Now they are in McKinney and we are in Plano, and they offered to still pick us up, but by then we would have missed our flight - so we said no thanks - and we drove to the airport in our car and had to utilize expensive Valet parking in order to have enough time to get through security and catch the flight. It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost.
