This is only the second review I've ever written, but Demi is really outstanding. I've been doing semi-permanent make-up on my eyebrows for over 10 years (most of it in London and twice in Austria), but this was by far the best work I've ever had.... 3 random people on the street even complemented me on my eyebrows, which has never happened before. I know that my skin doesn't take the color very easily - even after two sessions, it was barely visible. Demi happily offered me another touch-up. She spent 4.5 hours going over every single stroke 6-7 times (vs 2-3 standard), she checked & re-measured my brows throughout the whole procedure. It's very obvious that she is extremely passionate about her work. It doesn't seem to be just about money for her, she genuinely wants to do a good job and she wants to make the customer happy. Demi is amazing. She knows what she's doing. I have some sparse brows because of a cyst removal and stress shedding of hair. She was able to artfully work around my natural brow hairs and make it seem natural in the version of her work for male clients. I was hesitant to commit to permanent eyebrows but I was tired of having to pencil my eyebrows in everyday. I read a lot of reviews on several artists and finally decided to see Demi. It was easy to make an appointment. She texted me the pre procedure instructions. She asked for a photo of my face and eyebrows before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, she asked me what shape and color I preferred. She also made recommendations. She took careful measurements of my brows mapped it and showed me the draft. She had an app to make sure that both eyebrows were precisely aligned. Then when everything looks perfect she numbs it and starts micro blading. She took her time shaping and shading my brows while always asking how I'm doing. So kind, professional and patient. She made me feel comfortable the whole time.
