On the morning of the 29th, I called them 3 times before my return plane took off at 1:30 and only got a message machine. No return call. When I got to Love Field, they of course, were not there. The first limo broke down when it arrived at school & had the hood up. The driver stated a "brand new white limo with lights" was to arrive. The "brand new" limo never came as they apparently just "repaired" the original limo. We made it to our first destination with a radio full of static. As we were headed to our second destination, the limo broke down with our students in it!!! At this point, the most safe option for us was to get out of the limo and take the kids across 4 lanes to the side of the road, where we stayed for a total of 42 minutes. The driver stated once again that another limo was on the way to get us. We had to call another teacher from our campus to come get us since we had to get the kids back to campus for car pool. Since that day, the company has been giving us the run-around. We submitted the "claim" like we were instructed to do and no one gets back to us or returns our call. Apparently they have to "investigate" but we can never talk to the manager/owner "Aimee." We FINALLY got this response from "Aimee" "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do apologize that the vehicle had a mechanical issue with your group inside it. Sometimes these things happen when you are dealing with vehicles and it becomes inconvenient. It was a battery issue, and was fixed within minutes of me arriving on the scene. A second vehicle was dispatched to come and get you as well as myself and the mechanic headed your way. I was in Garland when I got the call so I was there within 20 minutes. I have pulled the vehicle tracking and see that the time lines do not match as this was not over an hour broke down. You have already taken it upon yourself to discount per minute, therefore I can not offer you any further discount than what you have already taken. We do not charge per minute, we charge per hour blocks. Our tracking shows that you clearly used over 2 hours of of service. The contract that you signed states that you understand you are paying in hour blocks and that you agree to pay the amount listed, which you did not. You have already taken your partial refund. If you would like me to send you a copy of the contract that you signed, just let me know. Have a wonderful day. " We are taking to Facebook first, with our next stop possibly being NBC 5 with our customer complaint. We DO have time-stamped videos as well as pictures of the entire event which show we were broken down for 42 minutes. Please, please, please share this post. NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. I can't tell you how much stress this caused with last minute travel plans. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.

The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Since they had no cabs and had to send a town car, they charged us the same rate as the cab!
