He was very friendly and courteous. I will never use anyone else when traveling to Dallas Texas. If you want reliable shuttle service choose Prime! NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Since they had no cabs and had to send a town car, they charged us the same rate as the cab!
