He called a head to American Airlines to confirm that my flight was on time and what terminal it was in. He drove safe but quickly and the car was PERFECTLY clean. They emailed us to confirm our reservation and they called us the day before to let us know who was going to pick us up and what time they would be here. They were right on time to take us to the airport. Their vehicle, a suburban, was very nice and clean and the driver was professional. For the return trip, we texted them our flight information, like they requested just before we boarded the plane. We texted the driver when we landed and he said to text when we got our bags and he would be waiting. Once again, their vehicle was very nice and clean.
