was open, transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions about additional warranties without any pressure whatsoever. He made everything quick, easy, and painless--exactly how financing should be. Over the course of this RV purchase, I've become a very shrewd buyer, and I can honestly say that Fun Town RV in Fate, Texas exceeded my expectations. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford, and with complete confidence that I made a great purchase. If you're looking to buy an RV and you're anywhere near the Fate area, Fun Town RV should absolutely be your one-stop shop. And if you're not near Fate, I highly recommend finding a Fun Town RV location close to you. Highly recommended! read more
