In order to get that boiler out of the basement, the company had to saw the steel-welded body apart...and it made a complete mess. It looked like a small volcano had erupted in our basement. It felt so daunting to clean after such a huge project, so we got help from Maria and her team. After the stress of a new boiler installation, K&B were our saviors. They made everything feel so incredibly easy. From the quoting process to the actual cleaning day everything was a dream. Communication, workmanship, everything was so professional. They cleaned parts of our basement that we didn't even ask them to. They not only delivered amazing service, they saved our relationship with that boiler company. Thank you Maria and team. We look forward to having you back!

At first I was leery since I never used a cleaning company, but with a 3 floor home, I needed help. He gave me a flyer and I was very surprised that they had coupons and quoted me a really good quote. Although the young lady said they do clean offices and other types of buildings, my home would also be cleaned because no job was too small or big. The lady who came (Maria), not sure if she was the owner, was extremely professional with her accent and just a pleasure to meet. She did a walk through and even said that her crew would definitely do a good job. Which was an understatement. I mean they cleaned and made my home look as if I just moved in again. And I have to say, I was really happy I called because one of the crew gave me a small zip-lock bag with 2 rings and a bracelet that I must have put some-were and couldn't find. Now for this, they get 5 stars because of their honesty. I am pleased. The prices were very competitive and maybe a bit less that a few places I thought of using, so I will be calling K & B again next time I have a "get out of hand" party. Highly recommend this crew, and also, I tipped the young lady due to being so honest.

The experience has been fabulous! Our cleaner is the same each time, which is VERY helpful with a house full of dogs. She is thorough, very hard working, friendly and reliable. She shows up on time and gets right at it. The place always sparkles by the time she's done and we are very happy with the service! For the construction cleanup; it was a mighty team of women who tackled more dust than I'm comfortable acknowledging. Top to bottom complete cleaning, EVEN the windows!! All the while business zoom meetings continued and provisions for moving around a small herd also were respected.

A few weeks later, we attempted to re-schedule, but were having problems getting a hold of Emilia's - we would leave messages, but not get any response. Fortunately, Alex Witalec - their operations manager - was eventually able to contact us, and we were able to finally schedule cleaning. Our cleaner - whose name completely escapes me - showed up within a few minutes of the scheduled time, and proceeded to clean the upstairs for us. This was nice, as my lovely assistant was on a night owl schedule. The house cleaner finished up quickly, so my significant other was able to go back to sleep as the rest of the condo got cleaned. They did a great job cleaning up all of the bathroom surfaces, all of the floors were mopped well, all of the carpets were vacuumed thoroughly, all of the kitchen surfaces were cleaned well (including some spots that I often forget), and she dusted most of the electronics around the entertainment center and our home office. We have both a dog who sheds a lot, and a cat who sheds a bit, and we were impressed at how thoroughly all traces of them were cleaned up. We got a pretty good coupon deal for 4-man-hours of cleaning, and I feel that they exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely keep Emilia's Cleaning in mind for future small clean up jobs, and maybe even big spring clean ups as we need them. Aside from the minor communications mix-up before, I'm pleased with the service we received.

I would strongly caution anyone considering working for or hiring this company. While the…read moreindividual cleaners seem kind and well-intentioned, the way the business is run raises serious concerns and it seems very exploitative. Multiple reviews document extremely hostile, disproportionate responses from the owner when customers ask routine questions about billing, scope, or quality. In at least one case, a simple inquiry resulted in a multi-thousand-word email filled with personal accusations rather than professional resolution. The company also relies heavily on independent contractors, sends workers alone into homes, and appears to lack basic safeguards, oversight, or accountability. Meaning if you work here and are treated badly by the owner you basically have zero protection since your considered a contractor instead of an employee. Communication is also disorganized, scheduling is inconsistent, and concerns are met with defensiveness rather than transparency. If you are a client who expects clear pricing and professional customer service, or a worker who values safety, structure, and respectful management, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Even into her early nineties, while taking care of our dad, she cooked, even though she herself wasn't well. Towards the end as her energy waned, her cooking never suffered but the cleaning did. When she passed away, we knew we'd have to host condolence callers and family. With so many other tasks to tackle following Mom's death, my sister and I knew we'd need help with the house. Best Friends Cleaning came to our rescue, fastidiously cleaning not just Mom's beloved much-used kitchen, but the living room, dining room, and a bathroom and family room on a lower level. The crew was friendly, pleasant, prompt, and worked the entire time they were at the house. And boy, do those ladies know how to clean! In just a little over two hours, the place was sparkling. And, by the way, theirs was the lowest bid. Highly recommend!

He then asked me to remove the mention of a refund from my review because other people might try to take advantage, and to please take down the photos because it's hard to run a small business. Though he acknowledged "I know it's too much to ask," it's totally inappropriate. I told him that it's unethical and against Yelp's terms of service to ask a customer to remove factual information from a review, and that it's not my responsibility to manage his company's reputation or what other people might do based on an honest review. Going back to two stars for these inappropriate tactics.

Our experience was an 11 out of 10!…read more They did an amazing job on our house and we couldn't be happier. The difference is in the details. The previously neglected areas of our house was left sparkling. We've had our house cleaned around eight (8) different times (before CleaningDash cleaned our house today), and we have been unhappy every single time. We have a large house (for Chicago) and every cleaning company seems to have disclaimers about how to prep one's house ahead of the cleaning. CleaningDash did have similar disclaimers, but at the end of the cleaning the disclaimers did not matter. Our house is now cleaner than it has ever been. At one point in the past, we even paid for two (2) cleaners to double-team our house, and their work product was disappointing compared to CleaningDash. Our cleaning service worked tirelessly to make sure our house was as clean as possible. CleaningDash's cleaning service was so far beyond every other cleaning service we have hired in the past, I know we won't be able to go to another cleaning service after this exception experience- it would be a waste of our time, and a waste of our energy. We are so happy with the service we received from CleaningDash, I don't even know what to say other than we will be a repeat customer, and I will share the company's information with other people in hopes of driving more business to CleaningDash! Highly recommended!!!
