I had a last minute idea to surprise my friend with a nice ride to go wedding dress shopping. With two days to find something, I googled and called at least 8 places checking availability and pricing. When I came across Frisco Black Car, I called and spoke to the owner Jack. He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He talked to us, made us laugh and was very engaging, even remembering the Brides name. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'll definitely be booking again!!! read more

We were a repeat customer who worked directly with the owner. I never received an invoice or contract, yet after the service, he demanded money for an additional fee. I informed them I was unaware of and would need to collect money from the 40 others. That is when the owner became extremely aggressive and condescending, saying it was " common knowledge" and that because we lived in a high-end area, "we could handle it." When I responded that his response was inappropriate and uncalled for, he began threatening me. I paid the additional fee to get him to leave me alone and told him never to contact me again. But then he responded, demeaning me and the group and demanding we remove our negative reviews or he would take legal action. Writing a review is freedom of speech. This was my personal and honest experience, and I have the right to inform others of my experience. All in all, the company has been a nightmare, wasting so much time and energy. I would not use it again or recommend it to others. If you are looking for a respectful car service, there are MANY others to choose from! read more

Contacted Frisco Black Car through Yelp and received a lightning fast reply from Jack. Needed a limo to handle a dozen prom-bound seniors...and Frisco Black Car came through! Great communication from Jack the entire time as we were running up to the pickup day, then on the day of prom he followed up with the driver's name and cell number, and then finally a text when the driver had arrived. The kids all said it was a fantastic time and a definite five stars from them! I have another daughter heading to prom in two years, so I know who I am calling next time, too! Hopefully there will be an opportunity to use them prior to that. Great to have a reliable option in Collin County! read more

We will NOT be using again. The owner has been extremely rude to deal with. If you do go through this company, make sure you get a written contract. We will be sure to steer our friends away from this company in the future! read more

Never being to Dallas, I was seeking transportation services for 40-60 people. The company I work for was holding their first big conference and as a part of the two day conference our VIP ticket holders were taken on a Day In Dallas tour. We took our VIP gusts to Att stadium for a tour and 3 course meal and cocktails, and ended the day at Kings Spa (if you haven't been there yet treat yourself, it's a must go!) After requesting quotes, Jack responded with his spritely personality. His customer service stood out above everyone else. Jack immediately sent photos of his different size and luxury vehicles, as well as different options for the possibility of our group size changing. The photos were clear and showed both the type of luxury vehicle, style, and seating type. For what I was looking for, he offered limo style party buses and front facing-style party buses too. I paid a deposit upon rental of two 30 passenger luxury busses. I followed up before the event and sent him our full day's itinerary, for we needed the vans from noon till almost 11pm. I received all my receipts and invoice without hesitation. Prior to the drivers arriving the day of the event, Jack was in communication with me and he followed up during the day to ensure everything was to our liking. Our group had a blast. Jack is such a friendly dude, he's upbeat, and was excited to gain our business! I'll definitely be giving Jack a call next time I am in town, even if it is just to give him a friendly 'hey!' Thank you! read more

Jack was super easy to deal with. Responsive and clear in his communication. The whole process was efficient and hassle free. Rented car for HoCo dance. Driver was excellent. Kept parents updated on all stops throughout the evening. Would definitely use again. read more

I worked with Jack to get a vehicle set up for an anniversary celebration night for my hubby and I. Jack was great to work with and we ended up getting upgraded to a larger vehicle (a Sprinter instead of a Limo!) which actually made the night even more fun- being able to walk in and out of the Sprinter rather than scoot over in a limo was great! Our driver was Charles. He was great as well. We went to three different places. Each time, we texted to let him know when we were about ready for pick up and he was either already outside or pulling up to the door when we walked outside. Great service!! We'll work with Frisco Black Car again for either limo service or airport transfers! read more

It has been along time since I rented a limo but Jack made it a painless experience and we enjoyed ourselves immensely our driver was great I would recommend this company to you for the simple reason that customer service is very important to me and when someone goes above and beyond their duties it's a pleasure to have that feeling so I will say five stars to the staff and they will work with you and get you what you need when you need it at a decent price read more

I'm going on year 5 of using Frisco Black Car! I've used limos, party busses and rides to the airport! I love this service so much that I used a limo for my birthday, my wedding, and have also referred countless friends to use the party bus for their birthdays (all so much fun). I love that I know I'm getting what I'm expecting and the quality of service is the best in the area. Would recommend over and over again! Thank you guys! read more

Awesome experience! We hired this company to take us to the Stones concert. Our driver Roosevelt was very courteous, punctual, and just all around great. He put up with our last minute idea to stop for dinner first. After the concert he was exactly where he said he would be. My husband set the appointment last minute & they were able to help us out. The owner Jack was helpful in answering our questions & finding us the perfect driver. The vehicle was very clean with all the modern accommodations. I highly recommended this company and especially Roosevelt as a driver! read more

This was a very disappointing wedding day vendor. Everything seemed great until the shuttle bus arrived for our wedding with some of the wedding party followed by a stretch limo. Without communicating to anyone there was a switch occurring. After multiple calls to the owner we finally found that there was a "mechanical issue" with the shuttle. As a bride on my wedding day the last thing I wanted to do 20 minutes before I walk down the aisle is figure out why there was a change. I informed the owner that per our original conversation when booking I needed a shuttle bus due to elderly family members being unable to get in/out of a stretch limo easily. After multiple phone calls and conversations the shuttle reappeared. I asked the owner how he planned on making up for the lost 20+ minutes arguing over the situation that was never communicated. He stated that he could not extend the ride as he had someone else to pick up 30 min after our time was over in the same shuttle with a "mechanical issue". His suggestion was that he could give us a free 15 minutes on our next ride. Why would I ever book with this company again? Other than the owner, the staff were pretty great and the set up was perfect for our wedding. read more

UPDATE: So J.P. calls poor reviews fraudulent, thats fine. But, I wonder what it means to call someone and say, 'you want a war with me you're gonna get one'??? I'm sure you'll call this fraudulent as well, but good thing recordings with your voice on it are factual. Have a great day! (Unless your name is J.P. then you can go pound sand) In Regards to the review left by Taylor W below.. JP claims she is fraudulent and a competitor.. Well, J.P. I was asking for quotes for a WEDDING this weekend in Dallas. You locked in a date with no deposit, we found another option, and that's how the world works. Maybe be true to your quotes, don't add $200 tax, and don't blow people's cell phones up and we wouldn't leave poor reviews. Have you ever thought YOU are the problem? Just because someone leaves a poor review, doesn't make it fraudulent.. More than likely makes it true. I'd rather ride in a wheel barrow from Dallas to Los Angeles than ride any amount of time in any of your vehicles. read more

The owner is an absolute joke. The way he speaks to his clients is absolutely unacceptable and condescending. He provided zero contract then tried to nickel and dime our group for going 1 min over our time which was on account of his driver missing turns. Do NOT book a car service with this company. Unless you want to be berated and harassed. read more

Contacted Frisco Black Car last minute, literally hours before my sons prom, not only did I receive a quick response, but awesome customer service. I will definitely be contacting Jack next year for my daughters prom! read more

We met Jack several years ago on a ride out to dinner one night. We have been using Frisco Black car since, for approx. 7 years. We travel several times a year and use this service every time for trips back and forth from Dallas to to DFW. We usually travel early in the morning and get back on the last flight. Jack is always right on top of it. Drivers are friendly, professional and always dependable. We are thankful and loyal clients and wouldn't think of using any other service. read more

**update after reply: photos of the bus we rented were -NEVER- provided. If he can show me where I approved photographs, I'll be glad to edit this review. I have been on party buses previously, but they were much nicer - hence my higher expectations. The driver called only after I texted to ask if he was close by.** I rented a party bus for a birthday party. The driver was a few minutes late but did not notify us. When the owner texted later to ask if everything was ok, I informed him that I was disappointed we didn't receive a heads up that the driver was running behind. Regardless of how late or what is deemed allowable within your terms and conditions, it is courteous to notify your customer that you will not be pulling up right at the appointed time. I understand it is Dallas, it is Saturday, and there is traffic - but you should call. It's the right thing to do. He proceeded to text a very long defensive paragraph regarding their terms and conditions and what happens if the party bus rental time goes over, which I found to be extremely unnecessary. I was disappointed we were not notified - I did not allege they weren't complying with the contract, nor was I asking for anything extra at all. This could have been resolved with a very simple apology and acknowledgement they should have called, but instead, the owner chose to exacerbate the situation further while I was trying to enjoy my birthday activities. The party bus itself was old and rattled a lot. The sound wasn't great. The ride wasn't smooth. The tint was peeling. Half the lights inside didn't work. It was branded with another company's logo. It was not the one pictured in the Yelp photos - far from it. I would not book again. read more

If you are looking for a car service in the Dallas area do not waste your time looking for quotes on those big sites. Jack and his team were 1. The best price 2. The best customer service 3. Communicative 4. Understanding 5. Just all around extremely nice! I honestly can't say enough good things, we booked them a month in advance all the way from Denver - the line of communication was kept open the entire time and they answered every annoying little question I had. We got their service for a brand new festival in Ennis and while other people spent 3 hours in traffic we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! They even checked in on us through out the weekend to make sure every thing was going smoothly. While other companies tried to bait and switch us with another vehicle Frisco Black Car kept their word and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for the great weekend! read more

Every person that I have dealt with in this company has been outstanding. We started first with Jack who was the quintessential professional to make our trip to and from the airport flawless and fun. Charles was our first driver whom we loved and was very professional, and then we also had Tony pick us up, just as wonderful. There was not a single hitch and both drivers were great. Thank you so much! We appreciate your service and we are so glad we chose you to make our trip perfect. Thanks again! read more

Dallas Sprinter / Frisco Black Car is an incredible service that I used this weekend and can't praise them enough. Jack was very easy to deal with and very prompt and courteous. Jack has been terrific to work and has a reliable team. I'm new to the area and have worked with Frisco Black car for a few pick ups from home and the airport. It's been effortless. We had an amazing experience with Frisco Black Car! Jack and Our driver Charles are awesome! Our flight got delayed and the driver we had booked, dropped us! Make sure you clearly state your intentions and your expectations when working with Frisco Black Car! We booked the party bus for my bachelor party to take us from our house to Deep Ellum (just about a 30 minute ride). We paid for the full exclusive 8 hours (12pm-8pm). The driver was prompt and the ride to Deep Ellum was fine (not a smooth ride, though). However, after a late night on Friday, we decided to call it an early day and asked the driver if he could come take us home early (around 6pm) within our 8-hour exclusive window that we paid for. We were told that the driver could not come until after 8pm now (for one reason or another)... we paid for the exclusive service ($200 an hour). In any event, because he couldn't provide the service we paid for, we canceled the ride home and requested a refund since decided to just take multiple Ubers to avoid waiting 2+ hours for the bus. Since they did not perform the other half of the service, we expected a refund of 1/2 the money. Jack would not agree to that. After much back and forth and mentioning he would get his attorney involved, we agreed to a $500 refund. It's been 3+ weeks and we have not received the money. After multiple check-ins, Jack claimed they refunded the wrong group and he would Zelle me the money. It's been another 6 days with no refund and Jack has gone silent and has not responded for almost a week after a call and a couple texts. read more

I contacted a number of companies in the DFW area for information and quotes on transportation for the family I work for. I cautiously chose this company because Jack was quick to respond & patient in answering my MANY questions. The sprinter is like riding in a private jet on wheels! It's one of the most comfortable ways to road trip! Jack is great and easy to work with, and he's great with customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! First, i want to say i've used Frisco Black before and it was great. This time the service was horrible. This was for my sisters bachelorette party which really had me upset. I was supposed to get the Karaoke party bus but was told 30 minutes before pickup that the machine was broke. Mind you we paid $995 for a karaoke bus. I was then referred to a karaoke bar in Dallas not knowing we had to pay an additional $120 for the room they put us in. NO ONE told me before hand that there would be a charge. The party bus was supposed to hold 24 people, there were 22 and it was a tight squeeze. There again dissappointed. Also, i was told there would be bags of ice and cups, it wasn't any. The driver stopped by the store and picked up 1 bag of ice and 1 pkg of cups for 22 ladies. I had to come off more money for those items. As stated earlier is was for my sisters bachelorette party and i wasn't going to let this hiccup ruin it. Frisco Black did refund me a $100, however i don't think that was enough and Jack know it wasn't, but it's ok I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! read more

Frisco Black Car saved the day for our kids' Homecoming last weekend! After being stood up by another company claiming the bus "broke down" on the way to get them, Jack was there in a Sprinter within 30 minutes of my husband calling him in a panic. If you need any kind of car service (limo, ride to the airport, etc) do not hesitate to book with them! Always top notch service! Thank you Jack!!! read more
