Best service staff and owner in Rome. If an item isn't fresh the Waiter will tell you and explain why (which barely EVER happens). My family loved the staff and atmosphere so much we came here twice in a 4 day span.

LOVED THE SEAFOOD RISOTTO AND PASTA not as big of a fan of their pizzas. The risotto isn't very pretty but it was delicious delicious and 10000% recommend.

Cool atmosphere and pleasant hostesses. 3 stars because my carbonara was rather salty and inside had a weird smell. Probably better a different day.

Ciao! The restaurant we were originally looking for was closed, so we came here by accident. Thank God we did because we had the best Spaghetti allá Carbonara here. The only other place where I've had such a fantastic carbonara, was in Orvieto. It is my favorite pasta dish, and Lord knows I've been searching for a carbonara that can live up to Orvieto. It's definitely a must have.

We went late Sunday afternoon for coffee and cake. The owner was very nice and explain to us that this is a Sicilian and Roman cuisine restaurant. We flip through the menu and have some wonderful dishes we like to try.Unfortunately they are open only weekend. We were hoping to come back weekday. Anyway, the cake we had was very good.

Amazing food! This was hands down the best meal we had in Rome. We are American and the waiters made us feel super comfortable and were very friendly. We had the cacio e pepe and the spaghetti lobster. We LOVED the cacio e pepe and the spaghetti was good as well. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

    House made tiramisu. Delicious!

We happened upon this restaurant close to our flat and decided to rest our feet over some wine here. Well we stayed for dinner as well. Order the house red. It is a wonderful wine for €18. The wait staff was friendly and allowed us to take our time and enjoy. The pizza is amazing and we could see why so many people were coming to pick up their pizza order to go. The veal scaloppini was tender and the house made tiramisu was a perfect end to the meal. We enjoyed it so much we are going back again tonight.

Excellent food with good service. Everything we tried was very enjoyable. When we were leaving the owner said "See you tomorrow" and of course we came back the next evening. Highly recommended!

Was planning on going to the another restaurant in this area and ended up here. This really feels like an authentic italian restaurant. The outdoor seating area is really nice and on a quiet street. They had a lot of items on the menu that sounded really good. I ended up getting the lasagna, which was technically a starter course. The lasagna was amazing and the best I have ever had! The portion was more than enough for me. I am guessing the pasta here is homemade, at least it tasted like it was. For dessert, I had the cannoli. Delicious, but different from the ones I've had back in the U.S. Service was pretty good. I have noticed a lot of the restaurants in Italy it seems pretty standard to not see your server at all after your food is delivered, and then have to flag them down for the check. This restaurant was on the better side but still not the same level of service I am used to. I found the pricing here to be really reasonable. This is a solid Italian restaurant worth visiting if in the Campo de Fiori area.

Welcome to the carb carnival. Next stop on our food tour, daring you to try just one more slice…read moreafter your pants have already waved the white flag. This is no ordinary pizza place, it's a forno, which is Italian for oven. Naturally, someone here looked at the bread, looked at the toppings, and said, Yes, this shall be pizza now. We kicked things off with the Margherita, the classy queen of pizzas, literally. Named after Queen before Italy decided to liberate itself, this was your classic tomato-mozzarella-basil situation. Red, Green and White like the Italian Flag. Regal. Nostalgic. Tastes like a monarchy that actually works. Then came the potato pizza, which, let me tell you, was a surprise carb ambush. Like, Oh cute, a slice of starch on starch. Bread with potatoes on it. For when your body is craving a food coma. And then came the Marinara, my personal Roman romance. No cheese, all attitude. Spicy, saucy, simple. Like that one ex who was too intense but kind of unforgettable. Let's talk style: Roman pizza is not your floppy Neapolitan mess that folds into a pizza burrito the moment it hits your plate. No no, Roman pizza stands its ground. It's a little thicker and definitely crunchier. You don't need to roll it, cradle it, or whisper encouragement. It just is. And I love it more than I probably should. La Renella is where bread goes to find its higher purpose which is to be pizza.

Another stop during our food tour led by Valentina with Tasting Europe…read more At this bakery, we got to taste a pizza filled with pork and Italian beer. Omgosh, what a treat! If I didn't know that I needed to leave a lot of room in my belly since this was only one of the many stops, I would've eaten more! Valentina did an amazing job telling us the story about this local bakery which also baked bread to other local businesses. A very good bakery/pizzeria!
