    Do not go to these guys they sell lemon cars and flip them for money once they break within the first week they will say it's your fault.

    Had a few run ins with these guys. Really don't like their attitudes, self absorbed and won't ever do business with them again.

That being said, I have to say that I have just had the most wonderful experience at Enterprise Car Sales. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were treated respectfully, honestly and were able to joke with our salesman, Mike Ellis. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with this man if you are in the market for a well-maintained used car. This man never pushed, never prodded, asked the appropriate questions and did it with a smile on his face. He was honest, forthcoming and just a pleasure to deal with. And he found me the car I wanted - that I loved. And then he brings in that pushy little person -- you know, the "closer" -- who goes over the financing with you. Except she wasn't. Lisa Darby was a pleasure to deal with - went through the information thoroughly and was honest as the day is long. She did her job efficiently and all with a smile on her face. And she drinks coffee :) I was a bit sad when I drove off the lot in my new/used dream car. A hug goodbye from both Mike and Lisa after I made them play staff photographer and sync my phone and go over features gave me a little tear in my eye. A dream team to be sure!

They care more about $1000.00 than their customers or their reputation. This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue" So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians." The vehicle arrived with problems and they claim I should pay the transport fee. Go to CarMax - they are honest about their vehicles conditions!

I recently worked with Larry Miller Hyundai in ABQ, New Mexico to help initiate and guide my brother through the car buying process from thousands of miles away in Maryland. A little back story: my brother lives and works on a Native American reservation in Arizona, at the local hospital. It is super remote, almost straggling the state line between AZ and NM, so everything is far - let alone a reputable dealership. To put it in perspective, the nearest "town" is 40 miles and the closest metropolitan is Albuquerque, right under a four hour drive. Like I said, buying a car is hard. Buying it under these situations was almost damn near impossible, calling dealership to dealership between the two states to find a good, safe, reliable car. Somehow, Gerald and his team at Larry Miller Hyundai made it possible, through a series of phone calls, FaceTimes and text messages. There were some hiccups along the way (the car we originally wanted sold when we were about ready to pull the plug, the finance team couldn't quite get us the information needed to make payment remotely, etc.) Despite that, I almost gave up on getting my brother a vehicle (since we didn't exactly have a timeline), but the folks here came through and we were able to purchase a brand new car and get it delivered to him. Still some follow up to be done, but wanted to say thank you Gerald for helping us through a first-for-all scenario. Looking forward to the continued partnership since you'll be my brother's 'home' dealership now.

We replaced our RAV4 battery with original Toyota brand 2 years ago at this dealership , battery has 84 months (7 years) warranty. My wife was stranded in a shipping center last night in a dark since her RAV4 would not start. Someone offered to jump it and she was able to get home. We contacted the dealership and they pulled our record and let us know since battery was within replacement time and defected it will be replaced at no charge but need to be tested. We jump stated again today and she took it to this dealership to test the battery they found out that battery had a defected cell and need to be replaced (2 years 24 month old). But since it was over 2 years and few days we will need to pay 50% of the cost the battery. Yes, 84 months warranty after 24 months weeks have to pay 50% charge. Batteries these days are cover with at lease 5 years of free replacement. Service Mgr wouldn't even want to come to the phone and told the Asst service mgr that we would have to pay the 50% charge. WOW, what happened to the customer service? What happened to take care of your customers so they can come back over and over. We bought the Toyota battery just so we have peace of mind. My wife left the dealership and not planning to go back. We have been a loyal customer for a long time but I feel it's time to change.

He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the car because if you are like me and grew up on a ranch driving beaters all the bells and whistles, and new controls that kia has on their cars can be a little intimidating. But Elijah ran through all of them with us even though it was after closing time he didn't rush or act like he wanted to leave. The other reviews are correct about the dealership trying to sell useless add ons, but all you have to do is tell them you don't want any and the finance guy we worked with didn't push us to get them after that. I will update this review once I see how well the Telluride we bought holds up, but our experience with Elijah was great. As far as value I have always been a dodge guy but a brand new Kia cost the same as a 2 year old Durango with a lower trim so I decided to give it a shot. Elijah deserves a thank you and a promotion that guy seemed stand up and very honest which seems to be rare amongst car salesman these days.

I didn't ask them if we could cancel the deal because I did not provide any of my paystub's any sort of income. They told me that my trade was already sold that auction and then contacted other dealerships about this issue and they told me that I should get an attorney due to none of the finalization was done on the financing part of it super poor dealership I would not recommend going here if you want to get scammed or have your credit screwed in any way or form please don't go here.
