I purchased a Class B - Grech Strada from McClains (Rockwall) in April 2024. Salesman Steve Cathey helped me throughout the entire process and made the purchase experience relaxed and fun. Steve has a great personality and very knowledgable on the Grech quality and history. Right after the purchase, my wife and I made a trip to Tennessee and back to Texas. (This Grech has every conceivable feature and g ) Upon our return, I returned my RV to McClains for a minor repair and met the GM Brad Wilkinson along with service tech Trey Cluck. They were all truly outstanding, positive and very professional. I've purchased several RV's in my life, but never had a more pleasant experience than the Rockwall McClains staff. They're the absolute best in the RV world!

The wrinkled trim that needed replaced, replaced with scratched trim. Note the side trim has a new notch.

Great service and support for a newbie. Helped out when a family crisis delayed our pickup date. Love our Transcend xplor.

When we returned from our trip we brought back the rv. Where it sat and sat. Finally he said he could not fix but... he had a friend that can fix. Well we went from seeing the rv everyday sit to across the street where it sat and sat and sat. After about another month we asked what is going on in. Tomas said they were waiting for the parts. Finally we got tired of our rv just sitting there and picked it up. To this day we ask for our money back, buts never gonna happen. I just wish I knew why it's ok for rv places to keep our rv's forever. But car places are typically so much more quicker to make repairs The parts never came and we never got what we paid for. We took our current RV in for repacking the bearings and waxing the unit. Jan 14 Completed the work within a couple of days. Unfortunately had to replace all bearings and seals. I asked he save the bearings for my review, and he did. I always want to see the items I'm told needed replacing. Tomas has replaced small things I missed, and knew were an issue. And advised on costs after inspection, getting approval prior to replacing.

After five years as a rental I was expecting signs of normal wear and tear but what I found was much worse. In addition to the normal wear and tear, the subfloor was obviously and completely destroyed. But even worse, the entire skylight unit is missing. This was a gorgeous skylight with an insect screen as well as day and night shades. All gone; and in its place there's a piece of plastic. I'm dumbfounded and heartbroken. We never should have trusted them with such an expensive piece of equipment. Response to Quest's comment: yes, our RV was three years old when we put it into your fleet...and it had *less than 6,000 miles* on it. It was never stored out in the weather by us, and the skylight was clearly fine when our vehicle entered your fleet. Why, while in your care, was the skylight allowed to dry rot and crack from weather exposure to the point that it couldn't be repaired, and/or further damage prevented? And the floor...I'm guessing that wasn't noticed until our warranty ran out? Damage that severe, unnoticed for so long? If it was, indeed, the manufacturer's fault for not putting enough supports under the subfloor, it should have been apparent much sooner. But it takes a lot of time and effort to have warranty repairs made, right? Something you promised you'd take care of. Lastly, Mark did not decline the replacement and opt for the "repair" that was completed. It was never addressed, and he noticed the skylight was gone only when he was halfway home between Dallas and Colorado (his very costly mistake). Our loss, your gain. The point of my review is only to provide our experience so people can decide for themselves whether they want to entrust their very expensive, valuable RV equipment into your care.
