Day of surgery, Phillip arrived early for both pickups. During the ride, he constantly made sure I was comfortable. He offered to be a reachable contact for me during and after the surgery. Opened doors for me and made sure I got into the surgery center before leaving. Also made sure I got into my house before leaving. He was very friendly and courteous. I will never use anyone else when traveling to Dallas Texas. If you want reliable shuttle service choose Prime! NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. I can't tell you how much stress this caused with last minute travel plans. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
