Starting with dark blonde natural hair wanted some natural-looking highlights, with minimal soft blonde highlights framing face ("Scandinavian hairline"). Instead, came out of it with bleached white thick hair pieces and a two-inch frame of white hair around face, with a purple tinge. Naomi agreed to fix it later in the day, but now the hair looks like a calico cat with blotches of color, and two differently striped reddish brown colors faming the face. Hair is damaged and hairline is burned and enflamed. I don't know what is going on, but Naomi clearly has no experience with this. Please avoid. She refused to discount after a horrendous 5 hours in the salon.
