The arrangements were easy to make and the communication via email & phone was superb. We were picked up at my sister's home. Our chauffeur Michael, was very prompt, courteous, and engaging. He took us to our hotel in Arlington. He gave us tips and tricks about the area surrounding the hotel and the AT&T stadium. He recommended a place for us to wine and dine prior to the show. We took his advice and it was great! He even checked on us DURING the show. He picked us up promptly after, and delivered us safely back to our hotel. The car provided was a nice luxury SUV. It was in pristine condition. It was stocked with bottled water, mints, kleenex... all of the things that one wound expect. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for future events. This was a wonderful experience.

The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Since they had no cabs and had to send a town car, they charged us the same rate as the cab!
