We had been looking for my favorite car (only about +/- 200 are currently in circulation), thankfully Integrity had one. We had the pleasure of working with Gennaro and he made the process easy, especially since we lived 1,600 miles away. G responded to all of our inquiries, did a video walk around on the vehicle and arranged for the shipping right away. G and all the staff at Integrity Automotive were fantastic! read more

I would not recommend Integrity Automotive based on my experience, I ended up finding a car through CU Automotive. They were incredibly helpful, found me a vehicle out of state at another dealership, and helped me successfully close on it. I truly appreciated their professionalism and customer service. Do not recommend integrity automotive read more

Do not go to these guys they sell lemon cars and flip them for money once they break within the first week they will say it's your fault.

Elijah and Annette are amazing! The whole team is glorious. This was my first experience buying a vehicle off the internet completely unseen physically (which is a nervous experience) and they made a fantastic buying experience. Completely white glove service. I will definitely consider flying out there to buy my next vehicle! read more

If you're looking for a dishonest and exhausting auto sales experience, this is the dealership for you. This company knowingly omitted material information that would have prevented most consumers from purchasing the vehicle. What was represented as a "clean" vehicle was in reality a poorly executed attempt to conceal prior collision damage. The "minor" damage on the carfax was far more than a cosmetic ding. Their 6 point inspection they are so proud of didn't mention how the grill was being kept on by zip ties alone, or how the bumper was glued on. No mention of a prior collision extensive enough to require a new radiator cage, a new hood, a new grill and a new bumper. To an average consumer like myself, the grill and bumper looked like upgrades. Over the course of five months, and throughout multiple communications, I was repeatedly assured all issues would be corrected. After the vehicle was held for weeks for so-called "repairs", it was returned with substandard, below poor quality, bodywork, and critical sensors still malfunctioning. An independent third-party inspection confirmed the repairs were rushed, unprofessional, and cosmetic, not corrective. When these deficiencies were raised, the dealership resorted to gaslighting tactics, denying visible defects, contradicting prior statements and attempting to make me question what was clearly documented and observable. Rather than taking accountability, their responses are evasive, dismissive, and calculated in an attempt to shut down further discussion. In a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue, I requested a comparable vehicle with no collision damage and/or history. I was repeatedly assured that this solution was acceptable and achievable. Once those assurances were given, communication effectively ceased, with follow-ups ignored and no meaningful effort made to honor the proposed resolution. What good is calling if phone calls are ignored and messages go unanswered. This was not a mistake or a misunderstanding, but a pattern of misleading conduct designed to push a sale through at any cost while avoiding responsibility afterward. In my experience, Hubert operates on half-truths, omission, and customer fatigue rather than transparency or integrity. read more

The people here at Integrity really live up to the name. Everyone was super polite and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I want to mention the names Jalen Woods and Nolan Kuhn. They were especially helpful, polite and very honest. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from Integrity and I would definitely come back! read more

Integrity is just about the worst name you could have chosen for this business. If you want to be lied to, cheated and scammed this is the place for you. They do not honor agreed upon prices. They lie through their teeth to get you to sign anything. I had an agreement for them to buy my car I drove from out of town confirmed a number of times and ultimately when I got there they dropped the price by $4,000. They are an embarrassment to used car lots and are the reason people have such trust issues with dealerships. read more

I needed a car on short notice. I have passed this place 1000 times and decided to go in and check it out. I had the pleasure of meeting Nolan Kuhn, who was exceedingly helpful. Integrity has any car that you need and could probably get you anyone that they don't have on the lot . I needed something fast and inexpensive. Mr. Kuhn showed me a Toyota GR86 that fit my price range and something that was fun to drive. Even after a small misunderstanding and I returned for some adjustments, I had the pleasure of meeting Nick McDougall, who is informative and rectified my situation seamlessly. Highly recommend if you need a vehicle from Toyota to Bentleys. read more

Dealing with Integrity Automotive was AMAZING and so easy. Annette and Vanessa were so nice to work with. No hassles, NO pressure. Both ladies were very helpful and accomodating. The dealership is clean and welcoming. And.....I left with a beautiful car!! I was more than impressed. The professionalism was top notch. I will definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future! What a great way to start the new year!!! read more

Update: I took away 3 stars because we've had a few inconvenient run-around with Integrity before AND after my initial review. I was holding back on the negative things in my first review because they were fixing the issues at the time without question. However, it's been one thing after another that I don't know where to start. The transmission issue is done and we're happy with no other mechanical issues. We traded in a truck and Integrity's responsibility was to pay it off so our auto payment doesn't draft for it but they took over a month to do so and a payment was drafted from our account a month later. We had to call them to check the status and they told us that someone from Integrity PHYSICALLY walked into the bank THAT day and paid it off. I called our bank to confirm it and they never received the pay-off check from Integrity. I called Integrity the next day bc my account was less the payment and a different person said they had MAILED the check to the bank that day... it was a mess. We had to wait for Integrity to reimburse us for a partial payment if a vehicle were no longer owned..... We purchased our truck on 5/05/18. It is now 6/19/18 and we still don't have our plate. We asked about the status of it on 6/04/18 bc our temp tag was due to expire the following day. We got an extension, no problem. Well today, they let us know that WE have to take the truck for an emissions test so they can get us our registration and plate. WTF... so now we gotta waste OUR time to drive around and get the test done and take it back to Integrity, which they should've had completed BEFORE they sold it!! Our salesperson was awesome, the people are great... we've just been given wrong info or lied to at some point. read more

I bought a Jeep from this dealer on Oct 17. During the test drive the rep said that their warranties included a 7-day no questions asked return policy. A few days later I tried to return the vehicle because it was running very rough and though it may have defective motor mounts or other costly problem. At that time I was informed by the manager that they had no 7-day return policy! Also. They were supposed to get the title and reg. Two weeks then three went by until Nov 7 and they kept telling me it was not there. So I called around to the MDV offices in ABQ and found out that the title had issued Nov 1. So the dealer out of incompetence or plain meanness had been sitting on the title for a week. If you are a used car buyer BEWARE of this dealership! read more

Best cars in town, and the service is always great. The owner Brian is the best of the best, 10/10.

We did a ton of research before deciding what kind of vehicle we were going to purchase. Once our decision was made, we started looking for said vehicle locally. The first one we found that had all of the features on our lost was here at Integrity. We called to confirm they did indeed have it, and drove up for a test drive. The car was everything they had listed on their website, and we were able to come to a deal in minutes. Our salesman Daniel was super easy to work with, without that creepy car salesman thing going on. He wanted to help us however he could, and was eager to make the deal happen. Integrity definitely has just that, which is hard to find in a car dealership. If they don't have what you're looking for they are more than happy to find it and bring it in for you. By far the best car buying experience we have had. read more

High character people at Integrity. Winslow and Annette take care of you even after the purchase and the service department deals with issues even after you purchase. Purchased a truck last month. Discovered a small oil leak after the purchase. Brought the truck in and the service manager, Nick, not only diagnosed the problem, he fixed it while I was there at no cost. read more

By far with out a doubt the best dealership in the metro or surrounding areas! Recently purchased a vehicle from these guys and it was the smoothest transaction I've ever had buying a car. Once I pulled in to the small lot I was greeted politely upon exiting my car. Mind you it was a quick greeting from Daniel but nothing aggressive or pushy like most stealerships. He asked what we were looking for and I quickly told him about the SUV I saw online. We walked to the north of the building while he went to get the keys. This process was quick since I already knew exactly what I wanted to see. Do your research beforehand people it makes everyone's life easier. Once Daniel returned the test drive went smoothly. Once we returned to the dealership the paperwork was started. I ended up taking the car on an overnight test drive and finishing the transaction the next day. While on the overnight run I had the check engine light come on. I called Daniel to let him know. He stated we'll take care of it in the morning. Once returning to the dealership the following morning I dropped the car off to Nick their service writer. He was just as polite as Daniel. Shortly after Nick returned and explained it was just a simple issue of not resetting the oil service indicator after he had preformed the oil change and low def fluid that he topped off as well. Easy peasy leaning squeezy. Remember if your polite to people when issues arise you'll most likely be treated politely. All in all if your looking for a well taking care of used vehicle stop by Integrity Auto! If they don't have what your looking for they claimed they'll find it. Great locally owned SMALL business. read more

Excellent car dealership. Service before and after purchase was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a few run ins with these guys. Really don't like their attitudes, self absorbed and won't ever do business with them again.

I can't say enough about the staff at Integrity. After buying a car at another dealership, and being completely taken advantage of, I went to Integrity. Not only did they get me approved at a better rate than the other dealership, they got me into a beautiful car that I absolutely love! A huge shout out to Pat, Anthony, Brian, and everyone at Integrity. They are knowledgeable, kind and caring. Save yourself some time and hassle, go to Integrity first! They will take care of you. read more

Lili is by far the best! She won't so far out of her way to help me get a great deal!!!! I'll be coming back when looking to buy my next car. read more

My wife and I came in wanting to look around and dreading having to talk to any sales people....we left so very happy with a new car! Joe and Karen were so wonderful in helping us find and finance our vehicle. There was no pushy attitude, they treated us beautifully, I really can't express how thankful I am for these two people! I highly encourage taking a look at Integrity if you are in the market for a new car with zero stress attached! Thanks again!! read more

Ridiculously awesome cars, phenomenal service, all priced where they should be. Ask for Brian Luna and Manuel Montano.

Integrity Automotive made buying my first car as easy and pleasant as possible. Bryanna went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for while still staying within my price range. From actually finding the vehicle to the day I purchased it, she was very helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had. Bryanna made the entire process a breeze and I am very pleased with my vehicle. The customer service was phenomenal and they have good quality vehicles, 10/10 would recommend! read more

I had been looking for a vehicle on and off since October 12' and it was either I didn't trust my salesman, they had unreal payment plans, or just the vehicles weren't up to my standards. So anywho, I found a vehicle that was worth a look. I went over there to see but for once nobody followed my car as soon as I hit the lot. Sadly, nobody ever came out. Not seeing the vehicle I wanted I got in my car and drove away. I did call to ask about their inventory and they quickly did apologize for no one coming to help me. I went back shortly after and test drove 2 vehicles and found one I enjoyed. They were willing to bargain with me and offered me more than others for my trade. The deal took about 3.5 hrs but I left there happy and satisfied. I've had to go back because a sensor needs replacement and we are still waiting on the part but every time the staff are very sweet and willing to make sure you're comfortable. The huge couch and refreshments do help haha. I recommend these people because of how friendly, easy to work with, and good quality of vehicles they do have. read more

Integrity Automotive - Car Dealers Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

buy car on this place they charge for inspection then car broke down few miles after no response from the dealer

Integrity Automotive's name fits them to a T. I bought a beautiful Ford Mustang for my son and I could not have been treated any better. From the sales professional, Jeremy, and all the way up to the owner Bryan, I was treated as a person and not as a dollar sign. I have bought many cars over my lifetime and I've never had a car transaction, go so smoothly. After the contract was signed, their shop noticed that the 2 front tires were bald. The owner made arrangements for 2 new tires to be installed on Sunday morning (even though they were closed) for Nick to come in and swap them out, because they knew I was driving the car back to Texas the next day. And they wanted me to be safe. WOW! If you're in the market for car, truck or any high end automobile, look no further. You will be taken care of... read more

Koty, my salesman and the rest of the team were great! Went like this... Surfing the web Sunday night, saw a great price on the vehicle we wanted. Monday, bought a plane ticket at noon, caught the flight at 1:30 (Phx-Alb for $229.) Koty picked me up at the airport (4 minutes or less; plane to curb, really!) Pulled up in a bit of awe at the quality of cars in the lot, Porche, BMW, etc, there was talk of a recent Lamborghini they delivered with their enclosed trailer(I was there for a 4runner.) Not to scare, it looks like they'll sell anything that's clean, and the price on the Toyota convinced me to fly out! Now the Staff... Koty, great job- you offered a good description over the phone, responded quickly yesterday morning, and stayed with me throughout the process once there. I think your conversation with my wife help alleviate her concerns. Nick the service tech was great. A small issue arose, and the man found a simple solution that cured the problem and had me on my way (6 hours home.) The rest of the team was 1st class. They're family run, as you'll see if you give them a chance, and I would happily do it over again. I only wish I could have convinced my wife Sunday night, I would have been home earlier- thanks Koty! Everyone else- Thank you all! You have a nice operation there, Brian! Great service, quality cars, competent technical staff. Thanks everyone for treating me like I was buying a Beamer. read more

We just bought our second car from them. Great service from both the sales rep and finance rep. Easy to deal with. Great selection of cars.

Who would of thunk it. My husband & I drove from Tucson, AZ to buy our dream car. We kept thinking this is not going to happen. Well this not only happens but the salesman Manny, went out of his way to make it happen. Our trip from Tucson was worth it. Our Challenger Demon will be coming to Arizona. Thank you to staff too. Manny helped us get lodging & transport of car. Integrity Automotive treated us like family. read more
