Unfortunately, one of their crew members got hurt on a previous job so I was only charged for a 3 man crew. They were able to get two bedroom sets, large sectional couch, a rotating chair, small punching bag, 3 tv's, a tv stand, & a marble dining room table with 4 chairs moved to my new place & set up in 4 hours! These guys are fabulous! We hired them to move a three bedroom townhome full of VERY heavy furniture. They showed up on time, and got straight to work. All three bedrooms were upstairs with a wrap around landing, so pretty difficult to navigate large furniture, mattresses, etc. They completed the job in 10 hours. Although this is a little longer than other movers we have used in the past,.there was not one single ding or nick in any of our pieces. They took great care to make sure everything was protected and did not cut corners. When they were wrapping up, they offered to attach my sons bookcase to the dresser to ensure it was safe, at no additional charge, off the clock. I can not recommend them enough. We needed help to move large and heavy items in our house. (ie beds, bed frames , sofa, washer and dryer, dressers ,etc). Person who we called was very courteous and helpful. She clearly provided a cost estimate and day and time that worked for us. The two movers arrived on time. Dre and Dillion introduced themselves. They were professional, personable and courteous. Over an hour late to the appointment, and called to say maybe another hour. We told them we aren't allowed to move after 4pm , so they rushed people over. And then half way through the move (90 min) switched out two young guys to the owners. Owners were a women and an older guy. They were not efficient like the two younger guys. They took 25 minutes just to go get tools from their vehicle after they came up. As professionals we would assume they know to bring tools up. And then would take 30 min to disassemble easy things like bed head boards. Also damaged the screws when disassembling. And they definitely took their time to move, holding one drawer at a time, I mean what can you expect a skinny women to do. Wanted to write the review to let peeps know the 5 star review is deceiving if you get a scheduling chaos, and they take the guys away and come do it themselves. In the end went over time and made our security upset. And never offered to take off anytime for the time they went to get tools. Keith and PJ were on time, professional, friendly, easy going, and fun. They helped with providing extra boxes for me to pack my kitchen with as I wasn't able to get to it before they arrived.
