Loved renting THE Car!! Reserved a BMW sedan 5 series for Memorial Day Weekend. They didn't have the sedan so the lovely ladies at the front desk gave us an upgrade!! We got a 2024 BMW 7 series SUV!! It is a freaking spaceship!! The only problem is now my husband wants to buy one for himself. The whole rental process was smooth and fast, we will be renting from Sixt from now on!!

I thought that they were a higher end rental car co since they rent Mercedes and BMWs. Even though I was only renting a Kia Rio I still expected it to be clean. First it smelled like smoke. I'm a non smoker and pretty sensitive to it. Second every single window was not just filthy, but streaked and filmy inside and out. So much so that I had the guy rewash them again before I left. I had to go up to the roof with him and wait in the car while he sprayed them with cheap window cleaner and paper towels. Third the car itself was covered in water spots. The side mirrors too. FYI, a wax should get it out. Their standards are clearly very low. First and last time renting with them.

Horrible. DO NOT USE SIXT. rented suv at 2:00 pm and by 4:00pm my 11 year old son and I we're stranded on a 5 lane highway in rush hour traffic for over 4 hours with no assistance. Spent $1035.00 for the suv rental and was told by Sixt that they were sorry for placing me in the death trap and acknowledge that the car not stating is listed as a minor defect on the car however not even the emergency lights worked. full covered with insurance and I received no replacement no refund and over 45 calls placed between myself and the officers helping me on scene and no one from Sixt assisted.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever interacted with. One employee had earbuds in and was on…read moreher phone. The human I talked to clearly couldn't care less. The vehicle I rented smelled like an ashtray. Enterprise advices me to bring the vehicle into the nearest location. I verified the same type of vehicle was available for exchange at that location. The employee refused to exchange the vehicle, stating "come back tomorrow and we will see what's available". I verified they had the same vehicle available again. They refused help and walked away into the back of the store. I contacted the original location and they once again verified the exchange. They stated they would reach out to the manager. While waiting I reserved the available vehicle that was requesting to be changed into. I completed the reservation and had my confirmation code. I went back inside and tried to turn in the old ashtray and rent the new vehicle with my reservation confirmation number. The same employee refused to honor my reservation and refused to check in my vehicle. By this time it was nearing closing time. The next morning I drove past in the ashtray the vehicle they refused to exchange or rent to me was still sitting in the parking lot. With all the choices in the car rental space it's easy to find a different vendor with better customer service. This location's customer service is unparalleled in unprofessionalism. All with condescending small.Renting from Enterprise was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to honor their own policies was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to resolve the issue was a mistake. Expecting professionalism from this location was a mistake. I will share this experience with family, friends and others looking to rent a vehicle in the future. Pick any other vendor!

So here it is again…read more Picked up car with only a QUARTER tank of gas (but was told to return with a full tank of gas), dog fur everywhere in the trunk.
