The carne asada arepa was so good. It was absolutely stuffed with thick strips of juicy, nicely grilled carne asada. The arepa itself was crispy with a thicker dough than I was expecting, but with how much meat they pack inside, it honestly needed it. The garlic sauce on the side was also top tier and made it even better. One arepa is pretty filling on its own, although around $15 felt a little pricey. So that's why we went with their sampler where you get 4 small ones. I forget the protein in the other 3 but they were all delicious. Definitely had a good time at this establishment. They open late too.

The meat pieces are too big for the arepa. The handmade arepa was so good. One arepa is a pretty big portion but if you are super hungry, get two. One arepa comes out to be around $15 which I think is a little expensive. Pabellon Empanada - I don't know how they filled that empanada and have it come out perfectly. That dough was AMAZING. It had this slight sweetness to it. I never had anything like it before. It was crispy on the outside but chewy and soft in the inside. Wow, so good. There were plantains in the filling which was the highlight for me. It had a lot of cheese which I wish there was less of. The price for this one is a better deal and the empanada is pretty big.

The meat was piled on top of fried arepas. My BIL ordered a half chicken and an empanada with pork. The empanada was large and the pork filling was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I ordered the De La Casa Arepones with shredded beef. Ham, cheese and sauce were served along with the delicious shredded beef.
