Our chauffeur was on time and professional, the car was clean, and our chauffeur let us know the status of our flight. When we returned from our trip, our chauffeur was awesome. As soon as we arrived to baggage claim, our chauffeur was waiting with an iPad with our company name on it. The car was clean and he had chilled water bottles for us (which we desperately needed after returning from our trip). He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with.
