The service technicians were top notch. Dillon Hill is an asset to M and F. Already at a loss of $5000, and 4 months later, my stress was at an all-time high that I had made the worst purchase decision of my entire life. I'm a big believer in supporting small business in Albuquerque and I believe in giving people the opportunity to make it right. I contacted the general manager, he's a busy man and very hard to get a hold of, but the quality of our conversations was worth the wait. He made me an offer to buy back the vehicle and allow me to cut my losses completely, or he could help set up a really good deal on another vehicle if I gave it another shot. We took him up on that offer because I feel that he was acting in good faith and wanted to make it right. We ended up buying another vehicle after he paid off the one that gave us so much trouble. In being fair and taking such good care of my family, this dealership has gained a life long customer. I would recommend them to any friend or family member looking for a reliable used vehicle. Thank you M and F!!

Walked in Oscar greeted me at front, took me back to desk, explaining how CarMax works. Did an excellent job breaking down process. I explained what I was looking for. He pulled up some options. Oscar had an appraiser go evaluate my truck while we evaluated the 2 I liked. Appraisal was more than one , but lower than other dealers. KEY is they don't require you to sell it to them. Truck I liked would cost me $199 to have it delivered from UT for a test drive. I paid, 10 days later after inspected/prepped, I drove it. During the 10 days Oscar & system kept me updated of shipping status. Zero haggling or problems during the appraisal, search, shipping, test drive & final sale. Final paperwork takes a while, so be prepared to wait. Business office staff broke down the paperwork, easy explanation of cost. Thereby making you feel you are not being taken. I called two days later to confirm with Brittany (in business office) if everything was a go, because I will be going to TX soon. I am worried about my temporary plates expiring. She explained everything is great, but would personally watch out for them. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, because I feel I no longer need to worry about this. Brittany is on top of it. There are many different sales persons in the building, young, older, male, female, of color, Spanish speaking, so absolutely no reason you can't find someone to feel comfortable with in your vehicle search. Now that said I highly recommend Oscar (attached his photo) You are able to ask for him personally if you wish. Funny that wife & I found him easy to work with even though we have adult grand-kids his age. Young but a hard worker & quick to get you the answers you need.

Once I pulled in to the small lot I was greeted politely upon exiting my car. Mind you it was a quick greeting from Daniel but nothing aggressive or pushy like most stealerships. He asked what we were looking for and I quickly told him about the SUV I saw online. We walked to the north of the building while he went to get the keys. This process was quick since I already knew exactly what I wanted to see. Do your research beforehand people it makes everyone's life easier. Once Daniel returned the test drive went smoothly. Once we returned to the dealership the paperwork was started. I ended up taking the car on an overnight test drive and finishing the transaction the next day. While on the overnight run I had the check engine light come on. I called Daniel to let him know. He stated we'll take care of it in the morning. Once returning to the dealership the following morning I dropped the car off to Nick their service writer. He was just as polite as Daniel. Shortly after Nick returned and explained it was just a simple issue of not resetting the oil service indicator after he had preformed the oil change and low def fluid that he topped off as well. Easy peasy leaning squeezy. Remember if your polite to people when issues arise you'll most likely be treated politely. All in all if your looking for a well taking care of used vehicle stop by Integrity Auto! If they don't have what your looking for they claimed they'll find it. Great locally owned SMALL business.

I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience. We flew in from CA and drove 12hrs home just to buy from them because of the upfront no-BS attitude and I would do it again! I got the price that was promised- they didn't try to sell me a bunch of "mandatory add-ons" or add any hidden fees. The car was clean and ready to go when we got there. P.S. They gave great lunch recommendations as well!

It's lengthy, and if you value…read moregood customer service as I do, you might feel as frustrated reading about my AutoNation experience as I felt living it. However, if you're interested, read on. My wife and I visited AutoNation in Albuquerque at the end of January to buy a late-model SUV. Bobby D. patiently assisted my wife, and we were pleased with their offer on our trade-in. We purchased a popular German SUV along with an extended warranty. After months of searching, my wife was finally happy. Update: Three days after our purchase, I still don't have the paperwork--no bill of sale, warranty documentation, etc. Our finance guy doesn't respond to my emails. After several reminders and a couple of phone calls, he finally emails me the documents while I'm on the line, but some are still missing. Update: After a few days, we might need to use our warranty for tire and wheel protection since one tire is leaking. I requested guidance on how the warranty works and if the repairs could be done at AutoNation. One representative said it couldn't be done there, while another said it could. On a Saturday, the service department was closed, and I was promised an appointment for Monday, but when I called, there was no record of it. I ended up taking the car to Discount Tire, which communicated with AutoNation to get the repair covered. Update: I found out that the interest rate on my financing package is 8.99%. I was initially told AutoNation would find the best rates, which were as low as 5.5% for high-credit-score borrowers. I went to a local credit union and secured a loan at three percentage points lower, saving thousands in interest. Now, I must make at least one payment on the AutoNation loan before requesting a payoff letter for refinancing. Lesson learned: don't take their financing. They make extra money on those unnecessarily high interest rates offered on their loans. Update: While enduring this process, I received an email from Bobby stating his work isn't done after the sale and he's available for follow-up. However, when I replied, I received no response because he was on vacation. I assume these emails are automated, but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Update: Throughout this ordeal, I sent numerous emails and left many voicemails, nearly all of which went unanswered. I even emailed the general manager twice with no response. As a small business owner for 40 years, I know that running a business in such a dismissive manner is a recipe for failure. Update: After my experience, reading other reviews revealed a trend: most positive reviews are from people selling cars to AutoNation, while the negatives come from buyers. Update: Today, I received a letter from AutoNation stating, "This is an informational notice only." It informed me that my credit score was just under 800 and noted that higher scores typically lead to better credit terms. Yet they offered me a rate three percentage points higher than I could get at any federal credit union in Albuquerque. Do they even understand the irony of sending this after my experience?

This entire experience was an absolute nightmare and the attitude that I encountered from the employees at Car Sales was incredibly inappropriate. If they would have shown some sympathy for my situation it would have helped, they made me feel like an inconvenience. The only person who was truly helpful was Arturo. Otherwise, the area manager Sam Leibenhaut, employees like Dashnie, and even the main honcho Mike Peters, gave off a very bad attitude. Around April 10th, I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra. Shortly after I bought the car, I noticed it would shake at various speeds. Therefore, Car Sales had me take it to Pep Boys. According to Sam, Pep Boys told him that they recommended the wheels be replaced because they have flat spots that may continue to make the car shake, but the balance should have taken care of 90% of it. Sam said he could not replace the tires because the tread was still new. Shortly thereafter I noticed that when I turned right or lef the front of the car made a sound. Car Sales also heard the sound, so I took it to another Pep Boys. The CV axle was broken and the struts needed to be replaced. The car that I had less than 2 weeks sat at Pep Boys for a week because they had to order the CV axle. I never heard anything from Enterprise. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told they only changed the struts because it was still under warranty with Nissan. Nobody communicated this with me so my car sat there a week. Then I took the car to Nissan. Sam had an attitude. When I told him that I appreciated Arturo and his apologies, Sam got defensive and let me know he had already apologized 4 times. After complaining about Sam, I started working with the general manager of Car Sales--Mike Peters. After having the car at Nissan for a week waiting for the axle to arrive, they said the control arm and boots were also broken. Nissan said it looked like the bolts had been banged on. My car was at Nissan for almost 3 weeks. I had the car a month and I only got to drive it for one week. When the car was ready, Nissan said I had to pay a $100 deductible, or I would not get my car back. I had to reach out to Enterprise again. When I spoke to Dashnie on the phone, I did not yell at her, but I did raise my voice a bit, which resulted in her hanging up on me. When I did eventually speak with Mike, he wanted ME to pay for the deductible and be reimbursed by Enterprise--to which I said no. When I spoke to Nissan, I asked them what they thought happened, They told me that Mike had been giving them attitude and telling them that this should be under their warranty, however, it was obvious that this was not a manufacturer error--someone else had done this to the car. They assumed someone had hit a curb or something with it and then got it shoddily repaired. The car still vibrates when I drive it. I am hoping it is just the tires because Nissan pretty much replaced the whole front. However, I am too scared to reach out to Enterprise because of their attitude and Sam had said he cannot justify buying new tires since the tread is fine. The hassle I went through with Enterprise was NOT worth it. I went to them because I thought I could trust them and believed I would get a reliable car. I was sorely mistaken. Not only was this car seriously damaged on THEIR watch, it was not inspected before it was sold, and their customer service was severely lacking. I know Enterprise's values--they claim that their brand is the most important thing that they own, and they always claim how important the customer is to them. I was going to refer people to Car Sales, even my husband was going to buy his next car from them, but after what happened I will definitely go out of my way to tell people NOT to buy used cars from Enterprise Car Sales, especially in Albuquerque, because it is quite apparent they cannot be trusted.
