Now they are in McKinney and we are in Plano, and they offered to still pick us up, but by then we would have missed our flight - so we said no thanks - and we drove to the airport in our car and had to utilize expensive Valet parking in order to have enough time to get through security and catch the flight. It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. They are prompt, easy to coordinate with & have some of the best vehicles on the road. As a treat we used to take their stretch limos to DFW airport to embark on a trip to a favorite resort in Mexico or on a cruise. We would enjoy a bottle of cold champagne with cheese & crackers on the 40 min drive over there. We loved to start our vacations as soon as possible! Although we still drink champagne we have scaled down our transportation to their luxurious black Lincoln Navigator. The drivers always contact us with their ETA when they're on their way & are always on time & polite. We probably hire them twice a year for trips to the airport & couldn't be happier with their level of service.
