He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. He made the booking process quick, easy and stress free. We used their party bus which was fully equipped with Ice, waters, amazing lighting, comfortable seats, TV's & microphones . We didn't know if we should upgrade to the karaoke package but after being in the bus for a few min it was a no brainer. The driver gave us a few microphones and set the tv screen to sing along to all our favorite songs.
