They preformed and adequate job however their cost was 3 times what other repipe plumbing companies charge. We are seniors and my neighbors had had a very similar slab leak problem ( track similar home). There cost was 1/3 of what elite charged: I know buyer beware but I can't feel we were taken advantage of. Discovered that the work preformed was not up to code. Repipe of our house and elite rooter took a short cut and ran the pex pipe in front of our drywall and not behind as required. Wrong size pex pipe in one location. I have used Elite before and they were great, so I went to them first. Today I booked an online appointment at 2:50 PM and got a confirmation that someone would be out between 3:00 and 7:00. Waited until after 7:00 and called their number and was told my appointment was never booked. That they go home at 3:00 on Saturdays. Their site said they were open until 5:00 when I booked the appointment and it allowed me to book. The person who answered the phone when I called was nice enough, but said the website should have said I had to wait until Monday for an appointment. Very disappointed. The phone customer service along with the physical plumbing work was done with a sense visual care. Came out for clogged sewage drain and would not run snake. Said I had roots and 100% clogged and it would damage the snake. Wanted to charge me over $4000 to jack up my concrete and replace main sewage drain. Charged me for the visit anyways and didn't do anything. The next day I had someone come out who rain a snake with no problem, no roots at all in the line, unclogged drain no problem, didn't have to touch the concrete. I emailed and texted them about this outcome and didn't receive a response. Get a second opinion if you choose to use this company. read more

Rafa and the Elite Rooter team were prompt, patient and professional. Rafa came over to inspect what I thought was a slab leak where the pipe runs underground to fill our swimming pool. After diagnosing further by running the water to the pool, the problem turned out to be a leaky connector above ground that needs to be tightened and a calcified hose bib that needs replacement. Sewer repair Scam Alert. I contracted service from Elite Rooter to unclog a toilet that turned out the be a major replacement of a sewer line. A quote for $9600 was provided to fix the sewer clog. During the exploratory excavation Elite Rooter determine an additional $21,000 was required to complete the job which consist of digging an additional 25 feet? I informed Elite Rooter to terminate the job when the Elite Rooter supervisor stated he could go 10 feet for an additional $9600 and it should (not guarantee) fix the problem. I preceded to contact three other vendors all gave a guarantee completion quote ($7600-$9800) to go the additional 25 ft if needed. Also, all stated that the quote they provided would have been given to complete the initial job. When I contacted the corporate headquarters to complain, they stated corporate policy was followed and implied to "go pound sand". So, if you need sewer work done and have no problem with the possibility of paying three times the initial quote bestowed then this is a company for you. read more

I had kitchen clogged for two days and made an appointment with Elite Rooter on Sunday night. Christian and David came on time at 10am sharp on Monday and did a very thorough snake camera. Explained why it's clogged as we saw the grease around the internal wall of the kitchen pipe. Then did a snake through and unclogged the pipeline. The fee is very reasonable as they stated on the website and via the phone. Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to update my review as I am very disappointed with this company. All my appointments scheduled for someone to come out was a no show on all 3 days. I had this company come out to clean my drains due to a foul smell in my shop and the cleaning did not resolve the issue. The second time a plumber said to pour hot water and I did that for two weeks, still didn't go away. I called several times to have someone come back and no one has showed up to a scheduled appt and when I called to inform them, they stated someone will call me back. Still no call. This is very poor customer service and if I don't hear from anyone I am forced to call another company to finish with at this company did not. I don't recommend this if you want a follow up to any services you had as they do not follow thru with unfinished work. The grueling project of having your 64 yr. old house's cast iron pipes replaced was made bearable due to Elite Rooter of O.C. Most notably Jesus C. This young man was polite, sympathetic, patient and extremely conscientious as well as knowledgeable during the whole project; which was close to 4 days. Infrastructure projects are not the fun projects because no one can see them. Due to the "Techy" equip. My bathroom toilet was backing up so I called Elite rooter and a technician/Jimmy came by my apartment to take a look at my problem. He came into my house with boot covers on and all the tools to snake my drain system. He was very professional and even had his face mask on. I instantly felt safe and secure. I don't usually like people coming to my house during these times but these guys were very clean and professional. They set paper down on my hardwood floor to keep the snake machine from scratching the floor. Within 20 min of arrival they were able to clear the drain. He explained everything they were going to do in detail and he always made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I ended up needing my major sewer line replaced.
