I stopped someone while he was walking the hallways, not knowing he was assisting someone else, and he pointed me to a section of the store before continuing to help the other customer. When I got to the section, he was magically there to tell us of the three types of "hiking hats" they have in the store. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

It worked great but one day one of the straps came completely loose during my drive. I bought the rack into the store to have the strap reassembled properly to avoid that again. I believe the strap came loose from the fixed end not the adjustable end. The first thing the young salesperson says is I have never seen this bike rack before. Immediately I lost confidence. They only a relatively few types of different products and I got a very standard bike rack from their top brand. It seems like they don't know their product well and are not very useful once the purchase is complete. To be fair that salesman wanted to search Google for advice, but that's not very insightful nor the reason I went back to the store. Next time, I'll just use Amazon.

They were super helpful in guiding us on the best choice, and strung them quickly. It was ridiculously cheap: less than $6 for three reels (two kids; one adult). They also gave our kids' free stickers. I then had a question about some nets, and the employee walked me through all of them and explained the differences of each. He was very helpful in guiding me to the best choice for me. I will never buy fishing gear or tackle online ever again. Will just go here, tell them where we're going, and they are experts and will set you right.
