I purchased a used vehicle from them. They told me they would check everything out bumper-to-bumper. Make sure everything is good. Make any repairs necessary before I bought it when I picked it up and drove it off. The oil leaked out of the port on the side of the engine, they did not have the oil dipstick bolted down. It fell out an oil leak leaked out. I checked some other stuff. Nothing was done. I took it back to them. They apologized. Said the gal that was to fixit was real busy and didn't do anything on the list and they will get everything fixed. I picked it up and brought it home it doesn't get driven much because it is for towing behind a motorhome. It was sitting in my front yard and it starts going berserk lights coming on alarm going off and the hatchback opening on its own in the middle of the night I took it to a another Dodge dealer and they found broken motor mounts and a computer update that should've been done at Melloy Dodge like they said and it wasn't. They are not truthful and don't stand behind their word I gave them the opportunity to fix it and they said too bad. Me and my fiancé went to Mellon Dodge on coors. They had posted on Facebook promoting a deal they had going on for this week only. My fiancé wanted to trade in her 2021 Nissan Titan V8 for a ram. The sales guy whose name is Colin Maryboy was amazing. He answered all of our questions, let us test drive the vehicles we wanted, let us look at the vehicles we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was trying to sell us. However, when we found one that we really wanted, Colin took our credit information to his boss. His boss came out to where we were sitting inside the showroom and told us that even if I had co-signed on this vehicle, it was not possible. Told us that in order to get that truck, we had to make $8k a month. Then when we asked how much they were offering for the Titan, he wouldn't tell us. He had a sour attitude the whole time, told me that someone falsified how much money I make in order for me to get the truck I just recently financed through rich ford in Edgewood. How did someone falsify my income if I'm the one who wrote it down, and brought check stubs in when I bought the truck? Make that make sense. We looked at one more ram to see if it was on that my fiancé liked. She didn't like it. It was a 2026 that had less than her 2021 Titan. No heated seats, no power seats, etc. when we said no to the last truck, Collin's boss who's name is Stan, didn't shake our hands, didn't say thank you for coming in, nothing. Just walked away. Collin was left to apologize on Stan's behalf even though none of this was his fault. Stan has no customer service whatsoever and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Stan. Again, Collin was amazing, his customer service skills are on point. He jokes with his customers, he gives you a glimpse of who he is as a person. Stan, has no value of customers time or anything of the sorts. Right as we were about to leave, we asked Collin if he knew how much they were offering us for the Titan. He went and asked Stan and Stan said "it doesn't matter nothings gonna happen anyway". How are you going to put a promotion out on the internet saying you'll get us out of our vehicle and be a complete dick about it? Service department. We took in our truck for service about two weeks ago, it sat in the lot for the two weeks with nothing done, no phone call, no text, no communication as to what was going on. Finally was told that they were sorry but they only had one technician to look at potential problem and they did not know when they could get the truck in to be looked at. Frustrating as this truck is needed! So we decided to get it towed to another RAM dealership and they provided us with great service from the start. No frills. They offer you bottled water and there's a few quarter candy vending machine at the far end of the showroom. (Bring your own quarters for candy for your kid) No frills and you definitely don't feel welcomed and special in that space...to me, that's very important in the retail business and they didn't deliver for me. Had a issue with my newly purchased Ram 1500. Drove in and spoke to April and Kati, they took photos and notified me the following day the issue would be fixed under warranty. They were both easy to work with, professional, and polite. The truck was fixed within two weeks. Also my salesperson Steve was easy to deal with when I purchased the truck. Only 4 stars because the finance manager Frank and I had a significant difference of opinion about what he told me about benefits of some add on warranties and what the warranty said they would cover in the fine print. Fortunately I was able to cancel most and get a refund towards my principal. In my opinion the "Carefree Windshield Protection" was a total waste of money. If your buying a car at Melloy or anywhere demand to see the actual legal documents, the actual Policy from the warranty company about what is covered and what is not, don't take the word of a finance manager who's goal it to sell you add on warranties. read more

I bought a vehicle from melloy Dodge in Albuquerque. I signed all the paperwork and did everything I needed to. They called me back to sign a paper and I showed up the next day to sign that paper. My wife and I went out of town and all the sudden I was blown ur by their financing guy telling me I needed to send my social security card to them or I would have to return the truck in 24 hours. He said the "IRS " is back logged for over 2 weeks. I told him I don't not feel comfortable sending that type of info through any thing due to identity theft. He told me to send it to his email (which is encrypted) I sent it multiple times and "he did not receive it". He proceeded to try and get me to send it over text. Blowing up my phone on my drive home. I got home early AM and I work nights so I had to sleep for work... he proceeded to continue blowing me up about it. I told him on my days off I will come and drop the truck off since it was a 24 hour deal to return it. I asked about my down payment and trade in and he decided not to respond about that at all. Just about how it's not their fault and they need it. Then I asked him how everything was going the next day to see if I needed to indeed bring the truck in that next morning after work and he advised me they were closed On Sunday... so I couldn't do anything and that he believes Friday that they "funded" the deal. I told him I will call the bank first thing Monday to verify this. Sure enough I called and talked with multiple representatives ( I called multiple times) and all representatives told me that it was not funded and they would stop the funding. He had me talk to a stellantis representative that represents Melloy Dodge and I told her as well. She ended up hanging up on me. I called again to a regular representative they told me again it will not get funded. We ended up taking the truck in like we promised and they denied the truck and told me they would have it towed on my expense. He told me it was funded so I called in his office and sure enough it was funded 40 mins before we got there.... All while knowing we were returning this truck and it should not be funded. On top of that they refuse to send me the verification of my SSN which I am entitled to. To me this means they pushed it through without verifying my identity.... That's how identity theft happens.... And clearly that is fraud. Anyway I brought the truck home and I'm still fighting with them. Please help. Let's say the experience I went through with this dealership was not a pleasant one. After searching for a specific trim and model this dealership was the only one that had it. I was excited because my partner bought a vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago and it was a great experience from what was shared with me. When it came down to financing the car of course they wanted me to do financing through them, I politely declined as I had my own financing and did not need it provided to me from them. This is where things started to get ugly, they really wanted to make it a pain for me to get the car because my local bank was financing the loan. In order for me to close on the deal of the car I needed paperwork stipulating the purchase price and everything they were charging for the vehicle. They refused and refused to give me the documents needed, which meant I could not process the loan with my bank. Eventually after days of asking I got the purchase order. The day before I am supposed to go in to get the car, the internet price of the vehicle went down a drastic amount and I asked them to adjust the purchase price of the car. The response I got was "since you were already dealing with us before the price went down, so you will have to pay the higher price". Then they came up with some excuses of that they over valued my trade in on accident so they will not lower purchase price of the car I was buying. I had to go back and fourth with them to get this price down to their listing price! Then the day of getting the car we headed in to give them the dealer lien and down payment. Then finance manger TRIES TO RUN OUR CREDIT AGAIN for a indirect auto loan(they make more money off these) through the same bank I got the loan from! He had the paperwork in his hand and was trying to get the loan through them for the 3rd time! We did not appreciate the deception from the finance department trying to get a loan when we all they needed to do was take our paperwork from their preferred bank and take our downpayment and let us be on our way. I only got my car from here because they had the specific car I wanted that no other dealership in this state or neighboring states had. I would never return here, nor even for services on my car. Took my new 2020 ram 3500 in for a random wind noise coming from the rear windshield. They replaced the back glass twice and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I went to pick it up and was told by the service manager Jason that there solution was to run a bead of cocking around the outside of the rear glass. So now my brand new 2020 ram 3500 has a bead of cocking around the back glass and still had a random wind noise. Definitely wouldn't recommend this service department. In response to the tool box your service techs and manager and my self all verified by taking the tool box out that the noise was still there. Wouldn't that of been the first step specifically being out of warranty I'm sure you guys wouldn't just send it off to get the whole rear window replaced with out verifying that the tool box was not the issue. read more

Do not bother with the service department. Took our 2018 Durango in to get inspected and have the automatic start stop system looked at since it hadn't been working before the warranty expired. I specifically told them I suspected it was the auxiliary battery for this system. While the car was in I decided to have the fuel system cleaned including the injectors. Car was dropped off at 9 (scheduled appointment) and I didn't hear a peep out of them all day until 4:30 when Ed called to say the work was done. Picked up the car where I was told some stored engine codes were preventing the start stop function from working. Fast forward 2 weeks and my start stop still doesn't work. Ed has called twice since and I've told him the problem isn't rectified; he blames the problem on my a/c running which is wrong because I'm not dumb and have turned a/c off to check if the start stop works. He tells me I'll have to schedule it to get looked at again rather than offering to schedule for me. At this point I know it's a waste of my time to work with them. I have put only 100 miles on the car since service when all of a sudden the engine stops in the middle of the road. The car is put in park and tried to restart to no avail. We exit the car to find a puddle of gas underneath it. 14 hours later and two tow rides I get the pleasant experience of bringing the car back to Ed. There he explains to me that "he doesn't work on the cars" and he's "doing the best he can". 5 hours later we find out the clips for the fuel line hadn't been replaced properly and that's the problem. Oh and guess what? Dead auxiliary battery which I had clued them onto two weeks prior. To rectify the situation they did comp the battery for me which I was thankful for. I'm glad the service department finally fixed the issue but it wasn't until after putting my family in danger. I'm just thankful it broke down on side streets and not on the interstate where we definitely would have been hit. Skip Melloy Dodge service. Ed Wilson is arrogant and will talk down to you like you're an idiot. He says he's "not a 10 but he's also not a 0" in his review pitch. I'm not sure, the jury may be out but I'd rank him and his department closer to a 0 than a 10. We won't be coming back. Go ahead and fix that, we say. They say the truck will be ready in a day or so. WEEK FIVE! Oh - there's been some delays. We'll get back to you. Call today (August 24) from Rudy in "service". The truck needs new break pads, two new tires and some other stuff. WHY ARE THEY CHECKING THIS STUFF? It's nothing to do with the engine! My husband calls back and is furious. They tell him it will be ready in a bit. We finally got a call today saying the truck is good to go. FINALLY! It only took 38 days. Communication from them was horrible. We got a Cashiers check from our Bank for the amount and went in to buy only to be told that they wouldn't honor it and tried to get him to pay more. He left along with my husband. We then went through having to work out issues of getting the Title from Finance so he could get it Registered. Went in and they stood and laughed and talked while making him wait for no reason. The vehicle he bought ended up having only 3 matching tires, the sound system had been cut and there were wires hanging everywhere. On November 13, 2011, my husband purchased the tenth Fiat 500 sold in Albuquerque. He was thrilled. He went religiously for service and repair, until today, to the Fiat service center in San Mateo and Osuna NE. The waiting room wasn't anything to write home about and was always like the inside of a refrigerator but they did a good job and listened to any concerns. Today, he went to the Melloy dealership on Coors since they gave up the shop on Sam Mateo. I guess Mr Melloy is too busy taping ridiculous commercials to visit other dealerships and their service departments. My husband used to be able to make an appointment but no longer. Just drive in and we'll take care of you. Ha ha. That's a joke. Only one technician came over to service Fiats. The other techs " are in training for Fiat service". The waiting room had 4 chairs and a water dispenser. Yup, that's it. Have you been to BMW or Lexus or Garcia Honda or Chalmers? I guess Mr Melloy doesn't give a rats butt about the customer. He takes your money, gives you a vehicle and washes his hands of you. My husband asked if they rotated the tires and was told that if he wanted that, it's an extra $20. I had called and left a vmail the day before with an advisor and didn't receive a return call. Waist of time and a glaring reason why I am starting to regret purchasing a Ram. 14,000 miles on the truck and the factory tires failed and TPMS sensor stopped working. At least discount tire scanned the sensors and advised the dealer would need to force program them. The advisor said they sell trucks not tires talk to the tire manufacturer and make an appointment. Saturday 11-28-2020 Meet with salesman Justin, get trade evaluated and make deal, fill out credit application and feel that it will be a smooth deal. At this time he tells me that vehicle is at "rail yard" and will arrive in 1-10 days. Sunday 11-29-2020 Return to dealership to sign financing, am told that he will check Monday to get a set delivery date. Monday 11-30-2020 Send text message to see if he has gotten a date for delivery and am told that it will arrive Thursday. At this time I notify my business customer that I will be able to start the job the following Monday Thurday 12-3-2020 Send message to salesman to find out ETA of vehicle at 9:39am get response at 12:00pm that states "hopefully today" Friday 12-4-2020 Send salesman message asking if there is any word at 10:55am, do not get a response so at 1:04pm is message him again, finally get a response that states he is not at the lot but will be back in 30 minutes and let me know 1:05pm. 3:51pm finally get response letting me know it still has not come in. At this time I inform him that I had and out of state job that I needed to start the following Monday so I was most likely going to have to take the vehicle that was to be traded, no response from salesman after that point so I decide that evening to fill out the FCA customer satisfaction survey to see if that earns a response. Monday 12-7-2020 10:24am get email from Brittany the customer relations manager apologizing for how the ball has been dropped and states that she will get answer from GM and let me know in the afternoon what is happening, I then respond to her email stating that at this point waiting on the vehicle is costing me income due to the fact that I waited around and did not start job on time. 4:59pm finally get response stating that GM just got off the phone with Chrysler and that vehicle "should be in by Friday" mind me in saying this is also day 9 since I had been told 1-10 days. Thursday 12-10-2020 10:40am receive phone call from Internet sale person, talked for 3 minutes and he states he will call me back in 10 minutes after he talks with his GM. 4:02pm I have yet to hear back from this salesman I return his call to figure out where we stand, I am then asked if he can call me back in 5 minutes, by this time I was not as patient as I could have been. 4:13pm he returns the call which was right at under the 5 minute mark so props to that one, he then states that they were guaranteed delivery Monday 12-14-2020 which I agree to wait for but also state I will hold him to that date. Friday 12-11-2020 Receive email from Ram containing Bonus Cash Offer so I decide to ask the salesman if it would even be possible to apply that to my purchase, he states he needs to check with his GM who happened to not be in the office, tells me to wait till following day to see if re-contracting will be possible, asks me to remind him around 9 the following morning. Saturday 12-12-2020 Message salesman at 9:04am to remind him about checking into the matter, he thanks me. 10:32am I message asking if there is any news, he responds stating that we can in fact re-contract the vehicle, so I ask if he can put a new offer sheet together so I can make sure that it will be a better deal than is already signed, he says at 10:34am he will have numbers for me in a little while. 12:39pm I send text asking how the offer is coming along, never receive response. 3:37pm I send another message expressing my frustration at the lack of communication and customer service, at this point I have had to send several follow up messages just to earn a response. Never received a response from that message as well. Sunday 12-13-2020 (Today) As of 12:06pm I had not received a response from salesman, they are in fact open on Sundays. I send a fairly kindly worded message expressing that if simple offer sheet cannot be presented by end of business today that I will be moving my business elsewhere, which in honesty is something I should have done last Thursday So there you have it, if you like being ignored and forgotten about the second that you sign papers then this is in fact the dealership for you, I will never return to Melloy for any reason what so ever, if I run into an issue where they are the only option for warranty work then I will just pay a 3rd party to fix the issue out of pocket, I do believe that the owner of this company should look in on day to day operations of this business a bit more often. read more

Just wanted to warn people about doing business with Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque NM. My wife and I purchased a new vehicle from them on September 3. The buying process was super easy and fast. My car began to act up and not want to start on September 24. I thought maybe it was an issue with the battery in the key. It acted up on and off not starting a few more times, but it always managed to start until October 25. It has not started since then and is stuck in my garage. At first we contacted the local Dodge dealership, they did not have an appointment until November 21 to even diagnose the car, and then we would have to make a second appointment to actually fix the car. That means that likely we would be without a car until close to Christmas. That really didn't sound appealing since we haven't even had to make a payment on the car yet. We contacted our salesperson from Melloy Dodge on October 26. They asked us to bring it to them, and they would get it fixed. I emphasized that it would not start, so there is no way to do that. They suggested maybe it was the battery, so I checked that out, and it was fine. They said we needed to contact Roadside Assistance for a tow. We did, but they will only tow it to our local dealership. On October 27, our salesperson said he would talk to his manager to see what else could be done. I did not hear back from him, so I reached out again on October 31. Once again,no reply. I reached out again on November 1. I expressed my frustration, and outlined what actions I would take next. I received a response, and my salesperson made it seem like he talked to his manger and got it approved to send a truck and flatbed trailer to pick up the car to get it there. The last I heard was they only needed a driver. I waited until November 3 and reached out twice to see if they found a driver and scheduled a time to pick up the car. I asked for them to get back to me by the end of the day. The salesperson said he would, but did not. I reached out again this morning, but no response. My wife called this afternoon and talked to a manager. They seemed super annoyed to talk with and suggested we talk to Roadside assistance to see if they could take it to Plainview. Plainview could take it, but Roadside assistance will not tow it there. The manager said to "cause a ruckus" with Roadside assistance, but that didn't matter. I I do have messages to back up everything I have said. Just be careful out there. Once you buy a car, even if it brand new and under warranty no one wants to help. read more

I had a tire from from another vehicle in the bed and they claimed I was using that tire and multiple other stories so they wouldn't fix their mistake and filed a claim through Chrysler and voided my entire vehicles warranty so I had to pay thousands out of my pocket to fix the damage after they had my truck for 4 months and wouldn't release it to me after it got broken into and stole thousands of dollars worth of tools and damage that they refused to cover anything. read more

I even set up an appointment to speak to a salesperson to avoid having to linger around the lot. I drove from out of town and no one at the dealership knew about the appointment. Do not go to ANY MELLOY DEALERSHIPS. I brought my car in to melloy dodge for transmission repair. My car drove but stalled and said "service transmission" they had my car for a month. Charged me $2,000. I got it back and drove less than a week. My odometer said 60 miles since i picked it up from them. And it stalls again on the side of the road. Same message. Service transmission. I just paid 2k for. I take it back to dodge. The next day they say they need $5,500 more now to fix it. They are claiming it's a different problem now and won't help me at all. I would of never paid the 2k if I didn't know they didn't fix the problem. Scam artists!!! Really gross less than a week later I'm back with my car still broke. If I knew it cost 7.5k total I would of not gotten my car fixed. It seems like they told me one part at a time cause I would of said no to the entire total. At least they got $2000 from me. It better be worth it. Do not go here if you care about money. Do not go here unless you can afford to throw out thousands of dollars. I might loose my job now cause I cannot afford to buy a new car. No More Melloy!!!!! No More Ram Trucks!!Buying my Truck from Clarence was a Pleasure. Unfortunately everything went south after that. I had to get a new motor at 10743 miles. After that they had to regenerate my Catalytic converter. Then my Electronic Braking system light came on. Yes Dick Poe in El Paso replaces the motor. Yes Melloy fixed the catalytic converter. Yes Melloy fixed the Electronic braking system. But then I decided I wanted to tint my windows. I went to a Very Reputable window tint company in Albuquerque. After the original tint the drivers side window was not right. I took it back. They re-tinted the window. It still was not right. I took it back and the tint company stated and showed me that the window was defective. So I took it to Melloy and they said no it was not. So I asked them to have whoever they deal with to tint it and I would pay for it. They said no. I bought a 50,000 dollar truck and they won't take care of a 125.00 window. I think I will go and buy a GMC Truck. No more Rams!!!!!!!! No more Melloy!!!!!!!!! I have a letter From ASAP Glass. Stating it is very rare but it is bad Glass. Not the Tint After I Replaced the Factory Defective glass on my own dime. The Window tint looks great now. Don't Buy From Melloy! read more

Sales people are great! The service department however is a completely different story. I had my Jeep in the service department because of an accident. My transmission has been shifting hard and falling into reverse . Took it in and they told me that there was a recall and some technical service bulletins that would fix the transmission. Took my vehicle home after they "fixed it". Next morning exact same issue. Brian @Melloy was very unprofessional and seemed to not want to help. Would never recommend this service department to anyone. read more

Review on SALES EXPERIENCE -I worked a deal to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle and have it delivered as I am in another state. The salesperson was nice but slow to respond throughout the buying process and didn't bother to help us or have someone prep my paperwork on his day off. Once I was ready to buy, I reached out to a local mechanic to go and inspect the vehicle on my behalf. The mechanic stated the car was perfect, except it may need brakes soon. When I told the dealership, they insisted that the mechanic didn't even drive the vehicle. I thought this was strange, as a mechanic with no "skin in the game" so to speak wouldn't benefit from telling me such a thing. So I say, okay, fine... I'll deal with that issue separate from the car deal. The dealership sent me paperwork to finalize the deal and when I received it the odometer disclosure showed the vehicle with 1300+ more miles than advertised, so clearly someone was driving the car after it was put up for sale. Come to find out, the car was a demo vehicle for the owner which I would have been okay with, but it was advertised with less mileage they were not willing to come down on the price after discovering. I will say that the price was fair, but I ended up backing out of the deal purely on principle. read more

Took my car here to get a dinogtic check on why car wasn't starting. They found out it was the starter. They charged me about $80 for the dinogtic and was going to charge me about $600 plus labor to replace the starter. I decided to look for other places to get it fixed and found Firestone who would fix it for about $400 plus a free dinogtic. I paid Dodge for the dinogtic check and brought my car to Firestone for them to fix it. Dodge always seems to have the highest prices around and always messes up something when I get my car back. The only reason I keep going back is because I bought my car from them and I think they would know best on what is wrong. If your looking for a cheep auto shop, don't go here! read more
