We came back TWO days later to exchange it, only to be told that we couldn't complete the exchange because apparently a manager only comes in on Mondays to process refunds or exchanges. I'm not sure what kind of operation is being run here, but that is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If you're going to sell products, you should have a process in place to handle defective merchandise when customers return it. The value here is not good, and based on this experience, I would avoid this place at all costs. Awesome RC shop here in North County SD. They have a drift track here, you can rent one of the…read moreshops cars or bring your own which was the main reason we came here. They are open every day of the week! On Tuesday nights they stay open until 10:00 PM for their "Drift Nights". Haven't gone to that one yet, but it's on my to-do list! RC drift tracks are spread pretty far, so having one that's open daily is just amazing! It's not just for RC drifting, they have RC planes, boats, crawlers, etc. with tons of parts for replacement or upgrades. Everything is priced pretty well too, it's tough for brick and mortars to compete with online retailers, but RC Hobbies does a great job with their prices! Haven't used their services for repairs, but I can confidently say that the owners knowledge is huge in regards to RC so I wont hesitate to bring my cars by if i run into an issue I can't fix.

Today, (Thursday) the "whatever" manager that came to me was rude, acted like I was a bother. I said that I had talked to another person he was willing to make a deal. He then said MAP price only and abruptly turned around and walked away from me, not even giving me a chance to respond. I had cash and was willing to work the price to what he had, but never had the chance with his horrible attitude. If you are going to treat customers like this, you probably won't be around much longer. So now, I will endup getting the train on Ebay. Sadly, This is why people end up at Amazon and Ebay. Almost 8 years later I come back here maybe once or every two weeks to see if anything is new. I don't forget how kind they were to me when I was younger with not much money. I also don't forget history this shop is the first the other shops have not been in the space as long. When you shop here you're supporting the history of Temecula, kind people, and your hobby. Aside from that this place is top tier. Take nostalgia out of the equation they are a legit place for Pokemon, grading, sports cards, exc. When I shop here I just feel better for some reason. The other spots kinda don't feel right and I'm trying to not go based on my childhood!! But the box's seem better here . My brother just bought me two etbs of the 30th and the centering was soo clean. I'm thinking does this place have better product? I don't know because I don't shop much elsewhere but they take care of the Pokémon. They don't cherry pick box's weigh out packs exc. it's just feels honest. Had Harrison install a Baja Designs Onx6+ 50" light bar on my CanAm X3. Man it looked like they did…read morea good job. Had good attention to detail so I thought based on the zip tie spacing on the wiring. Fast forward two months. night ride in glamis was going good until it wasn't and I lost my lighting... Come home and start to look at the wiring. Pull the fuse and relay. both were melted and that fuse blowing saved my 60 grand X3 from being the next car to burn down in glamis! Come to find out they used a wiring harness designed for the squadron sports!!! Very Very Frustrating and Dangerous! What a Fu**ing Joke! From what I been told his he has a reputation to do this!
