Deconstructed omlete, with a pile of uncooked bacon and warm butter bread. Yikes

We have been wanting to try this for a very long time. All fresh ingredients made horrible. Such a said disappointment. We were the last breakfast order which should not matter. We ordered traditional breakfast with crispy bacon and a crispy bacon omelet. Here is the good, sad and the ugly. The good The hash browns casserole was great, coffee was watered down and the ugly bacon was undercooked and toast was warm buttered bread. By the time the waitress came back to see if everything was OK I said no the bacon is not cooked she asked ok what do you want me to do very non solanchy as this point we were over it and said you can take it of the bill. Then she came back and said I can remake it to which I said I'm over it. She came back and said we took care of your bill which was nice. Maybe we will give them a chance to redeem them but not for a while.

The nicest friendliest cafe in Sevierville Tennessee. Located on Wears Valley Road, surrounded by beautiful foliage and flowers. We sat outside because of Freck, even though today is almost as hot as Florida. I ordered the mountain man omelet with hash brown casserole. So did Dave. It was large and delicious loaded with ham, bacon, sausage and cheese and veggies! The first time we came here on Saturday the place was packed outside. Michelle the manager and the staff moved tables to make sure we had a place to sit. Kim our server extraordinaire and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so kind to Freckles! We sat outside, enjoyed our breakfast in this beautiful mountain cafe!

Joanna and I were staying in Pigeon Forge and I wanted to eat breakfast away from the tourist area, so I found Elvira's Cafe on Apple Maps. It was worth the beautiful 20-minute drive on Wears Valley Road. I had the mountain man omelette. Delicious. Joanna had eggs and Swaggerty sausage. The food, ambience and service were wonderful.

Location and setting - excellent view on a hill overlooking US-321 with OUTDOOR seating. Dog friendly with attentive wait staff (Kim). Our 1st stop here was on Saturday morning. The hostess Michelle was exemplary in getting us seated with our Dalmatian. Great start! Our food comes out quickly as the kitchen was open as you walk inside (see pic). On Saturday my Elvira omelette was good but today's Mountain Man was the BEST. Not a gravy man (calories) it was enjoyed with Cholula. Pricing is decent and we got 10% discount by staying at Big Meadow Campground (Townsend) just down the road. How nice. Not being rushed and having plenty of parking (Harper Bros) makes this our 1st choice. We have a class C(30 ft) and this is a great place to start our day.

The food was amazing. The service was pretty fast. The vibe was nice and after we ate we went to the big store next to the place.

This place should be considered a hidden gem, this isn't a fast food restaurant, good food takes a bit to cook , it was delicious tho , the wait staff was quick and on point with their service, came to the table several times, place was very clean and cozy , not a super huge place but huge on experience, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for something different and off the daily strips

We were informed of Elvira's by our friend as a must. We unfortunately missed out on breakfast but were on time for them switching to lunch. Walking back to our table we passed patrons who had breakfast. I can't confirm of the flavor but the appearance alone was mouth watering. We will definitely have to come back for breakfast. Between the two of us, our lunch was an amazing grilled cheese sandwich with both bacon and ham and a roasted turkey sandwich. Our sides were regular and sweet potato fries. The food looked absolutely amazing and was delicious. The size of the sandwich was large enough for two. From our table we were able to look up into the mountain and down the valley. It was very peaceful.

The beautiful fresh produce complimented the expertly cooked and seasoned proteins. There wasn't a single thing we ate that we didn't enjoy. In between meals, we made sure to stay active to earn our appetite. The property offers access to great trails in the Smokies which we took advantage of as well as a lovely outdoor pool with a view. The room itself was pleasant as well. It was hard to leave the luxurious king bed every morning. The heated floors in the bathroom and the comfy sitting area made our Holly Springs cottage suite the perfect home base. We were also assigned our own golf cart to get around the property (although we chose to walk mostly to take in the views). Service was top notch and the staff were wonderful. Every evening they surprised us with a little treat for our anniversary which was very thoughtful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

WOW! So much food. A true southern experience lol. When we were walking in, a guy walking out said,…read more"I hope you're hungry because they have A LOT of food in there!" and he was not wrong. With every entree you get a salad, corn chowder, corn fritters, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a dessert. Not to mention the entrees are huge. I ordered grilled chicken because I was getting tired of fried chicken, and of course they give you two chicken breasts, not one lol. Service was extremely fast. There was a wait when we got there, but it was fine and we went to the old mill store and I bought some flour to make corn bread and white bread. You put your name on a list and they call you in over the intercom that you can hear from outside. Wait was about 30 minutes.

The wait time wasn't super crazy considering how many people were waiting. The corn chowder that comes with your meal was pretty solid, as was the bread that is similar to hush puppies, except sweeter given the pancake batter it is made with. The salad was mid, nothing great, as was the Sprite. As a soda connoisseur, it was missing something and didn't hit as hard as a McDonald's Sprite with the carbonation and syrup ratio. As for the main courses and sides, the fried chicken wasn't seasoned well at all. Neither were the mashed potatoes. Would definitely get a baked potato next time. The coleslaw was great, as were the creamed corn and ribs. Would definitely order those again. The dessert that comes with the meals made this southern comfort meal worth it and left us fuller than we have been in quite some time. The blackberry cobbler came with a load of ice cream, which most places cheap you out on with the ratio. The service from our server was top tier. He stayed busy throughout the meal with multiple tables, yet remained attentive to us, constantly refilling my sweet tea and ensuring we had everything we needed. Great experience overall and a great operation, especially as we enjoyed the view overlooking the water.

Great little place off the busy parkway. My wife and I walked down for dinner (okay, she walked, I…read morerolled). Great Chicken Salad Sandwich and Cher's Salad. Oh, I hate limp, doggy fries, but these were super crispy just like I like 'em...so extra points for that small detail. I usually comment on the wheelchair accessibility of places I review. The FBT wasn't huge, and one might have a bit of difficulty navigating. BUT, the hostess was shap as a tack and seated us in a nice nook where the chair fit with no problem. So I loved that, naturally. I have had some try to seat me in an area where no wheelchair could fit. That was appreciated. Speaking of sharp staff, our server, Brianna, was just super friendly from the get-go, and made us feel right at home. Our order was out to us in a jiff. I recommend highly. I may have to go back for a t-shirt . ( Oh, and check out the homemade ice cream place next door.). Incidentally, as we were leaving to walk back to our hotel, a fierce storm blew up sending us to take shelter under the portico of the near-by LeCinte Center. So...a romantic little mini adventure.

Fries all the way around. They were well-cooked crinkle fries, and well seasoned too. I had the B.E.L.T. which was great. In fact, all of the food was ideal and fresh. Between the flawless, quick food, and cleanliness, and the service I am missing nothing. Kylie was super nice and always there when we needed her. Overall, this place is a winner. Simple menu, all-day breakfast, and convenient location. Definitely worth checking out.

Our breakfast was sizable, a fair price and all had a southern charm to it. From the eggs Benny, to the bacon infused waffle, to the breakfast potatoes, everything was delicious. My biggest recommendation is to get on the virtual wait-list prior to arriving at the restaurant, you will be quoted a time and then just show up and check in within that window, effectively getting you ahead of some of the walk-up traffic and getting you on with your day.

They said we could, and I hate doing that, but we really wanted to try this spot and only had one day to do so. That being said, I don't know if it's entirely fair for this rating to be based purely on this one instance. We ordered the chicken fried steak skillet and the cinnamon roll, and both were pretty underwhelming. They were both cold and delivered shortly after we placed the order. We asked for the cinnamon roll to just be taken off because it was cold. The waiter decided to take it back to the kitchen, throw it in the microwave, and bring it back to the table. Not sure how most people like their cinnamon rolls, but this one was far from soft, from the center all the way to the outside. The microwave only made it that much worse. One bite was taken, and the rest was left behind. The waiter didn't ask if everything was okay, so the service was far from great from an observational standpoint. The country fried steak was also lukewarm, as was everything else on the skillet. The griddle cake had potential if it had been warm enough for the butter to actually melt. The interior is pretty cool, with railroad times and history throughout. Even the menu has historical information to read over while or before you order, which was a nice touch. Wish I could have given this place a better review. I'd suggest coming in earlier to give it a true, deserving shot. Hopefully, this was just an off experience, and the food is better when they aren't so close to closing.
