If you're looking for a dishonest and exhausting auto sales experience, this is the dealership for you. This company knowingly omitted material information that would have prevented most consumers from purchasing the vehicle. What was represented as a "clean" vehicle was in reality a poorly executed attempt to conceal prior collision damage. The "minor" damage on the carfax was far more than a cosmetic ding. Their 6 point inspection they are so proud of didn't mention how the grill was being kept on by zip ties alone, or how the bumper was glued on. No mention of a prior collision extensive enough to require a new radiator cage, a new hood, a new grill and a new bumper. To an average consumer like myself, the grill and bumper looked like upgrades. Over the course of five months, and throughout multiple communications, I was repeatedly assured all issues would be corrected. After the vehicle was held for weeks for so-called "repairs", it was returned with substandard, below poor quality, bodywork, and critical sensors still malfunctioning. An independent third-party inspection confirmed the repairs were rushed, unprofessional, and cosmetic, not corrective. When these deficiencies were raised, the dealership resorted to gaslighting tactics, denying visible defects, contradicting prior statements and attempting to make me question what was clearly documented and observable. Rather than taking accountability, their responses are evasive, dismissive, and calculated in an attempt to shut down further discussion. In a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue, I requested a comparable vehicle with no collision damage and/or history. I was repeatedly assured that this solution was acceptable and achievable. Once those assurances were given, communication effectively ceased, with follow-ups ignored and no meaningful effort made to honor the proposed resolution. What good is calling if phone calls are ignored and messages go unanswered. This was not a mistake or a misunderstanding, but a pattern of misleading conduct designed to push a sale through at any cost while avoiding responsibility afterward. In my experience, Hubert operates on half-truths, omission, and customer fatigue rather than transparency or integrity. read more

They lie through their teeth to get you to sign anything. Update: I took away 3 stars because we've had a few inconvenient run-around with Integrity before AND after my initial review. I was holding back on the negative things in my first review because they were fixing the issues at the time without question. However, it's been one thing after another that I don't know where to start. The transmission issue is done and we're happy with no other mechanical issues. We traded in a truck and Integrity's responsibility was to pay it off so our auto payment doesn't draft for it but they took over a month to do so and a payment was drafted from our account a month later. We had to call them to check the status and they told us that someone from Integrity PHYSICALLY walked into the bank THAT day and paid it off. I called our bank to confirm it and they never received the pay-off check from Integrity. I called Integrity the next day bc my account was less the payment and a different person said they had MAILED the check to the bank that day... it was a mess. We had to wait for Integrity to reimburse us for a partial payment if a vehicle were no longer owned..... We purchased our truck on 5/05/18. It is now 6/19/18 and we still don't have our plate. We asked about the status of it on 6/04/18 bc our temp tag was due to expire the following day. We got an extension, no problem. Well today, they let us know that WE have to take the truck for an emissions test so they can get us our registration and plate. WTF... so now we gotta waste OUR time to drive around and get the test done and take it back to Integrity, which they should've had completed BEFORE they sold it!! Our salesperson was awesome, the people are great... we've just been given wrong info or lied to at some point. read more

I bought a Jeep from this dealer on Oct 17. During the test drive the rep said that their warranties included a 7-day no questions asked return policy. A few days later I tried to return the vehicle because it was running very rough and though it may have defective motor mounts or other costly problem. At that time I was informed by the manager that they had no 7-day return policy! Also. They were supposed to get the title and reg. Two weeks then three went by until Nov 7 and they kept telling me it was not there. So I called around to the MDV offices in ABQ and found out that the title had issued Nov 1. So the dealer out of incompetence or plain meanness had been sitting on the title for a week. If you are a used car buyer BEWARE of this dealership! read more

By far with out a doubt the best dealership in the metro or surrounding areas! Recently purchased a vehicle from these guys and it was the smoothest transaction I've ever had buying a car. Once I pulled in to the small lot I was greeted politely upon exiting my car. Mind you it was a quick greeting from Daniel but nothing aggressive or pushy like most stealerships. He asked what we were looking for and I quickly told him about the SUV I saw online. We walked to the north of the building while he went to get the keys. This process was quick since I already knew exactly what I wanted to see. Do your research beforehand people it makes everyone's life easier. Once Daniel returned the test drive went smoothly. Once we returned to the dealership the paperwork was started. I ended up taking the car on an overnight test drive and finishing the transaction the next day. While on the overnight run I had the check engine light come on. I called Daniel to let him know. He stated we'll take care of it in the morning. Once returning to the dealership the following morning I dropped the car off to Nick their service writer. He was just as polite as Daniel. Shortly after Nick returned and explained it was just a simple issue of not resetting the oil service indicator after he had preformed the oil change and low def fluid that he topped off as well. Easy peasy leaning squeezy. Remember if your polite to people when issues arise you'll most likely be treated politely. I had been looking for a vehicle on and off since October 12' and it was either I didn't trust my salesman, they had unreal payment plans, or just the vehicles weren't up to my standards. So anywho, I found a vehicle that was worth a look. I went over there to see but for once nobody followed my car as soon as I hit the lot. Sadly, nobody ever came out. Not seeing the vehicle I wanted I got in my car and drove away. I did call to ask about their inventory and they quickly did apologize for no one coming to help me. I went back shortly after and test drove 2 vehicles and found one I enjoyed. They were willing to bargain with me and offered me more than others for my trade. The deal took about 3.5 hrs but I left there happy and satisfied. I've had to go back because a sensor needs replacement and we are still waiting on the part but every time the staff are very sweet and willing to make sure you're comfortable.
