The arrangements were easy to make and the communication via email & phone was superb. We were picked up at my sister's home. Our chauffeur Michael, was very prompt, courteous, and engaging. He took us to our hotel in Arlington. He gave us tips and tricks about the area surrounding the hotel and the AT&T stadium. He recommended a place for us to wine and dine prior to the show. We took his advice and it was great! He even checked on us DURING the show. He picked us up promptly after, and delivered us safely back to our hotel. The car provided was a nice luxury SUV. It was in pristine condition. It was stocked with bottled water, mints, kleenex... all of the things that one wound expect. I highly recommend this company. After confirming with Craig via phone that the ride was for my wedding exit and confirming that the driver would arrive 10 minutes early and contact my wedding coordinator - I felt at ease. Until our entire wedding was lined up outside and I had no ride. The driver showed up late and ruined any hope I had of a seamless wedding exit. After waiting for 20 minutes crammed into the back of my mom's car, the driver showed up and seemed to be fully incoherent. Had my mom been available to drive, I would have sent him away and had her drive us for fear of my own safety. Once in the car, the driver was extremely strange and made us very uncomfortable. When attempting to contact Craig to request a refund, I was quickly dismissed so he could do his "research" and never contacted again. My further calls have remained unreturned and I have given up receiving my large amount of money back for a service that wasn't just sub-par, but was completely awful. Use someone else. Access Limo is leaps and bounds better and will have my business going forward.

The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Since they had no cabs and had to send a town car, they charged us the same rate as the cab!

Their price was 1/3 of the quotes I received from taxi and car service businesses around town. They specialize in transportation to places like hospitals and clinics, even transportation to grocery stores. It's always SUCH a hassle to find someone to drive you home, after a procedure, or Doctor's appointment. And if someone can't take off work for you, you end up paying an arm and a leg for a taxi. These guys will pick you up, take you to your destination, come back at whatever time you need, and get you back home. They don't charge by mileage, it's a FLAT RATE, and the service I personally experienced was excellent. I booked them yesterday, at the last minute, to take someone to a hospital for an appointment, today. We had no idea how long the appointment would last, and they made it work. They went above and beyond, going inside, to make sure their client was taken care of, and when the ending appointment time changed, they changed right along with it, deciding to stay and wait for the appointment to be over, rather than leaving and coming back later. There was no extra fee for this. They are just THAT GOOD at taking care of their clients.
