I needed a round trip ride to and from a surgery center and called Phillip within 24 hours of the appointment. Phillip was very accommodating and understanding and we booked the ride. Day of surgery, Phillip arrived early for both pickups. During the ride, he constantly made sure I was comfortable. He offered to be a reachable contact for me during and after the surgery. Opened doors for me and made sure I got into the surgery center before leaving. Also made sure I got into my house before leaving.
