Instead of hurrying me off the phone, the gentleman suggested a service that might be able to meet my budget requirements. In this day and age that was such a courtesy and such a kind way to conduct business. I very much appreciated the empathy that this employee or owner (not sure whom I spoke with) displayed toward me. If I can ever use this service in the future it'd be my pleasure because it's clear to me that they don't just care about securing customers, but about being helpful to those in tough situations.

When I hired this service, I was told that my daughter would not get left behind but as the year…read morehas gone along, they expect her to be at the van very quickly. On Friday, she was told that if she was not at the van with in the next minute, she would be left behind. I had received a text at 2:54 asking if my daughter was riding and I responded yes. My daughter arrived to the van at 2:56, she was on the other side of the high school! My daughter is not a very fast walker. Also, on the website it states they are taking extra precautions due to the Covid-19 but when my daughter got out of the van on Friday, it smelt so bad, she was nausea. When I sent them a text about their service no longer being needed, they didn't seem to care. I understand they want you to pay by Zelle every Monday but my bank does not support Zelle, so my daughter was sent cash every Monday for their service.

The driver was super nice and sweet. My son loved using their services. HOWEVER, on 11/3/17…read more(Friday) the driver ended up dropping my son off at my house with extra kids in the car than what the vehicle seats. The extra kids were not wearing seatbelts. My son's stepmom witnessed the drop off, and brought it to my attention. The driver confirmed it did happen (after I learned about it on Sunday). Student Shuttle did not notify parents of any incidents. I emailed the owner after learning about this situation, and to this day have not received a response. I understand the issue came from traffic light outages, causing crazy delays in reaching students. If that's the case, they should have a back up plan to make sure each student is safe - especially considering they've been in business since 1995. Parents, beware.

I booked this company based on the reviews and prompt response to my questions. I specifically made…read moremy choice on this company because they had a vehicle for 17 people WITH seat belts as we have small kids in our party (looking at Christmas lights) and parents wanting to bring car seats and boosters. The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.
