So I went to their place because I had appointment with them long time ago but couldnt make so thought just stop by and wait if necessary for the services. Then what happened is the lady who met me at the front that I needed book consultation first and then book appointment. Then in order to dye my hair I need bleaching! No hairdresser available its fine because there were only 1 hairdresser working! Then she and hairdresser were laughing at me! I come here for my hair cuts and my facials and I can't see myself going anywhere else. HAIR: Rosanna is incredible. She has been cutting, dying and styling my hair for over 5 years and never disappoints. She knows what I like, has gotten used to my hair and finds ways of changing things up without going too crazy. I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to hair, so the initial thought of getting low lights was frightening. But Rosanna dyed my hair in a way that not only lasted incredibly long, but also didn't show too obviously as it was growing out. On top of that, she's a sweetheart. FACIAL: Stef is a hoot. The Spot is a group of hairstylists and beauticians, so it's best to walk in and meet the ladies if you've never been here before. Each one may have a specialty, and everyone is so helpful here. However, Rosanna is my hairdresser and she is absolutely fantastic, so everyone should contact her =) She has been cutting and dyeing and highlighting and styling my hair for almost five years now. I am always pleased with the results and wouldn't trust anyone else to do my hair. Whenever she asks how I would like something to be done, I just tell her that I trust her and go with her suggestions. I've never been disappointed! I really wanted to like this place since it is so close to my house, however the spray I got here just didn't live up to others I've had. My ankles looked like "a monstrosity" according to a friend, and the overall coverage had some uneven spots on my arms. The technician asked if she should make my face even with the rest of my body, and as I am relatively new to spray tans I tried to defer to her judgement. However, she wouldn't give me an opinion and my face ended up very pale in comparison to my neck. They were fairly brusque on the phone, which was initially off-putting but as I had a groupon I had no choice. In person the people who worked there were very friendly, so maybe I just caught them at a bad time. I wish I could do 2.5 stars! read more

the SPOT is a great salon.. my hair dresser MONICA she is the one right in front when you go up the stairs.. she is GREAT she takes her time when she cuts and colors my hair.. and i feel that, that is great, you don't want to go to a place where they are taking 4 people at a time and goes quickly. At the spot you get the one on one treatment. The only bad thing is that the parking. Right infront is 1 hour parking so you will have to keep moving your car so you don't get a ticket or you can park in the 8 hour one but usually the lot is full. BUT i definitely RECOMMEND going to the spot they are all friendly and the place is nice and clean. read more
