Nick is less than Uber and you always know you are getting personal service. No guessing about the size of the car if you have a lot of luggage. He has Town Cars and SUVs. We would not consider using any one else to get us to DFW or Love Field

So I decided to call Plano Discount Taxi the day before to arrange transportation for 5 am pick up the next day. At 10 min before 5, I decided to call just to make sure the driver is on the way. Arnold (the owner) said he was about 5 minutes away. He was slightly earlier than our agreed pick up. I arranged pick up from the airport with him for when I came back, and about 10 minutes before the arrival time of the plane, I got a text from him letting me know that he is in the airport and to just let him know when I walk out. So I did. It was great service. I worried about meeting flight times, etc, and with Plano Discount Taxi, I didn't have to. He was on time and even slightly early. I would recommend this taxi service to everyone.

He made comments about "Japanese apologies" to an Asian American band director in the group. He tried to refuse to take extra people back to the hotel one evening. This was after one of the other drivers refused to pick up passengers because the driver only had 7.5 hours of downtime. He also made comments to the kids of how he would laugh if any of them flew through the windshield while getting up to use the restroom. I got to see video of him looking at his cellphone while he was rolling down the interstate with a bus full of high school students and parents. Everyone made it back despite Miguel's lack of professionalism.

When we called the number of the service we woke up the driver. Now they are in McKinney and we are in Plano, and they offered to still pick us up, but by then we would have missed our flight - so we said no thanks - and we drove to the airport in our car and had to utilize expensive Valet parking in order to have enough time to get through security and catch the flight. It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. I don't know who is doing the other reviews, and family members should not count . . . but I can't imagine we were the first to experience this sort of service.

He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He talked to us, made us laugh and was very engaging, even remembering the Brides name. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'll definitely be booking again!!!

The bus was spotless and the driver was 15 mins early. He waited until all of our guests were on board before leaving. Speakers had a great sound to them. Here's how they royally screwed us over: I called Frisco Limousine on 8/26. Gave them ALL THE DETAILS of the pick up/drop off information for my niece's wedding. They quoted me a price of $360 but said they'd have to increase it to $450 since the pick up was out of their usual zone. No problem. $450 it is. I spoke to a guy named Jack and called back and confirmed it with another guy. Same price quote. Called my sister. She booked the limo and put down a deposit. They actually quoted her a price of $360, based on all the exact same information. Fine $360-450. This range works. For precisely TWENTY NINE DAYS they had all this information and stuck to this price. THEN FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE! They called us and told us that the price will be $720 because the pick up is out of their usual zone. We explained to them that they already factored this in to the original quote, nothing about our reservation had changed -- so why did the price change? They didn't care and told us we could take it or leave it. With no time to find a replacement car service for the wedding, we had no choice but to continue the reservation. This is an illegal business practice, and we made this quite clear to them on the phone. Then, throughout the hours leading up to the wedding, we keep getting random texts from them about how our driver was no longer available, there was a car issue, yadda yadda. They switched drivers on us FOUR TIMES within the hours prior to the wedding. I spent half of the wedding reception calling them every hour on the hour to make sure we still had a driver for the bride and groom. We had to have a wedding guest agree to be a back up driver in case they didn't show. Frisco Limousine was a total black mark on my niece's wedding day. The only positive thing I can say is that they did actually show up. After lots of stress and DOUBLING THE COST at the last minute. Con artists. Bait and switch pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
