    Churro latte Chocolate chip cookie

The coffee was super good and the cookie was to die for. The interior was very clean and it looked like a nice place to do work or study! The outside was very nice as well outside and indoor seating. The service was good and fast. The only thing that was kind of a hassle was the fact that you have to get a ticket to validate after but other than that was super good!

Cute location in the middle of some office buildings so you would never know it's here unless you looked it up. I like their location down in SJC which is kinda far so it's nice to have a closer location. Sandwiches, salads, desserts, a little bit of everything. They also validate parking which is good. I've really like their corn elote and this time I wanted to try their new lemon poppyseed cake. It was very light and refreshing. I almost wish there was more lemon curd. SYOY!

Have come here a couple of times but the food is solid and not horribly expensive. Ellie table is located in a business structure, parking is validated with purchase of food. Today I got the focaccia turkey sandwich and my husband got the salad. Focaccia was toasted and warm, like how they stuffed it with plenty of turkey, salad was fresh and light. I've gotten the burrito and omelette here before and both are delicious. Would love to try coming here for lunch next time!

    Breakfast burrito heaven!
    Michael S.

It's located in a trendy I was blown away by my breakfast burrito!!! The tortilla was grilled/pressed which was a great surprise. The little sausage cubes were spicy and the creamy sauce inside was great. The photos don't do it justice-- this thing is hefty! I'm a very big eater and I was stuffed afterwards. The only downside was my coffee. I ordered nitro but was served a cold brew. Regardless, the coffee was mediocre -- too watered down and flavorless. My wife's latte was really good, if that's your vibe. I'm hoping for a better caffeine fix on my next visit. The location is random and inaccessible, unless you live in the immediate area. We parked in the "20 minute parking" spots but I'm not sure what it would have cost to park in the proper lot. There is plenty of outdoor seating scattered on the campus with nice landscaping and unique architecture. People watching was really fun, with young business types in snazzy clothes pacing around making work calls. Otherwise, you can eat inside of Ellie's. If you want to have a leisurely breakfast in a pretty setting, I highly recommend it! If you're looking for an ultra quick something on the way to work, I'd pass on it.

The Tarragon Palm Sandwich is SO good ! The cheese roll is SO fresh & soft, and impaired with a nice hearty portion of the chicken salad makes for a great little snack or you can get two of them to make a nice little lunch ! I also ordered the pasta salad which has a bit of sweetness. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality/taste !

Stopped by Ellie's Table because we wanted food after picking up coffee nearby. I feel like there's been an uptick in to-go breakfast/lunch spots in Irvine that close at 3 PM and are open for limited days. Ellie's Table is located to the left when you exit the parking structure, tucked into an apartment complex lobby, with validated parking available. The menu is huge, offering a mix of made-to-order breakfast and lunch items like burgers and burritos, as well as a selection of premade sandwiches, wraps, quiches, and pastries. There are also plenty of vegetarian options. The pastry case had unique items like honey whiskey pecan sticky buns, fruit danishes, berry crostatas, thick lemon poppyseed and carrot cake slices for only $5 (a crazy steal!!), and a variety of quiches, wraps, and salads. Prices across the board were surprisingly reasonable, especially considering today's economy. Almost all made-to-order dishes were under $16, which is a rare and welcome find. We ended up ordering and trying the following: *Elote Wrap: Refreshing and flavorful, with sweet corn, avocado, and pico. Not dry at all. *Bacon, Egg, Scallion & Pepper Jack Cheese Burrito ($8.50): great deal and came with tasty salsa verde! *Chimichurri Tri-Tip Sandwich ($15.50): had 4 thick slices of perfectly cooked tri-tip. Flavorful, juicy, and generous. *Ham and Swiss Cheese Croissant ($8) - Flaky, huge (hence the pricetag), and satisfying. *Kouign Amann ($5.50): Easily the best purchase. An absolute standout. Freshly torched sugar on top made it feel like a crème brûlée hybrid. Loaded with custard, silky, and not overly sweet. Would come back again just for this. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and serene, with the low-hanging olive trees and boardwalk with plenty of tables. Service was friendly and helpful, with staff giving us time to explore the menu and offering great recommendations. Everything was great and there are so many more things I want to try here. I'll definitely be back!!

Came here in the afternoon to grab items off their holiday menu. They have a parking structure and they validate for 2 hours, so parking was not an issue. They also have a few tables here as well for seating; there were plenty of tables when I visited (and even more seating outside!) I ordered a peppermint mocha that was on their seasonal menu which was made in a timely manner. It wasn't on the sweet side which was perfect but I really enjoyed the bits of candy cane they threw on there. I also got their peppermint macaron that had even bigger chunks in less square area - I actually loved the minty flavor of this the most. It's a nice laid back area here - I kinda like the plaza that Ellie's Table is at!

Nitro cold brew with sugar-free vanilla syrup
    Ashley R.

I got a nitro cold brew with sugar-free vanilla syrup. I'm glad that they offer sugar-free syrup. I thought that it had a pleasant flavor, although it was not super stand out. because it was a nitro cold brew it was pretty smooth and not as deep in coffee flavor as some other cold brews. I thought it was interesting that they roast Wilson beans for their cold brew. I've been to Wilson's coffee shop and I'm not super fond of it. I was surprised i enjoyed this coffee as much as i did considering it was wilson's beans. My grandparents both got decaf Americano. my grandmother added Stevia to hers and my grandfather drank it black. They both liked them. I really liked all of the decorations on the wall. It felt upscale yet rustic at the same time. it's located in an upscale business plaza. It feels very corporate, but the establishment itself felt homie. it was on the pricey side. They accepted contactless payment. The staff were all very helpful . they answered my questions and we're friendly and smiley . There's not a restroom in the establishment, but there is one around the corner in the office. It was easy to find parking. Overall, I had a good experience and would love to return it and try more menu items if they invite me back.

I visited Ellie's table today and enjoyed my experience. However, I will mention that parking and finding the restaurant is not easy. You will need to park in the parking structure and the restaurant is attached to an office building. The food, on the other hand was delicious. I ordered the sundered tomato BLT and enjoyed it. The bread was toasted perfectly in addition to thick slices of bacon. I also ordered a latte (not pictured), the latte was okay, not anything that stood out to me, but an average latte. The service was quick and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Love both their butter and chocolate croissants here, it's fresh and always served hot.

    Breakfast burrito
    Mo L.

Staff is super nice in the little cafe with cool outside areas to lounge and eat. Food is not exceptional but quick and filling. Mostly grab and go as it is a corporate setting I had a burrito that had a big amount of egg with umderwelming amount of bacon and cheese. Drip coffee fresh but not strong, very mild roast I would recommend just dropping a n getting a drink and on a hot sunny day enjoying the courtyard amount the tall corporate buildings

    Shayla W.

I always love coming here for lunch while I'm at work. Their turkey palm sandwiches are to die for and their kale salad is always amazing. You can't beat the price point here for a quick lunch at about $12 for two turkey palms and a salad! The only downside is parking is a bit weird since it's in a corporate center.

I had expected the business to be in a more high volume area, however a benefit of their corner spot was that the parking lot had plenty of spaces. There's no indoor seating, but outdoor tables were set up along the north and east perimeters of the building. I was by myself at this latest visit, and it was close to the end of the day so the inventory was quite depleted. There was no line at all which was not a surprise. The famous Strawberry Croissants and prepackaged items were on refrigerated display to the left when you walked in. As the service counter rounded a corner, there were more fresh baked goods on display before you reached a register. Across from the registers were shelves containing bags of fresh bread products. I bought a Strawberry Croissant, a Sticky Bun, a Ham and Cheese Croissant, and an Apple Croissant. The quality of the pastry dough was very good, and I could see why the Strawberry Croissant was a favorite with the customers. The croissants were light and flakey, and the powdered sugar added a delicate topping to the strawberry version. If I were to rate on just the Strawberry Croissant, then it would be five stars. My overall rating was downgraded because of the customer traffic flow. The lines can be optimized so that if you wanted to buy a six-pack of the Strawberry Croissants and/or anything prepackaged, then a separate queue should be arranged for those customers. The cafeteria trays were of limited use if you were not getting a large number of items. As you advanced in the queue, other products had to be requested from a worker behind the counter and then those were not placed on the tray. Ultimately, I think they can configure the operation to more efficiently handle the higher volume periods of the day.

I sat at one of the tables, opened the box my cookies were presented in, and found myself in cookie ecstasy. The cookies are fat mountains of deliciousness. Slightly crisp outside and soft inside (note: even softer if taken home and warmed up). The chocolate chip was crammed full of chips and the walnuts were in tiny bits to keep the cookie's texture soft. The chocolate cookie was also enormous and had an abundance of peanut butter chips. The ambiance is an outdoor cafe....noisy neighbors, wind when it blows, dogs, all the regular stuff - good seating and umbrellas with some areas naturally shaded...lots of tables relative to the size of the shop. Very friendly staff. Why do my reviews get over 1,000 views every time we visit a new place? We don't know but it seems consistent. Whenever I come here it's always the same lady who I'm sure is tired of seeing me lol, but she is so sweet and kind and patient when I have trouble deciding what to pick here! As for the pastries/desserts, the custard pudding cup deserves more love! I'm not sure if it's housemade here, but if you've ever been to Japan, it tastes exactly like the ones you buy from the konbini! I remember I would buy one almost every day of my trip, so I've grown cravings for it that Hamadaya satisfies in OC. The bavarian chocolate cream is a fun decadent pastry if you're into chocolate- comes with so many chocolate chips. The cheese bread is also a go-to for me if I'm in a savory mood- it's exactly what it sounds like, cheese and bread but who doesn't love those two things? Egg katsu sandwich is good if you're looking for something more substantial. The strawberry shortcake I've tried here was also good, but I did pick it up near their closing so it felt a little dried out. Definitely would recommend coming here earlier in the day for fresher and better selection of pastries!
