My Tesla got a flat while in Albuquerque, called Tesla roadside assistance at 1pm mst, who then…read morecontracted Macy's towing, Macy's quoted the Tesla agent a truck was available right away and it would be 15 minutes for the tow to arrive, a service appointment was booked given the time frame the agent was quoted at the same time they booked the tow, I was listed as a will wait for tire service which was to be done the same business day, after waiting several hours, the less than stellar tow driver finally contacted me at 4:30pm stating he would be ready to pick up my car in 45 minutes he had just woke up from a nap and seen that he had to tow me but still needed to eat something first, when he arrived he seemed under the influence asking if I still wanted a tow and babbling on, at this point the service center was closed causing me to be stranded until the next afternoon for what was to be a same day service. Would not recommend Macy's towing to my worst enemy. The hour and a half worth of sentry mode footage I recorded of him sitting in the tesla lot after dropping my vehicle sure makes him and macy's tow company look some kind of way.

He was truly an angel ! He arrived much sooner than I anticipated. He assessed the tire, filled it with air, and he followed me with his truck as I carefully drove to Firestone for new tire and he made sure I got there safely. He put the donut on my car, put everything back together carefully and charged me what he had quoted over the phone.
