I have dealt with this unprofessional company on 4 different jobs...because of their advertisement for $79.00 for unclogging sinks and toilets! First, they NEVER keep their appointments. Second, the last straw was they sent out a guy name Jesus who really did not seem to know what he was doing...then he had to call out a guy name Kyle to help access the problem...and he told us all kind of wrong information about the problem...how we know it was wrong we had 2 other estimated that were totally different from what he said... Third, Jesus refuse to clean up after the incomplete job...and stated he would rather lose his job than clean anything up. This was after his boss Kyle reassured us that it would be cleaned up before they left...and nothing was cleaned up...they received payment...and then just left... Fourth, I called the office and spoke to Candy and asked for a manager... because I wanted to make a complaint. She told me the manager Brandy was not in... but would definitely call me the next day... I am still WAITING! If you want to keep a peace of mind, DO NOT deal with this company. read more

Just had bathroom remodeled and shower drain is clogged. Our contractor contacted this company and Francisco showed up and was able to clear it in a few minutes. He said he can't give a warranty because they didn't do any repair. He did let the shower run for 5 minutes to make sure it continued to drain. Our contractor paid for it but their price is very reasonable. He had previously sent another but had to cancel due to the price. The other company though said they warranty their work for 6 months. We'll see how it goes. read more

Called them for main sewer line cleaning through a cleanout. They were very responsive and showed up on time but struggled over an hour to even get the snake in. Recommended hydro jetting which would have cost a lot. Wasn't able to unclog the main line. Asked them for a quote for the sewer line replacement, they said they couldn't get an exact estimate without looking into the pipe with a camera but ball park value would be around $20K for a liner!!! Called a different plumber immediately, they showed up and was able to snake it in 5mins!!! My line was unclogged. Eventually had the other guys replace my whole main line as well for just $7.5K (I had the option for liner or pipe bursting for the same price, I went with pipe bursting till the property line and then liner from the property line to the city line) Felt like Elite rooter was there to really hustle me into spending a lot of money. read more

We had a laundry room leak and Elite Rooter came to us as a referral. We decided to just have our whole house repiped (galvanized sewer replaced not including the main line and water vertical and horizontal, not including any main line work) and just deal with the headache/stress once and be done. A two week headache/stressful situation it was. After the first week this review would have been negative stars, but last week, the regional manager sent out his A team, led by Frankie who made a bad situation much better. He resolved ALL the issues we had encountered the week before in the order I asked them to be fixed, went above and beyond, and remained courteous and understanding (as did the entire team), while I complained endlessly (rightfully so in my opinion)! To summarize what went WRONG the first week: · No electricity in the kitchen (wires cut in the wall) · No hot water (water heater hooked up backwards) · No kitchen sink (damaged kitchen faucet, line cut) · Bathroom tub hot/cold hooked up backwards (causing severe pressure problems which prevented the shower from engaging properly) · Leak in new hot water line near the laundry room · Extensive areas of drywall damage throughout most rooms in the house (which we knew we were responsible for repairing since drywall replacement was not included in the repipe estimate) · Half bath sink removed and was unable to be put back because of the now missing drywall in that bathroom · Mostly just one guy working on the project · Tech left on Saturday with all the above problems and offered no solutions until Tuesday (since it was the weekend and holiday) Thankfully this nightmare is now behind us, too bad it took two weeks and went so wrong in the beginning. read more

Crooks! These guys came and spent hours "diagnosing" the issue and said they had to come back out for broken pipes. They forgot to cap a port in my garage while running water to check water flow and did not even offer to help clean up. We called out another plumber and they check with cameras and found only roots. They snaked to clean them up in minutes, and found no broken pipes. Do not trust these guys!!! read more

Scam alert!! This company did a fine job coming out to our business and getting the job done however we had a problem with double paying an invoice and every time we tried to address the issue by calling they would hang up on us! We tried sending emails and no one would reply! So this is a warning to be careful of what you are being charged for as well as how you pay because if there is an error of any sort, they will not respond and may even hang up on you every time you call! This makes me question how their service warranty would work? If they do not reply once there is an issue then I can only imagine what they must do if they need to come back out to fix it, they will probably just hang up on you and avoid your requests. We had a complete system replaced. The work was done and seems to be acceptable. The problem is Dion, The Field Manager, and paperwork related to the insurance claim. The work was started and finished in Feb 2023. I have called Dion MANY times and the office. Each time I spoke to Dion, he said he would contact the claims agent (we gave Dion the agents information MANY times) and send the paperwork for reimbursement. Same run around when I contacted the office, and they would pass on the message to Diom. NOTHING!!! Called Dion in June 2023 left a voice mail, office called and was I told I would be contacted. The same song and dance from April, May and June. One time Dion did answer, he said not to worry again and would have the paperwork sent out by the office. YEA. When I last spoke to the office in June, I asked the girl about speaking to the office prior times and she responded she was new and didn't know anything. This is encouraging knowing the amount we paid, and this is the service given. Why did we lose money? Dion told us we would be reimbursed from the insurance. Dion's statement was, "Don't worry I'll take care of all the paperwork for the insurance and get you money back". Sure Dion, and I guess you have a bridge you want us to buy? read more

I contacted Elite Rooter for a simple drain clog using their special rate of $69. I say simple because I have a clean out where the clog is in a single floor house. They came in & tried to snake it but said " no it won't go thru, it's possible that a Drano or another chemical must have been used & those chemicals are known for mixing with food making a hard clog. They said the only way to clear it was to hydro jet which cost me almost $400. That was clearly a scam to charge more. I researched it and there was no truth to that. I also asked for a receipt, but he said it would be mailed to me. It's been a week already & called 3 times & still nothing received. My advice is to stay away from this company if you can. read more

Our water pressure was on the high end, and I was tired of constant drips from the stressed fixtures, and the drop irrigation fitting blowing off every time the sprinkler went on. They installed a pressure reducer and a new ball valve. It was a clean job. I was particularly pleased that neither plumber tried to "mansplain" things to me. Me...recently retired from my job of 23 years as a lead worker for a public water utility crew, and holding a Water Distribution Operator certificate from the State Water Resources Control Board. Matt, our technician, was very kind, respectful, easy to talk to, and super helpful with my questions. He also accommodated our request to wear boot covers and a face mask inside our home.
