This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again. I had a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink along with my shower head leaking water. I reached out to get a quote. Vanessa messaged me with in minutes and I was able to schedule someone to come look at it same day. Danny came out and was very nice and professional. He wore a mask, brought his own floor mat and wore booties. He assessed the issues and provided a very reasonable quote and was able to make repairs same day. I was even more impressed that after Danny looked at my shower head he saw that it was cracked and not repairable. He did not charge for this piece and gave advice on what I needed to do next. Really appreciated his customer service!! read more

Thank you to Kaitlyn she sent out Michael the next day after I contacted Elite Rooter. Michael showed up on time and was very professional with his work. He made sure he didn't leave till everything was done and completed. He was very polite the whole time and periodically updated me with what he was doing. Thank you to Michael our kitchen sink is back to normal. Great guy! read more

They preformed and adequate job however their cost was 3 times what other repipe plumbing companies charge. We are seniors and my neighbors had had a very similar slab leak problem ( track similar home). There cost was 1/3 of what elite charged: I know buyer beware but I can't feel we were taken advantage of. Discovered that the work preformed was not up to code. Repipe of our house and elite rooter took a short cut and ran the pex pipe in front of our drywall and not behind as required. Wrong size pex pipe in one location. Another plumber will redo their work. read more

I have used Elite before and they were great, so I went to them first. Today I booked an online appointment at 2:50 PM and got a confirmation that someone would be out between 3:00 and 7:00. Waited until after 7:00 and called their number and was told my appointment was never booked. That they go home at 3:00 on Saturdays. Their site said they were open until 5:00 when I booked the appointment and it allowed me to book. The person who answered the phone when I called was nice enough, but said the website should have said I had to wait until Monday for an appointment. Very disappointed. Wasted half my day off waiting. read more

Came out for clogged sewage drain and would not run snake. Said I had roots and 100% clogged and it would damage the snake. Wanted to charge me over $4000 to jack up my concrete and replace main sewage drain. Charged me for the visit anyways and didn't do anything. The next day I had someone come out who rain a snake with no problem, no roots at all in the line, unclogged drain no problem, didn't have to touch the concrete. I emailed and texted them about this outcome and didn't receive a response. Get a second opinion if you choose to use this company. read more

I had a small, quick rooter job and was quoted by another company at $175-195. I saw this company had an ad in the OC Register for $69. I called, they said no problem, quoted $79 and since I had the ad, it was what they advertised at $69. They were here about an hour later, 10 minutes, problem solved. Robert was so cordial, a very nice young man. I am one happy customer. Would highly recommend them. I know I will call them for any future needs. Thanks Elite Rooter. read more

Rafa and the Elite Rooter team were prompt, patient and professional. Rafa came over to inspect what I thought was a slab leak where the pipe runs underground to fill our swimming pool. After diagnosing further by running the water to the pool, the problem turned out to be a leaky connector above ground that needs to be tightened and a calcified hose bib that needs replacement. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future! read more

I've dealt with different plumbing companies before and I must say that Elite stands out amongst them. The phone customer service along with the physical plumbing work was done with a sense visual care. Several walls had to be opened up, a tankless water heater installed, all new piping, and a shower floor replace. I'm very satisfied with the completed job. The patchwork done with care and you can see it. I'm very happy that I chose to use Elite Rooter. read more

I didn't use them. They quotes me one thing via the initial text and a lot higher when they got here. Sort of a "bait and switch". I passed when they did that. The guy who fixed the same drain a year ago came back from vacation and charged me $100 less. So that's that. read more

We got a great service today! They responded very fast on yelp and were available at the time when I could be home. Elite Rooter's representative Freddie came in on time, was very considerate of our home by wearing shoe covers, his uniform looked very neat, he was very polite and explained everything in simple language. He identified the problem with a clogged pipe and was done within 15 mins. It was easy to pay by card with the ipad. read more

Because of the age of our old clay pipes we have our mainline cleaned out once a year. This is the first time I've written review for a plumber. But RAFA who is the senior technician from elite plumbing did such a wonderful job. RAFA was on time and nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sewer repair Scam Alert. I contracted service from Elite Rooter to unclog a toilet that turned out the be a major replacement of a sewer line. A quote for $9600 was provided to fix the sewer clog. During the exploratory excavation Elite Rooter determine an additional $21,000 was required to complete the job which consist of digging an additional 25 feet? I informed Elite Rooter to terminate the job when the Elite Rooter supervisor stated he could go 10 feet for an additional $9600 and it should (not guarantee) fix the problem. I preceded to contact three other vendors all gave a guarantee completion quote ($7600-$9800) to go the additional 25 ft if needed. Also, all stated that the quote they provided would have been given to complete the initial job. When I contacted the corporate headquarters to complain, they stated corporate policy was followed and implied to "go pound sand". So, if you need sewer work done and have no problem with the possibility of paying three times the initial quote bestowed then this is a company for you. read more

I responded to an online social media campaign as a result as my residence (SF home) having an issue with drainage in the lower floor of the house. I completed the required form and received a text message within 5 minutes of completion advising I was placed on the schedule for the same day. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Elite Rooter Orange's dispatcher advising me the service technician was 20 minutes away. The senior technician, Jovany L., arrived promptly, professional in manner and appearance. Jovany inquired in depth as to the current situation, duration, first instance, additional incidences previously and other related concerns to the issue at hand. Jovany showed great knowledge and expertise in his inquiries and was intent on further discovery of the problem. Due to the age of the underlying pipes in the home Jovany contacted Elite's master plumber, Scott H. Scott arrive to preview via camera the plumbing line from the front clean out toward the city's line. Further consultation revealed a serious condition which needs immediate attention. I had kitchen clogged for two days and made an appointment with Elite Rooter on Sunday night. Christian and David came on time at 10am sharp on Monday and did a very thorough snake camera. The fee is very reasonable as they stated on the website and via the phone. Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to update my review as I am very disappointed with this company. All my appointments scheduled for someone to come out was a no show on all 3 days. I had this company come out to clean my drains due to a foul smell in my shop and the cleaning did not resolve the issue. The second time a plumber said to pour hot water and I did that for two weeks, still didn't go away. I called several times to have someone come back and no one has showed up to a scheduled appt and when I called to inform them, they stated someone will call me back. Still no call. This is very poor customer service and if I don't hear from anyone I am forced to call another company to finish with at this company did not. I don't recommend this if you want a follow up to any services you had as they do not follow thru with unfinished work. Very upsetting as I paid high dollars for the initial service which was not done appropriately. read more

The grueling project of having your 64 yr. old house's cast iron pipes replaced was made bearable due to Elite Rooter of O.C. Most notably Jesus C. This young man was polite, sympathetic, patient and extremely conscientious as well as knowledgeable during the whole project; which was close to 4 days. Infrastructure projects are not the fun projects because no one can see them. Due to the "Techy" equip. Elite Rooter used, we were able to view via camera the pipes under the house.Jesus C. took us step by step through the whole process. Dom was also polite and a good worker. They took care to clean up everything after the job was completed (so appreciated). My Husband and I are very pleased with the workmanship and whole project experience. Pete, the Supervisor was also on hand at crucial times in the process. read more

My bathroom toilet was backing up so I called Elite rooter and a technician/Jimmy came by my apartment to take a look at my problem. He came into my house with boot covers on and all the tools to snake my drain system. He was very professional and even had his face mask on. I instantly felt safe and secure. I don't usually like people coming to my house during these times but these guys were very clean and professional. They set paper down on my hardwood floor to keep the snake machine from scratching the floor. Within 20 min of arrival they were able to clear the drain. Definitely recommending theses guys to family and friends. Thanks again elite rooter for the great work! read more

Read strong reviews about Mike Lanphear, called and spoke to Ashlea (Mgr) 3/11/20. She setup appt. for next morning and would be sending Mike bet 8-10a. Mike and Lawrence showed up @ 9a complete with shoe boots on, very respectful of my messy house. Mike and Lawrence are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and answered all the questions I "peppered" them with, regarding process of the work. I really appreciated their "transparency" with giving maintenance tips and their perspective of future problems as the house is 58 yrs old. The work was completed in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much Mike and Lawrence for great experience, Elite Rooter is my permanent "go to" plumbing company! read more
