I found her while I was yelping the area hoping for someone to squeeze me in last minute . She was able to squeeze me in on a Wednesday which lucky I was able to work from home. She had tables ready for my laptop since I know it will take a long time to get the color I like. She is very knowledgeable on hair and scalp since I have sensitive scalp. She was constantly checking my hair and making sure I was comfortable. Plus she has snacks in case I was hungry. It took 6 hours and it was all worth it. My hair is still in one piece. Lol. She gave me the cutest bayalage on short notice from virgin black hair to this pretty blonde one. The color stayed! She gave me tips on how to maintain it. When I went through my inevitable pixie phase and was ready to grow it out again, Lorna fixed me up too! I had thoughts of going burgundy but was easily persuaded when Brenda recommended me to do a plum/violet color. She went in and did her thing! Brenda was so patient and attentive to my needs. My hair is pretty thick and long (with no desire to cut it), so you can only imagine how long this process took (bleach + toner). Even though it took a while, Brenda seemed so invested in making my hair look nice, it made me feel really comfortable and confident that it was going to come out nice. I was so anxious to see the finished product. Brenda gave me a blow out for my final look and I was so in awe! I LOVED how my hair turned out. I provided lots of pictures below because one pic won't do it justice. My hair looks bomb and different I in every lighting. Thank you Brenda! You did an amazing job.
