He dropped off a patient at my workplace and, despite me clearly explaining three times that my computer was down, he refused to acknowledge it. Instead, he demanded immediate service, blocked the front window--preventing me from assisting other patients--and became confrontational when I explained I would sign the patient in as soon as the system was back online. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate higher authorities. No one should tolerate this kind of abuse."

I had to make all arrangements from a distance as I live in California and my friend (and the reunion) was in Texas. I had no experience hiring medical transport, so I had no idea what was involved. My friend, due to her advanced disabilities was unable to advise me. I called many medical transports. Jesse was by far the most responsive to my calls and detail-oriented with his questions to me. I told him this was a once-in-a-lifetime event for my friend and I did not want anything to go wrong. He was so kind, patient, professional, and just downright great to work with. I called him many, many times to work out specifics. When I was investigating transports, Jesse's van looked larger than many of the medical transport vans I saw advertised and he has a lift (rather than a ramp) to more easily get big power chairs inside. Despite the larger size of his transport van, he was the only one who asked for all the wheelchair measurements. He was so thorough and wanted to make sure there were no unexpected obstacles. I was completely impressed with his service, promptness, attentiveness and safety consciousness. But then to top it off, at the end of the night, he offered to take my friend, free of charge, past our old high school, before driving her back home. He took photos of her in front of the school, despite the late night. It was his idea, and evidence of his kindness and generosity. I would recommend Jesse and Path to Health without reservation! His service is exceptional. If you are looking to hire medical transport, you could not make a better choice.
