Used Frisco Black Car service for a surprise birthday party. The owner Jack responded to all my questions about pricing and suggested some of the best places in Dallas for our night. He made the booking process quick, easy and stress free. We used their party bus which was fully equipped with Ice, waters, amazing lighting, comfortable seats, TV's & microphones . We didn't know if we should upgrade to the karaoke package but after being in the bus for a few min it was a no brainer. The driver gave us a few microphones and set the tv screen to sing along to all our favorite songs. We were a repeat customer who worked directly with the owner. I never received an invoice or contract, yet after the service, he demanded money for an additional fee. I informed them I was unaware of and would need to collect money from the 40 others. That is when the owner became extremely aggressive and condescending, saying it was " common knowledge" and that because we lived in a high-end area, "we could handle it." When I responded that his response was inappropriate and uncalled for, he began threatening me. I paid the additional fee to get him to leave me alone and told him never to contact me again. But then he responded, demeaning me and the group and demanding we remove our negative reviews or he would take legal action. Writing a review is freedom of speech. This was my personal and honest experience, and I have the right to inform others of my experience. All in all, the company has been a nightmare, wasting so much time and energy. Never being to Dallas, I was seeking transportation services for 40-60 people. The company I work for was holding their first big conference and as a part of the two day conference our VIP ticket holders were taken on a Day In Dallas tour. I worked with Jack to get a vehicle set up for an anniversary celebration night for my hubby and I. Jack was great to work with and we ended up getting upgraded to a larger vehicle (a Sprinter instead of a Limo!) which actually made the night even more fun- being able to walk in and out of the Sprinter rather than scoot over in a limo was great! This was a very disappointing wedding day vendor. Everything seemed great until the shuttle bus arrived for our wedding with some of the wedding party followed by a stretch limo. Without communicating to anyone there was a switch occurring. After multiple calls to the owner we finally found that there was a "mechanical issue" with the shuttle. As a bride on my wedding day the last thing I wanted to do 20 minutes before I walk down the aisle is figure out why there was a change. I informed the owner that per our original conversation when booking I needed a shuttle bus due to elderly family members being unable to get in/out of a stretch limo easily. After multiple phone calls and conversations the shuttle reappeared. I asked the owner how he planned on making up for the lost 20+ minutes arguing over the situation that was never communicated. He stated that he could not extend the ride as he had someone else to pick up 30 min after our time was over in the same shuttle with a "mechanical issue". His suggestion was that he could give us a free 15 minutes on our next ride. Why would I ever book with this company again? I have been on party buses previously, but they were much nicer - hence my higher expectations. The driver called only after I texted to ask if he was close by.** I rented a party bus for a birthday party. The driver was a few minutes late but did not notify us. When the owner texted later to ask if everything was ok, I informed him that I was disappointed we didn't receive a heads up that the driver was running behind. Regardless of how late or what is deemed allowable within your terms and conditions, it is courteous to notify your customer that you will not be pulling up right at the appointed time. I understand it is Dallas, it is Saturday, and there is traffic - but you should call. It's the right thing to do. He proceeded to text a very long defensive paragraph regarding their terms and conditions and what happens if the party bus rental time goes over, which I found to be extremely unnecessary. I was disappointed we were not notified - I did not allege they weren't complying with the contract, nor was I asking for anything extra at all. This could have been resolved with a very simple apology and acknowledgement they should have called, but instead, the owner chose to exacerbate the situation further while I was trying to enjoy my birthday activities. The party bus itself was old and rattled a lot. The sound wasn't great. The ride wasn't smooth. The tint was peeling. Half the lights inside didn't work. It was branded with another company's logo. Make sure you clearly state your intentions and your expectations when working with Frisco Black Car! We booked the party bus for my bachelor party to take us from our house to Deep Ellum (just about a 30 minute ride). We paid for the full exclusive 8 hours (12pm-8pm). The driver was prompt and the ride to Deep Ellum was fine (not a smooth ride, though). However, after a late night on Friday, we decided to call it an early day and asked the driver if he could come take us home early (around 6pm) within our 8-hour exclusive window that we paid for. We were told that the driver could not come until after 8pm now (for one reason or another)... we paid for the exclusive service ($200 an hour). In any event, because he couldn't provide the service we paid for, we canceled the ride home and requested a refund since decided to just take multiple Ubers to avoid waiting 2+ hours for the bus. Since they did not perform the other half of the service, we expected a refund of 1/2 the money. Jack would not agree to that. After much back and forth and mentioning he would get his attorney involved, we agreed to a $500 refund. It's been 3+ weeks and we have not received the money. After multiple check-ins, Jack claimed they refunded the wrong group and he would Zelle me the money. It's been another 6 days with no refund and Jack has gone silent and has not responded for almost a week after a call and a couple texts. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! First, i want to say i've used Frisco Black before and it was great. This time the service was horrible. This was for my sisters bachelorette party which really had me upset. I was supposed to get the Karaoke party bus but was told 30 minutes before pickup that the machine was broke. Mind you we paid $995 for a karaoke bus. I was then referred to a karaoke bar in Dallas not knowing we had to pay an additional $120 for the room they put us in. NO ONE told me before hand that there would be a charge. The party bus was supposed to hold 24 people, there were 22 and it was a tight squeeze. There again dissappointed. Also, i was told there would be bags of ice and cups, it wasn't any. The driver stopped by the store and picked up 1 bag of ice and 1 pkg of cups for 22 ladies. I had to come off more money for those items. As stated earlier is was for my sisters bachelorette party and i wasn't going to let this hiccup ruin it. Frisco Black did refund me a $100, however i don't think that was enough and Jack know it wasn't, but it's ok I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! read more
