Tempus Transportation spoils their passengers. My wife and I hired them to take us to the airport. The owner, Jon Morales, arrived to pick us up 10 minutes before our scheduled time. He led us to the Mercedes Benz passenger van with an umbrella and loaded all of our luggage as we sat in the most comfortable chairs. The drive to DFW Airport was very comfortable and Jon even called the baggage attendants at curbside check-in to let them know we were on our way. If you are looking for a reliable and professional car service, you need to call Tempus! I hired them to take my mother and her BFF from Flower Mound to the Barry Manilow concert at the AAC (no need to have two 70+ year old ladies driving late night in Dallas!). The driver was very prompt, very courteous, and my mom just gushed on how delightful he was. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I've lived and worked in LA, NYC and now Dallas and travel more than I care to admit. Tempus is far and away the best service I've ever had. Not even close. Doesn't matter which car or which driver. Jon, Justine and their entire team are incredible. And this means 330am pickups for insanely early flights (we won't mention the Whataburger taquitos) to redeye flights with the entire family in tow. Thanks for the drive. Drive to the airport was great. We move the time around and Jon was very accommodating. On-time, convenient and comfortable. Drive back was sad as Justine had to wait 2 hours while we were on the tarmac. Extra thanks for waiting patiently for us to get to the gate at near 2am.. :-( . I want to give a huge shout out to Jon Morales and Tempus Transportation. We had a last minute Prom transportation snafu, literally two days before prom, and on the recommendation of a friend we called them. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and when another company would have used our desperation to cash in and inflate the price, they were MORE than fair. In addition, they make sure the driver has a way to not just communicate with the couple they are driving. They have the parent's number as well, and keep you updated as to when they pick up your child and that they are safe in the car, safe at prom, back in the car and when to expect them. They communicated with us all night. I did not request this....it is simply a standard aspect of the service. They understand they are driving the most precious cargo a person has and want you to know they understand. They were on time, the vehicle was beautiful, the service was amazing. They are a local business and are all of our neighbors, not just a transportation company. I will never call another company again. I highly recommend their services. read more
