We didn't know Dave until he personally saved us from a developing disaster last Sunday…read moreevening...... Saturday afternoon our huge class-a motorhome suffered an engine failure and we were towed to a repair shop that did not even try to deliver on the promise to fix our problem the next day (their website looked great but they were anything but capable). Long story short, we had to get out of that situation and that's when we stumbled upon Dave and his OUTSTANDING crew. We called for the tow asking to be brought to a much safer place (Route 66 RV) where we planned to wait for a mobile technician to get us going again. When Dave heard our story he informed us about Cummins' RV & pet friendly gated waiting area with power hookups and he even contacted one of their managers Sunday evening at our request to confirm availability. We're now safely in Cummins' service queue where the work will surely be done right and we have Dave to thank for that. To us, Dave is a true savior, a VERY GOOD man who obviously runs his operations honestly AND truly cares about his customers. BTW - AAA even told me that Dave's towing fees were "very reasonable" when we told them about being towed again. There really are good and honest people in this world and Dave and his crew certainly are on that list. THANKS Dave!!!!

Then they changed the part that needed to be changed not jumping around all kinds of other parts that were not needed to be replaced. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I don't understand why the lady at the desk couldn't open the door for me. There was a filthy plate on the shelf in front of the window. When I finally got access to the yard, the person (I won't use the term 'gentleman', as he just wasn't) had no idea what car I was supposed to be getting, and after giving him more details, he had no idea where it was. After wandering around for a bit, he finally found it. When it was originally towed, the tires were all good, but by the time I had access to it, the two rear tires were flat. They wouldn't let me try to fill the tires, and told me to just drive it out with 2 flats. It turns out that they had been punctured in the side wall, leading to replacement costs. The battery was dead too, it was fine before it was towed. I was not allowed to try to jump it, they told me I had to call another tow company to get my car. When I complained, I was told that if I wanted it my way, I should go to Burger King.
