Let me go on record that I wholly dislike most car sales people - whether new or used. In shopping for cars, I have been to many, many car dealerships. That being said, I have to say that I have just had the most wonderful experience at Enterprise Car Sales. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were treated respectfully, honestly and were able to joke with our salesman, Mike Ellis. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with this man if you are in the market for a well-maintained used car. This man never pushed, never prodded, asked the appropriate questions and did it with a smile on his face. He was honest, forthcoming and just a pleasure to deal with. And he found me the car I wanted - that I loved. And then he brings in that pushy little person -- you know, the "closer" -- who goes over the financing with you. Except she wasn't. Lisa Darby was a pleasure to deal with - went through the information thoroughly and was honest as the day is long. She did her job efficiently and all with a smile on her face. And she drinks coffee :) I was a bit sad when I drove off the lot in my new/used dream car. Even worse than being gaslighted in the first place by the company, Christina responds and asks me to contact them again. So, I spend an hour more to contact them again and their customer service chat person assured me that they would escalate the issue and someone would contact me. That was 6 weeks ago, and still no contact. When there is a problem, they say the customer is crazy (gaslight). Then, in public view they pretend like they care, but show they don't by privately ignoring the customer (fake public image). Enterprise car sales customer service is pathetic. I used to be an employee of Enterprise. I was fed lies about how great and well taken the cars are at Car Sales. I had the worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare and the attitude that I encountered from the employees at Car Sales was incredibly inappropriate. If they would have shown some sympathy for my situation it would have helped, they made me feel like an inconvenience. The only person who was truly helpful was Arturo. Otherwise, the area manager Sam Leibenhaut, employees like Dashnie, and even the main honcho Mike Peters, gave off a very bad attitude. Around April 10th, I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra. Shortly after I bought the car, I noticed it would shake at various speeds. Therefore, Car Sales had me take it to Pep Boys. According to Sam, Pep Boys told him that they recommended the wheels be replaced because they have flat spots that may continue to make the car shake, but the balance should have taken care of 90% of it. Sam said he could not replace the tires because the tread was still new. Shortly thereafter I noticed that when I turned right or lef the front of the car made a sound. Car Sales also heard the sound, so I took it to another Pep Boys. The CV axle was broken and the struts needed to be replaced. The car that I had less than 2 weeks sat at Pep Boys for a week because they had to order the CV axle. I never heard anything from Enterprise. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told they only changed the struts because it was still under warranty with Nissan. Nobody communicated this with me so my car sat there a week. Then I took the car to Nissan. Sam had an attitude. When I told him that I appreciated Arturo and his apologies, Sam got defensive and let me know he had already apologized 4 times. After complaining about Sam, I started working with the general manager of Car Sales--Mike Peters. After having the car at Nissan for a week waiting for the axle to arrive, they said the control arm and boots were also broken. Nissan said it looked like the bolts had been banged on. My car was at Nissan for almost 3 weeks. I had the car a month and I only got to drive it for one week. When the car was ready, Nissan said I had to pay a $100 deductible, or I would not get my car back. I had to reach out to Enterprise again. When I spoke to Dashnie on the phone, I did not yell at her, but I did raise my voice a bit, which resulted in her hanging up on me. When I did eventually speak with Mike, he wanted ME to pay for the deductible and be reimbursed by Enterprise--to which I said no. When I spoke to Nissan, I asked them what they thought happened, They told me that Mike had been giving them attitude and telling them that this should be under their warranty, however, it was obvious that this was not a manufacturer error--someone else had done this to the car. They assumed someone had hit a curb or something with it and then got it shoddily repaired. The car still vibrates when I drive it. I am hoping it is just the tires because Nissan pretty much replaced the whole front. However, I am too scared to reach out to Enterprise because of their attitude and Sam had said he cannot justify buying new tires since the tread is fine. The hassle I went through with Enterprise was NOT worth it. I went to them because I thought I could trust them and believed I would get a reliable car. I was sorely mistaken. Not only was this car seriously damaged on THEIR watch, it was not inspected before it was sold, and their customer service was severely lacking. I know Enterprise's values--they claim that their brand is the most important thing that they own, and they always claim how important the customer is to them. I was going to refer people to Car Sales, even my husband was going to buy his next car from them, but after what happened I will definitely go out of my way to tell people NOT to buy used cars from Enterprise Car Sales, especially in Albuquerque, because it is quite apparent they cannot be trusted. read more

Had the worse experience! Never again and advise anyone to never buy here. I had many issues and I have decided that they do not inspect these cars. They are not certified. Should be sued for this claim that the cars are certified. I don't know where to begin with my experience. Beware!!!! Wish I could give negative 10000000 stars. If you buy and have a problem, research what a certified car should have as far as life of the parts. I did and that's why I was suspicious. Not good beware of unscrupulous dealer tactics! And if they tricked you into paying for your own insurance in addition to your monthly payment. Good news and that's the Truth in lending act clearly states and I quote "The sum of all charges shall be the interest charge look it up for yourself and be sure to get your free car insurance as it's the Law ! Also if you want look at your car contract their is 5 boxes that will be part of Truth in lending act disclosure one of the boxes will say the amount this credit will cost you. Now it might sound stupid but you must read it repeatedly to get it to sink in .... I personally read it like 20 30 times out loud because it's so very simple but bet you overlooked that little detail. Do not enter info online due to them scamming you And the electronic signature act. They need to work on there customer service. Each time I call its a different person. The person I'm working with is never available. They sold me a car that had a noise when driving. Virginia Manager said she would get it fixed, before I bought it. After I purchased the vehicle Virginia said they could only pay for half. They will say anything before buying the vehicle, once the sale is made, they don't care. They gave me 2 car keys, one did not work. When I went back to let them know only one key worked. Virginia said, they did not guarantee that the second key would work. I needed to pay to get it programmed to the car. The vehicle I bought was supposed to be accident free. After I purchased the vehicle I noticed it did have repairs. The shotty repairs are noticeable. Several family, friends and coworkers, have asked me where I purchased my car. I usually hate the car buying process but the fine folks at Enterprise Car Sales Albuquerque made the process a breeze! I found the vehicle I wanted online around 9 a.m., submitted my financing information and received a call from Lane about an hour later, as soon as they opened. Lane answered all my questions and was so friendly! I went in to see the vehicle in person, do a quick test drive and walked out with my brand new-to-me SUV in less than an hour and a half. Talk about a great system! I appreciated that they never tried to be pushy and truly believe I got a great vehicle at a great price. So I decided to see what my options are car wise. My current vehicle I actually bought from these guys 3 years ago and I noticed they had a hybrid vehicle I was interested in seeing. I have been curious about the hybrids and interested in driving one especially since they seem to have the best miles per gallon rates. I've always loved the gasoline vehicles but because hybrid technology is still so new I'm leary on getting one just because I am not sure how long it will last especially the battery aspect of it. I've heard of some lasting well past 200,000 miles before showing weak but I've also heard the same around 80,000 miles so I guess it's a gamble either way. The gentleman I spoke with were very nice and friendly and after test driving a Ford Fusion Titanium hybrid I couldn't help but fall in love with it because it had so many similar features that my current one had so it was like a perfect fit. The engine was a strange feeling though because starting up you couldn't hear a thing it was so quiet. You can definitely feel when the engine kicks on though. This is long overdue. I was in the market for a car with class but yet had speed. When I went to Enterprise I meet Corey, my rep (hate to use the word salesperson) who went far more then anyone I've every bought a car from. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot but Corey said give me a few days and I will find it. The best thing you can do is live up to your word and he did just that. Honesty and Integrity, not in their vocabulary. I recently bought a Nissan Armada from them and they were supposed to replace a tire for me which they never did. Anthony, the female manager, and the supervisor all knew about the agreement before I purchased it. I had been talking to Anthony and he sent me the information to the shop that would be replacing the tire and once I called the shop they had heard nothing about me or my vehicle. I called Anthony and he and the supervisor said I waited too long to get it changed(4 Months) which they did not tell me I had a certain amount of time to get it done. I was recently in a car accident had surgery on both hands which they knew from the first time they met me. They are NOT HONEST and have NO INTEGRITY. Be careful buying from them. Ok I have to be honest , I am kind of those people that is pain in the butt specially when I am the customer. I worked with Carlos Acosta. As impossible as I was at some points Mr. Acosta was always very professional and courteous. This man is the best salesman I ever worked with. Nick who is one of the managers, was very pleasant and helpful with everything. Fantastic! I've bought through Enterprise Sales before, and had a great experience. This was no exception. Sam, our salesperson was absolutely great. We came to the site on Coors Ave. looking for a specific advertised vehicle. When we saw it we were surprised that it looked absolutely brand new. Sam did ask questions to make sure the vehicle we were looking at matched our needs. He did suggest a few other vehicles which we did look at, but settled on the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe we were looking for. Full CarFax, and maintenance report, and the remainder of the factory warranty sealed the deal. Sam prepared all of the paperwork, and the process was very smooth. Recently totaled my beloved '09 Genesis. GEICO arranged free rental for me and while picking it up, Sarah, the Santa Fe agent, mentioned that Enterprise also sold cars...no high pressure, just mentioned it. I researched the Internet and local dealers for a replacement knowing what I wanted. I looked for hours, coast to coast and all over the local dealers sites. Turned out that Enterprise Sales had one in Los Angeles that was as close as I was going to get. I talked with Lisa, Ben and Nick at the Albuquerque Enterprise Sales office and placed an order for the car, a one owner, low mileage, lease return version of what had probably kept my family from suffering any injuries during the nasty accident. A very few days later, my "new" Genesis arrived, a 2014 with 155,000 fewer miles. Like my old one, a gorgeous black on black car with none of the minor insults my previous car had accumulated over the years. Enterprise took care of all the details, insurance changeover, financing the small difference through my preferred lender and detailing the car which appeared to have been serviced as well. The price and condition beat everyone else by a good bit too. As I told them, this was the most pleasant auto buying experience I've had in 55 years of buying cars. I was sincere. Best car buying experience I've ever had. My preference is to spend as little time in the dealership as possible. After one phone conversation with Lisa I had several options for a vehicle. Everything was handled electronically through email and phone conversations. During inspection the first car I had selected was found to have been wrecked. Enterprise would not sell me a car that had been damaged. Lisa had options ready for me at the time she informed me of the situation. She personally handled the logistics of getting my new car selection off the rental fleet. I was now up against a deadline. Lisa ensured the car was inspected and cleaned, ready for me when I walked into the dealership. The paperwork was ready for me to sign even before the test drive. I was out of the dealership within minutes; deadline met! When I found a small break in the taillight housing the next day I was assured the repair would be handled when I returned from a previously planned road trip. A rental car was provided to me immediately upon my return while the car was in for repair. Now here is where they won my business for life... I was informed by Lisa that a recall had been issued on the vehicle, it is Enterprise's policy to remove a vehicle from sales and rental until the recall has been rectified. The timing was so that my original paperwork had not been accepted by the corporation because of the recall. Lisa again informed me and had options ready; a rental car paid for by Enterprise until the car is ready, which could take months, or another vehicle. She was ready with other vehicle choices that fit my criteria. At this point I would say 'to make a long story short' but it's too late for that. This is a long story, but one with a happy ending... A very satisfied customer! I selected another car and couldn't be happier with it and amazed at the integrity of Enterprise Car Sales and even more so with the integrity of Lisa, Nick and the rest of the crew. They even placed flowers in my new new car to show their appreciation for my patience. I have to say, from experience, any other dealership would've sold me the first car without informing me of the damage, would've sold me a vehicle with an open recall, and I would've been on my own for repairs and transportation after the sale. You cannot go wrong with Enterprise Car Sales! Ask for Lisa, she'll ensure you have a carefree buying experience. This is one review I really looked forward to writing. Why? Because this is by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The cordiality shown at Enterprise was tops. The atmosphere in the offices was simply stated "joyful". Absolutely no pressure of any kind was ever shown, but a willingness to serve and help the customer in any way needed was a constant. Jevvon Hunter (our salesperson) is the best we've ever dealt with. What a huge blessing it was to have worked with him. He is truly a credit to this company. Looking for a car. Found on-line Enterprise Car Sales. Put in an on-line request form and got a call from Lisa, a sales rep from Albuquerque the next day. They had a SUV I was interested in and Lisa sent me the info on that vehicle within minutes. After a lot of research on-line decided the SUV was a great buy. Since I was over 200 miles away, Lisa rented an Enterprise Car in my town for me so I could drive it on way to Albuquerque at no charge. When I arrived SUV was waiting for me and all the paperwork already filled out. Took the SUV for a test drive and loved it. The most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had.
