If I could give this business 100 stars, I would. This business is run by Sean and Norma Johnson and you cannot find more caring and wonderful people to do business with. I highly recommend this business to anyone. On December 26, 2023, I reached out to over 10 non ambulatory companies to help me take my husband to his doctor. I realized that morning that my husband needed more help than I could offer. (I had a fractured shoulder and was thinking that Uber could do this - I was very wrong as they are strictly point to point and no assist for non ambulatory patients). I could not drive at this time as my fractured arm was in a sling. The only company that called me back was Sean at Door2Door. Sean showed up on time, helped my husband with his wheelchair (it was a very physical feat at the time as my husband was very weak) and delivered us on time into the doctor's office. He then returned to pick my husband up after the appointment. That night, our doctor called and my husband had to be re-admitted into the hospital immediately. Sean came back that evening (late) to take us to Presbyterian Hospital and helped my husband get settled into the emergency room. I was planning on Ubering back and forth to the hospital each day and Sean offered to do this for me as he felt it was going to be late hours and he was concerned for my safety. For the next month, until January 20, Sean drove me back and forth to the hospital each day and on January 20, 2024, brought my husband home. During this time, he helped with a burned out front door light, helped me with large bags (I was doing my husband's laundry at night) , stopped at the pharmacy, helped me with faucet covers for the freezing temperatures, fixed my husband's wheelchair, always helped me to my door at night and was always on time. He even brought a few delicious meals he cooked and bought a Mod Pizza for me. The food at the rehab was really bad. The caring this business offered me was like family and I hope to stay friends with them forever. Their business is family run and they take great pride in offering excellent service. I am so deeply grateful for having them come to my aid when I really needed an "angel" at Christmas time. read more

With a week from Christmas Door2Door decided to take my money for no services rendered. I got an invoice on Monday to pay for my kids transportation fee 162.00 for the week. After a long day of travel out of town for work I forgot to pay the invoice. I woke up and immediately sent my payment. I wasn't notified that they decided to not pick up my children and the company know I'm solely depending on them to transport my babies to school. My children were being unenrolled from their school to come with me, so I advised Norma since they didn't pick them up she didn't have to worry about the one day because the would be flying here to me. She ignored my calls and my messages about my children looking out the window for two hours waiting to be picked up from school. She took it upon herself to go to pickup my kids the next day after I stressed not to pick them up. she charged me for the entire week and is refusing to pay me my money. They are blood thirsty for money it's not about the kids clearly. I never missed a payment and no bad representation at all. I didn't like what my kids experienced and just wanted to cut tie. read more

My wife and I used Door2Door for a very, very early morning pick up from DFW and their service was fantastic! Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating. Our driver Sean was on time, followed our flight information, and knew exactly where to pick us up. He was courteous, helpful, the vehicle had plenty of room for our luggage and it was exceptionally clean. And, importantly, he was an excellent driver. The rate was extremely fair as well. The best transportation option out there!!!!!! The owners are awesome and go way above and beyond. I highly recommend them. They assisted my neighbors to multiple doctor and hospital visits during the past two months. On February 29th 2024 we had the pleasure to ride with Sean and Norma Johnson with door-to-door transportation to Austin for a doctor's appointment. They were on time for pickup, their car was immaculate, And they were the most pleasant pair ever had the chance to meet. They got us to our destination in Austin on time actually before time and were there to pick us up on time when the appointment was over. And they got us back home safely. Norma and Sean go above and beyond. I booked their service online from Alaska. We communicated via text, it was easy and convenient for me. They are on time, or early. The communication is timely, giving a confidence that your ride is there for you no matter what. They have comfortable, clean, and upscale vehicles, but, the most important quality is that they are kind and caring to their clients.
