Me and my coworker used this service today to get from the hotel to our airport. Uber was…read moreunavailable so we had to use Yellow Cab. It's been a long while since I used a cab. The price was a bit expensive but not the worst in the world compared to a ride share. Our issue was the driver and the vehicle. The driver was falling asleep behind the wheel, the vehicles engine was dying. There were times where the taxi was shaking and we'd be going from 65 to 45 mph randomly. The worst part was after we got dropped off at the airport. The vehicle ran out of gas. We at least got our receipt and we were on our way so the rest was history

**AVOID***AVOID***AVOID***…read more Where to start... I took two very simple trips with this company. One from the DFW airport to my hotel in Market Center. And another two miles down the street from my hotel in the morning. First, they don't honor the flat rates stated on the website. When you talk to the driver, they act like they don't understand what you are taking about. Then, they won't even honor the higher estimated fare you get while using the app. They charge extraneous fees for "waiting" when they do not wait on you at all. They clearly start the clock the minute they drive onto the property, not when they pick you up. The driver missed an exit and charged me for it. He actually asked me where to go and he had a GPS right in front of him. You can't be serious. He actually kept the clock running while he found a parking spot at the hotel and maneuvered to back into the spot. I was laughing. The guy overcharged me $22. Then, a mysterious charge for $10 shows up on my bank statement from "Curb Dallas Taxi," an app which I never used but that you find advertised in the taxi when you get in. Still scratching my head on that one. There is zero customer support. The number provided on your receipt is the number for booking and it's automated. The email provided for credit card disputes? You can email them, but they won't respond. I have email tracking that shows they opened it. The most that helps me is with the dispute I will make with my credit card company. It's a free-for-all I'm telling you. If you don't care about what you are charged and just need to get somewhere, take Yellow Cab Dallas. If you do care about your money, take an Uber.

I have…read morenot taken a cab in years because the last time I did they left me for about 5 hours overnight at Walmart before a cab came for me. I am a disabled U.S.M.C. Veteran and I do not drive. I have 5 upcoming Vet appointments in Seagoville Tx. and needed to get them in for check - ups. I called Cowboy Cab and told them how I was treated in the past and ask if they have improved customer relations and they assured me they have. My appointment was at 11:15 at the Vet Hospital and Cowboy never showed up or even had the respect and consideration to tell me they simply were not coming. When I called Cowboy at the same time my Appointment was suppose to be the guy says well thats why you need to keep calling and checking wtf. So the Vet Hospital rescheduled me for a 1:45 p.m. appointment and I called Yellow Cab and told them how Cowboy Cab treated me and the lady even apologized for them and said she would even call me when they were on the way to pick us up lol I waited until 1:35 p.m. and they never showed up or had the respect or consideration to call me. Do you realize how unfair it was to have an appointment taking up their time that another sick animal could have been seen and then just not show up. I think the problem is the drivers can pick the fairs they choose and screw you to the others where they might make less money on the fair. My trips to the Vet would have been 3 - 4 miles only. After the treatment I received today from Cowboy Cab and Yellow Cab I would be afraid to take another cab the rest of my life. I had to do a lot of work today getting ready for my trip to the Vet Hospital.
