ZERO STARS. These people are CON ARTISTS! I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau based on our experience with them. Here's how they royally screwed us over: I called Frisco Limousine on 8/26. Gave them ALL THE DETAILS of the pick up/drop off information for my niece's wedding. They quoted me a price of $360 but said they'd have to increase it to $450 since the pick up was out of their usual zone. No problem. $450 it is. I spoke to a guy named Jack and called back and confirmed it with another guy. Same price quote. Called my sister. She booked the limo and put down a deposit. They actually quoted her a price of $360, based on all the exact same information. Fine $360-450. This range works. For precisely TWENTY NINE DAYS they had all this information and stuck to this price. THEN FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE! They called us and told us that the price will be $720 because the pick up is out of their usual zone. We explained to them that they already factored this in to the original quote, nothing about our reservation had changed -- so why did the price change? They didn't care and told us we could take it or leave it. With no time to find a replacement car service for the wedding, we had no choice but to continue the reservation. This is an illegal business practice, and we made this quite clear to them on the phone. Then, throughout the hours leading up to the wedding, we keep getting random texts from them about how our driver was no longer available, there was a car issue, yadda yadda. They switched drivers on us FOUR TIMES within the hours prior to the wedding. I spent half of the wedding reception calling them every hour on the hour to make sure we still had a driver for the bride and groom. We had to have a wedding guest agree to be a back up driver in case they didn't show. Frisco Limousine was a total black mark on my niece's wedding day. The only positive thing I can say is that they did actually show up. After lots of stress and DOUBLING THE COST at the last minute. Con artists. Bait and switch pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

They can't find my reservation to make a change. But they can charge my credit card. Their call center is awful. I am going to have to dispute with my credit card. They are a fraud read more

We ordered the pick up to airport and return home package. It was very nice and relaxing both ways. Our return flight was an hour behind. Andre kept in touch. Felt good about both drivers. Thanks again read more

Zero for rating.....we were quoted a price a month in advance to pick up bride and groom from wedding and drop off at hotel. A deposit was made on that day. The day of the wedding (literally a few hours before ceremony) we were told that the price was double the original quote. read more

I booked a bus for 14 adults and 14 kids for a service that was to be completed on for the daddy daughter dance. A bus that could barely fit 16 people showed up to pick up my first round of kinder dads/daughters for the dance. After I called to find out what happened, I was told that it was Frisco Limo's mistake. And that "for my inconvenience" they would be sending the correct larger bus as well as a second bus to use as we need. I spoke with both bus drivers as well as dispatch regarding this change. As of 5pm, which was the scheduled 2nd pick up, only one driver showed up. He told me "they sent the second bus home since you didn't need it". Not one person from dispatch called me to inform me of the changes. And no one apologized or offered me ANY sort of compensation for the smaller bus that was first given to us. When I complained to dispatch, she then sent that second bus and it didn't show up until 6:45pm which was too late for anyone to use. This company very quickly and happily charged my credit card $1390.00 on 12/9 for these services that were not rendered appropriately. It's been 4 days and they still haven't contacted me. I wish I would've checked these reviews before booking. read more

If you are operating a limo service to the airport what are the 3 things that you should not do-- 1) Do Not Show Up at the appointed time 2) Do Not Answer The Phone when you are late 3) Do not call the customer back after #1 and #2 above Absolutely do not use this service if you want to catch your flight read more

I do no recommend! They steal your money and provide terrible service. Had an high school event that required a 10 person limo but showed up in a 6 person limo. The limo radio was broken already. No music at all. The driver did not stay the whole time during our event even though we paid for the whole. The driver was also late picking us up claiming that they had a flat tire. We called several times to get a new late which was definitely 2 hours late. Very unprofessional. They didn't make me sign a contract and because of that they charged extra on my credit card. Beware of this limo company. UPDATE: JUST TO BE VERY CLEAR, THIS IS NOT A FAKE PERSON NOR A FAKE REVIEW. My opinions are based on experiences from this limo company along with individuals who have used their services. Please be warned to anyone reading this: be cautious of this limo company. They have harassed my friends to giving them money for services not rendered. They will provide a terrible service and spend most of their time taking advantage. read more

Frisco Limosine was professional, prompt and very accommodating. Reservations were easy. Communication was great. Our young adult children were driven to a concert and picked up again and driven home. Joe the driver took great care to communicate and even stopped by In and Out for a late night hunger fix! It was over and above our expectations. I was so impressed and felt they were in great hands. Would highly recommend and will definitely call for all our transportation needs. Thank you. read more

Ripoff. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! Used them to go from Celina to the AAC downtown Dallas for a concert in November 2017. The limo was quite damaged externally, the leather interior was worn & faded and the driver wouldn't put up the privacy screen! The champagne glasses were those crappy snap-together ones and were missing 1/2 their bases. They gave us 2 kids sport bottles of water and nothing else. They charged me an extra 3 hours for running over 2 hours and 7 minutes...and we only ran over the 7 minutes because the driver "missed" the turn to Celina. The worst is I tore my meniscus in my knee at the concert & the useless driver made us hobble 2 blocks to him after the AAC staff took me outside on a wheelchair to where he was supposed to be. That took at least 30 minutes. I would not have tipped him but he was dodgy looking and obviously knew where I lived. read more

Great customer service, loved the immediate attention to my concerns

If I could check zero stars I would. Be careful with this company. I booked a party bus for 17 two months in advance. The bus was supposed to pick us up at 6:00 but 45 minutes late of their pickup time I had to call their reservation number where I spoke to Moe. Moe confirmed my reservation and told me the driver was running a little late because of the drivers "personal problems" but that he would arrive in 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later, still no bus. I called back the reservation line and spoke with Moe again who then told me I had cancelled this reservation two weeks ago, which I had not. I was obviously confused as 10 minutes ago he told me the driver was on the way. Moe then told me there was nothing he could do and gave me the number of a manager. I proceeded to call the manager, who again told me I had cancelled my reservation, however the reservation and name of client he was referring to was not me! He then told me he never received my reservation there for there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. BEWARE, this is a crooked, unorganized business! read more

If you're looking for a limo company to take you to an event, please stay away from this limo company. Their prices look pleasing, but their service is the exact opposite. Some friends and I needed a limo to go to our high school prom, but we first went to a restaurant to eat. We had about 8 people in our party, we got a 6 person limo and 2 of us had to sit on the floor. That got us mad but we tried to not let that get to our exciting evening. And once we went to the restaurant, we told him what time we would be done at. Once the time was approaching, we called the driver and the driver said he was on his way and that took 2 hours!! So not only were we 2 hours late to our event, the next day, we got a charge for vandalism. So we had to pay an extra $600 for vandalism of his "very expensive and brand new" radio. We asked for proof that we did vandalize the radio, and they failed to show us proof. We called the company wanting answers and he was very hostile and was wanting to sue Yelp because of a bad review I posted during the time that this situation was happening. He told me to delete it or else he would tell Yelp that I was a fake person who wrote a bad review to make them look like bad people. I deleted it later and continued fighting back and forth with them. I knew none of us broke it because he was the one who helped us operate the radio because it wasn't working when we tried to work it. After months and months of fighting back and forth with this limo company, he had our friends card and made the payment go through. They think that everyone who writes a bad review is Yelp doing it but THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT MY FRIENDS AND I WENT THROUGH FOR 2 MONTHS, THEN DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. read more
