I highly recommend Elite Rooter. Both my toilets and showers were both backed up. They sent someone out in about an hour. The guy who came out was named Gio. He explained everything they were going to do in detail and he always made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I ended up needing my major sewer line replaced. They worked very hard to get this done in a timely manner and even finished ahead of schedule. I was pleased to find out they had a financing program to help with payment. Everyone I spoke to from the receptionist, Gio, and the finance person were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them. read more

My husband and I bought our current house a little over four years ago. We've had drainage problems from day one. We called various companies that came and cleaned the pipes and this year we decided to try Elite Rooter. Rafael arrived timely and he immediately began the diagnosis process of our pipeline. Needless to say, more back up needed to be called in with more equipment to drain and clean the pipeline all the way out to the street. We even had a chance to look on a monitor as the camera was getting pulled through the pipes. It was gross to see what's there. Rafael didn't leave our house until everything was cleaned up and the water was no longer backing up. To tap it off, he even put my stuff back under the sink in the same order I keep it. What a sweetheart. I highly recommend Elite Rooter and Rafael for your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed. They are professional, very knowledgeable, keep the client informed, and they are very friendly. I felt like my younger brother was in the house with me. Way to go! read more

I had a bathroom sink in my house clog up and was unable to clear it myself using a manual snake. I found Elite Rooter on Yelp along with other companies and they gave me the best quote, and they also responded to my quote request immediately. After working with my schedule, Rafa, the technician, called me while he was enroute to my house to make sure I was available. I hate to say but I have a habit of always wanting to watch good work being done and probably bug with questions. Rafa answered all my questions regarding plumbing related issues and explained everything he was doing as he worked to correct the issue. I'll definitely be recommending Elite Rooter to anyone who asks for my opinion and will tell them to try to ask for Rafa. read more

We have used Elite Rooter for the last couple of years for clearing our sewer lateral lines in Costa Mesa. In the end, our sewer pipes gave up after 70+ years. We decided to completely abandon our old sewer system and create an entirely new one from all lines inside the house, all the way to the center of the street. It was a big, big job involving digging, pipe bursting, trenching, lining/sleeving, concrete and a little stucco work. After multiple quotes, Elite Rooter proved to be the best (in price, timeliness, and just overall knowledge of plumbing), and we are so happy we went with them. All of the technicians are friendly and hard-working, and left our home clean when they left. Frankie was awesome X 100, he communicated everything they were doing and always asked if we had any questions, every day. He made the process go as quickly as possible and handled everything professionally. Christian was also great, he checked in every day and made sure we always knew what to expect and what was going on. They were "on it" from the quote process all the way until the project was finished. Overall, just a great company, truly genuine, nice people and very knowledgeable. Like I said, this was a multi-day, big project..... I am so glad we went with Elite Rooter. read more

Very pleasant and professional service! Scheduled an appointment the night before and they had Gio come by the next day. I had a problem with my toilet backing up. So thankful to find this company to help me out with the solution. Cristian was so helpful and was able to explain every single detail of the problem . My main line was clog. I liked the way he came in and was very careful with my house. He set up paper and plastic to bring his tools inside my house. Was able to finish my job. I would really recommend this coming to anyone! Not all Plummer are as clean and helpful as you guys. Great job read more

I called and set up an appointment for an initial quote for my clogged landscape drain. My appointment was between 9-11:30 Lawrence arrived right at 11:30 and gave me a very reasonable quote. He didn't have the hydro rig with him so he said he would have to come out the following day. The office staff called me to confirm my availability the next day between 11-2pm, at 3pm I called to see if someone was coming out. I was told that Lawrence was stuck on a job and could come out the next day at 9-11am. Again he was a no show, I called his office and spoke with his Manager who assured me he would find out what was going on and call me back. I never heard from anyone so I called again, this process went on for 3 days until I gave up on them and called one of their competitors. The competitor came out the same day and gave me the same price that Lawrence had originally quoted me. I would NOT recommend using Elite Rooter , their communication and commitment to serving their community is horrible. If I could give ZERO stars I would. read more

Arrived on time and called and said he was on the way. Quickly assessed the problem that we had no cleanout valve. Tried to snake the master bath drains but it just came up the other sink. He called a problem-solving guy out they cam me two solutions one cut into the wall and snake the drain for 1700.00 or they can jet it out for 2200.00. My husband said no way, he was not home at the time. We got a second opinion and went with the plumber that did not try to rip us off. They did charge for the call since they could not fix it unless they changed me 1700.00 read more

I had a clogged drain in one of my rental house. My tennants were very inconvenienced and needed immediate service I normally use a nationally advertised plumber but I found Elite Rooter on the internet and decided to give them a try. I called Elite Router and they said that could have a plumber at the door in 3 hours and quoted a price of $69 They showed up on time, cleared the drain and charged the exact price they quoted. From now on, they are my first choice when ever I need a plumber at any of my houses read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with the same technician, Jose Vazquez, on a call I made to have my shower looked at. It was backed up and he explained in detail what was wrong and was able to take care of the issue quickly. He was respectful on how he spoke and how he came into my house, wore shoe covers! I was very satisfied with the way he represented Elite Rooter! Job well done read more

Very unprofessional. I contacted this business based off their yelp reviews because of an ongoing water heater problem I was having. I wasn't receiving any hot water for a few days in spite of how many times I relit the pilot. So I contacted them around 1:30pm on Saturday. They said they would come out free to give me an estimate and see what the problem was. They gave me a timeframe of 3pm-5pm. Understanding that I booked the appointment late in the day, I understood that I probably would be seen towards 5pm. By 5:30pm still no one showed so I contacted the business to see if they were still coming out. The receptionist (who was nice) informed me that the technician had another emergency to tend to. Yet I received no phone call for canceling. If I had known that, I could have booked someone else for that day. She asked if I was able to do it Monday but I already booked someone else after she told me they weren't coming. Why would I still give a business my service if they didn't even have the common decency of giving me a phone call to tell me they weren't coming? read more

Around the end of February (2 months ago), we requested for a plumbing service in order to fix a clogged toilet. When they came to our house they claimed there was a bigger problem, and they had to remove the entire toilet to fix the problem. They removed the toilet, weren't able to fix it and then left. We then right after received the bill of 250$, after not having anything fixed. We requested for a complete refund which they agreed to issue, but did not even receive a check for the refund until this week (beginning of May). Not only that but the check was paid to the order of a misspelled name, and we were still not able to cash it. First of all, this entire experience was not only a huge inconvenience but also extremely unprofessional. With them charging us 250$ for a toilet clearing service, agreeing to refund us but then not sending a check until MONTHS later, then lastly writing the incorrect spelling of the name. I did not think about writing a review until now, but I believe everyone must know how unprofessional their services are. Very disappointed and will never make the mistake of giving them our business again. read more

I was very disappointed with the experience with Elite when I read good reviews. I had requested an early appointment like 8a and they promised closer to 830a for an 830a to 930a window. I called to check in and they said he should be there within a few minutes because he's already in our city from 845a and he doesn't show up until 925a anyways. Then Jake spends less than 5 minutes unsure of what he wants to do. (We have a ceiling leak from the second floor bathroom.) So instead he calls his manager and quotes us $250 to just cut a hole in the ceiling to see what the issue was. Not even apply the payment to the job or anything. He was already standing outside the door after the call and didn't bother wanting to come in to continue the conversation. I know you can't determine the issue until you cut into the wall and ceiling, but $250 seemed unreasonable to just diagnosis the issue. Then his manager Hector calls to try to see what can he do to help. He seemed like he actually cared about his job, but then hangs up on me when I told him I wasn't happy Jake wasted my time and why didn't they send someone better to represent their company. Either one was not professional and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

My teenage daughters have an enormous amount of hair. Even though I used a zip it tool to remove a handful, the shower wouldn't drain. I yelped for a quote and Elite Rooter immediately responded and set up an appt for the next morning. Brian arrived on time and was able to remove a kitten sized clump of hair (definitely not as cute as a kitten though) and get the drain flowing again in five minutes. Highly recommend this company! read more

Thank you Elite Rooter for the great service. Jesus was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

I had Grandma handle being home, thinking I could trust the person to do his due diligence as a technician. She claimed he did not snake from the outside as he told me he did. He kept chasing her back into the house, so she wouldn't watch him do "nothing," as she claimed. Over the phone, he wanted to sell me their hydro-jetting package. I said, "No, thanks." The only good thing he did was recommend that I get a motorized snake, so that was good. Besides that, I just used their coupon to pay $69 for him shooting water into the pipes. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Elite Rooter Orange. I called Elite Rooter around 8:30 am and Bryan Waldren arrived at 10 am. He snaked my dual vanity sinks that were severely clogged with hair and grease from my teenage daughters' beauty routines. He left the sinks cleaner than before he came and there was no mess. He was really friendly and easy to understand and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. They were running a special and it was the best price I have paid to have a clogged drain fixed. Hi highly recommend Bryan and Elite Rooter. read more

Good company, would definitely use them again. I really like the fact that they charged me the price they gave me and didn't try to rip me off. read more

Their response time was quicker than quick. They were very clean in their work area, very polite towards my aunt and also answered every question that she had.
