I had the pleasure of using AmeriCar Limo this week. Unexpected change of plans forced me to return…read morehome earlier than expected and had heard of this company from many associates that travel frequently and they had nothing but rave reviews. When I called in to check availability and prices, I was greeted by the most pleasant man that promptly took my details and offered a very competitive quite from DFW to my home. The minute we landed back in DFW, my phone buzzed and I received a text from my driver where I was to be met. A new spotless Lincoln awaited my arrival. I was fortunate to have Ed, the owner, as my driver and it was a lovely 40 min ride. I guess one of the largest complaints people have about Limo services is they are not timely or flat out no-show on you. My associates rave about their prompt and consistent service - kudos to AmeriCar Limo! I will spread the word and definitely use your services again! Thank you!

I have had several drivers in the past but this gentleman was above and beyond. Picked the family up at 3:00 a.m. for our outbound flight. He was early, prepared and professionally dressed. Best of all got us there on time! For the return, he had my flight information and tracked it so he knew it was going to be delayed before I could even contact him and let him know. He was waiting right outside of the baggage claim with the trunk open and all the doors ready, water is for us, TV's going for the kids as well as dressed in a fancy suit. Extremely professional, great conversation and amazing vehicles. I would highly recommend him! https://aatransportations.com/

At the same time I made those arrangements, I also made arrangements for a pickup at Love Field on Oct. 29 to take me home. I never heard another word from them. On Oct. 28th, I texted them 3 times asking for communication about my return trip. On the morning of the 29th, I called them 3 times before my return plane took off at 1:30 and only got a message machine. No return call. When I got to Love Field, they of course, were not there. I had to scramble to find a ride back to Wylie. I will never use Rockwall Shuttle again and would not recommend them to anyone! Linda G

My flight was originally supposed to be landing at 5:45am, but our driver (George) was already there when we arrived 25 minutes early, waiting for me at baggage curbside. I didn't even need to call to inform them of my early arrival, they were watching my flight status. Very courteous, and there was complimentary water and other refreshments available for us inside the town car. I even got a small discount for being a new, first time user of their services. Hurrah, Yellow Rose Ride saved the day!…read more After a long, grueling flight (seriously, those seats are built for who - surely, not normally sized humans), and dragging my half-ton of shoes and clothes for a 4-day visit behind me, wadded into a Samsonite that remarkably was up to the task, I arrived at limo pick up. Despite a few less-than-kind messages left by me for my long-suffering driver Amir during the search, the limo and I found each other at Dallas Love Airport (where apparently signage is considered for the weak ...). Forty-five minutes later, Amir (yay Amir), no doubt terrified into silence by my rantings and ravings about the state of air travel today (definitely NOT glamorous) delivered me to my destination, handed me my luggage, and still smiling (no doubt with triumph at having survived ... well ... me) left. Yay Amir! Yay Yellow Rose!! Exactly what I needed: timely, helpful, and fast. Also tolerant of my ravings at the end of a long trip, but that's a different post. Definitely recommend.
