He was very friendly and courteous. I will never use anyone else when traveling to Dallas Texas. If you want reliable shuttle service choose Prime! NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. I can't tell you how much stress this caused with last minute travel plans. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.

I am on a business trip to Texas and I needed to get to a store that was 15-20 minutes away. I was told to use this company by the hotel I was staying at. When the Taxi showed up it was town car, news to me but the driver told me I would be paying the taxi car rate. I asked what this would cost for the ride there and return to my hotel. I was quoted 35-40 dollars. (I thought that was a lot but I needed to go) After I went to the store (spent $28.66) and we were back at the hotel and I gave the driver Anthony Nervin $40.00. All set right, NO it was 40.00 each way. I did pay the $80.00 as I am not looking for issues. Day of surgery, Phillip arrived early for both pickups. During the ride, he constantly made sure I was comfortable. He offered to be a reachable contact for me during and after the surgery. Opened doors for me and made sure I got into the surgery center before leaving. Also made sure I got into my house before leaving. The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Since they had no cabs and had to send a town car, they charged us the same rate as the cab!
