I've been going here for over a year now, I've always had a good experience. What the other reviewers have said is true, it's mostly a no-fluff place with great service. The nail techs frequently chat with each other in their native tongue, but will chat away with you too. The only time my paint has pealed off very quickly was when I got a french manicure done. But I guess that's expected. I've never had a problem with regulars. I've had at least 3-4 different nail techs work on me and they've all done an excellent job. read more

Elite Nails - Gel polish perfect after 2 weeks - Nail Salons Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I've been sending my friends and going here for almost two years now. I've never been disappointed, all the ladies here are so sweet and talented. Ashley is my gal and always willing to work with my crazy ideas. She is the best read more

Elite Nails - Ombré nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Waited for 45 minutes for my sister to get her nails done. No one spoke to me until I said I would go somewhere myself later. Then they argued with me about timing. Horrible customer service. Don't come here. read more

This was my first visit to this nail salon and I will never go anywhere else! After a TERRIBLE experience last week at another salon, my acrylics were FALLING OFF and they looked awful. I needed a nail makeover ASAP before a bridal shower this weekend. So I looked for a close-to-my-work place, found them through google, read some reviews and decided to see what they could do for me. I didn't make an appointment and I walked in the door and was greeted by a gentleman (I didn't get his name) and he took one look at my nails and immediately sat me down to fix me up. He was SOO great! He kept apologizing for the job the other salon had done and prmomised he would fix them. He explained that he didn't want to rip off the tips I had because it would hurt. I told him that he could do whatever he needed to. He started working on my nails and it soon became very apparent that this was going to be more than a "quick fix". He asked how much time I had and told me he may HAVE to take them off and start over. I was so appreciative of him actually asking if I had time!! Luckily I did, have time and he got to work. He promised me that he would not let me leave until I was happy and I am THRILLED. I will definately be returning here for my fill and anything else from now on. The price was a little more than I have paid before, but for me, it didn't matter so long as the job got done right. He didn't charge me to take the old set off because he felt so bad for me. This was so nice of him. My experience here was AWESOME! read more

While I have never experienced the service at Elite Nails (although I'm told I should), I personally know many who have over the last 6+ years. I have purchased MANY gift cards for friends, family and the team at Payex and have never heard a complaint. I recommend you ask for Vone. She's the owner and the preferred Nail tech among friends. Highly recommend checking them out. read more

Bebe was an awesome nail tech... I was seen immediately and given a great service. My gel X was taken off in about ten mins and she made sure that my new gel manicure was done to my expectations. I typically don't post reviews, but after being to three nail salons in the past month and a half, I was sincerely impressed with the service. read more

Sometimes a girl has got to show off her new bling & what better way than a manicure. I called and made an appointment & was glad that I did because on a Saturday afternoon, they were packed. Like others have said, no fancy pedicure chairs here. But that didn't stop them from giving a fantastic foot massage while working on my toes. I even got my manicure and pedicure at the same time - how efficient! Great quality nails. Two weeks later still no chips...and a great price too ($48 for mani/pedi)! read more

RUDE. Crowded. Inefficient. Still have to wait each time I call ahead. Not asking for them to know I'm a regular, but have been there enough to at least be treated kindly. Go to Nail Envy or CK - much better service. read more

Not only is this place disgusting, but the girl doing my nails stopped a few times to text, answer a phone call, and actually MAKE a phone call to schedule a hair appointment for herself! What the hell?! I will never go back here again! read more

I had a really great experience here yesterday. I love, love, love gel polish because I'm really careless with my hands and I chip regular manicures like it's my job. Over the past few months I have tried a couple of difference manicurists and wasn't happy with their carelessness and sloppiness. It's important that my nails look great because of my job (and because it makes me feel pretty!). I saw Vi at Elite Nails last night and she gave me the best gel manicure I've had for a long time. She meticulously filed my nails and cleaned up my cuticles and then applied a base coat, two coats of color, and a topcoat. It looks perfect. I'll be back to see Vi for sure. My manicure + gel polish cost $35. With tax it came to $37 and change. I think that's pretty average for a gel manicure around Columbus. read more

This place is ok but I have had better pedicures. I felt rushed and I didn't like the fact that dogs were running around freely. I don't hate dogs but I don't love them either. I think it's very tacky to let your dog lick on your customers. read more

Wonderful experience! I had just gotten Shellac nails for the first time at Nails on Neil 2 weeks prior but wasn't thrilled with the result. I didn't understand why everyone loved gel nails so much. But my friend recommended this place so I thought I would try it one more time. My nails look amazing. The service took a long time, but Mek did a great job making sure all the old polish was off and making sure the edges were smooth. And without getting a manicure it was totally reasonably priced. Made a followup appointment on my way out for 2 weeks from now! read more

I'm a frequent customer of Vanna. I love her. The facility is clean, welcoming, and fun. All of the techs I've dealt with have been friendly and done great jobs! It's not cheap, but the great work is worth it!!! read more

This place is like impossible to get into. Finally made a reservation and my gel nails lasted basically 1 1/2 weeks and it was $50. Not worth it read more

I liked it of course they are not all fancy, with the big pedicure chairs. But they do spend time on your nails to make sure they look good. The girl that did my nails was very detailed on both my mani and pedi. I didn't know they did appts for the most part. I was there @ 1030a and it was packed, I waited for 15 mins, had I known they do appts I would have called ahead of time. read more

I had a great experience at Elite. I came in on my lunch break with no appointment and they were able to get me in and out quickly with some gorgeous work. I would highly reccomend Elite. read more

Was visiting Columbus and wanted to get my nails done in a pinch. I am really glad I chose Elite Nails. I am constantly getting my nails done, and this was the best acrylic/gel fill I've ever gotten. The technician was so friendly and really took his time. He even explained in detail every step of the process and how what he was doing was better for the look and health of my nails. I cannot say how much I appreciated that. The amount of effort and time he took resulted in the most beautiful nails I've had in a long time. Wish I had this nail salon in my city instead! read more

I have been coming here for a very long time, and they do my nails very well, but my sister and I went to get our nails done here and they charged us much higher because of our age. I will not continue to go here as there are many better places in town. read more

I am new to the area so I called for an appointment. When I got there it was dirty , no new polish a lot of old thick polish. No heated massage pedicure chairs. I waited 15 minutes to be told the could not do a mani/pedi just mani because they booked my appt incorrectly. I left and will not return. read more

Went there for the first time today. Their gel nail selection is kind of slim but my manicure is literal perfection! I am so obsessed I can't stop starring. It was pretty cheap compared to the other places I have gone in that area. I think I had Vanna. I will definitely go back again because of her and how much time she put into making my nails look amazing. read more

Elite Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

This experience was the worst I have ever had. I went in and they asked where I got my nails done before and I told them and the ladies doing my nails were talking about me and my nails right In front of me and making fun of me. Then the next day a nail fell off and then another day another nail fell off. I have NEVER had this happen with dip. I then asked if I could come get it fixed and they said no. I will NEVER return to this terrible establishment again. I paid 60 dollars for the worst nail job I have ever had. read more

Got me in right away. My foot massage was the best I've ever had! I definitely recommend coming here!

One of the most mediocre to below average pedicures ever. Thirty minutes of wasted time. Not only is their no soaking, but nail polish is not thoroughly removed. Everything else is very minimal for a pretty decent price. For just a little more, go to the Woodhouse Spa in Dublin for a delightful experience. Minute for minute they are the same price, but the service, ambiance, and quality there doesn't even begin to compare. read more

Awsome salon in grandview. I have been looking for 5 the best that this town has to offer and I think I have found it. Although they are usually busy, you may want to call to make an appointment, the wait is worth it. They have a great polish selection of both regular and gel. They do not have massaging pedicure stations. read more

You will pay competitive rates for a mani/pedi here. The pedi was done sitting in a wheeled office chair - your feet in a vibrating bucket of warm water. For $35 I just don't feel this is worth it? (When for the same price at other places you sit in a massage chair, with a spa tub.) The manicure is fine, $15 for a middle of the range manicure. My issue was the whole service was made longer and not as relaxing while the guy performing the service spent 50% of the time his cell, dealing with a court date he never appeared for, for missed child support? The other half of the time he was off the phone he was complaining to staff about how he has an appar warrant out for his arrest now? This will not be a salon I will be recommending or returning to. Its a shame, I'm new to the area and looking for a 'go to local' read more

This salon is under new management, so if you haven't been in a while I recommend you check them out. They have redone the space and it's very clean and well decorated with true pedi massage chairs. They do a really nice job, and boy do they hustle. They are super friendly and very accommodating even with walk ins. Sometime this means a bit of a wait but it's hard to be mad at a person who is seriously running through the salon to take care of you faster. Nails are always done well and stand the test of time. No complaints here. Will return on the reg because it's better then any other place I've tried in the area and they are so easy to work with. read more

I was referred to Elite Nails from a coworker. Went several times and will not return. Had appointment one Saturday and was kept waiting for 20 minutes. They call to you, from across the salon, to "pick out a color." Although the manicure was done well and I felt that the technician did a great job, the atmoshere leaves a lot to be desired. It looks dirty. Also, the technician was frequently interrupted by the phone and walk in clients. She talked on her cell phone while she was working on me. She finished my nails and asked if a coworker could give me the hand massage so she could finish another client. Very unprofessional atmosphere. read more

I walked in for a UV gel fill. The receptionist didn't even know what I was talking about and told me it looked like 'solar' nails. I assured her it was UV gel. The woman I assume is the owner/manager came over and corrected her and we set up an appointment as there are only two technicians who do this type of work, her and a young man. I returned and the young man did the work. It was less than optimal. I had a french manicure done which was very messy and the end result was quite uneven. I felt the salon was dirty and I will not be returning. read more

Went in hoping for a relaxing pedicure and was disappointed to see that they were not sitting me in a massage chair, just a standard rolling chair and my feet in a bucket of water. It was not as relaxing and the pedicure was far less detailed than CK nails down the street where I usually go. I only visited Elite today because CK was closed and will not likely return. read more

Wonderful salon! I have been to many salons in the Columbus area and this one is by far the best . The staff do a phenomenal job on gel nails. In addition, the salon is clean and the staff are very conscientious about keeping appointments. They do take walk ins, but an appt is good if you are in a time crunch. They tend to be busy do to the quality of work that they provide. :) read more

I used this salon for the convenience. The employees are rude and slow. However the local crowd seems to like the place since it is always busy. Getting an appointment is recommended.- But keep your appointment- they get angry if you don't cancel or call. Walk ins will wait. I had one new set and 2 balances there. items are not sanitized, techs do not wash their areas. My balances were awful. Only lasted 2 weeks tops. chips after a few days. The dryer for your nails is crap. I still left with smudges. But you get what you pay for.. $20 for a balance. I found that going elsewhere with a slightly higher balance charge was worth it. I WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I frequent Elite Nails because of the great prices, great work, and huge selection of polish (mostly OPI), Do not go here if you are looking for hours of relaxation in a massage chair. It is perfect for a woman on the go. It is usually packed, so make an appointment. It is also one of the only places that still does a simple polish change. read more

I've been to this location once before and they did a very poor job; however, I was in a pinch today because my go-to nail salon (Nails on Neil) is closed on Mondays. I figured I would give Elite Nails a second chance. I walked in 45 minutes prior to closing and was asked what service I needed. I answered "gel manicure", to which the the employee responded that he had no more openings today. Never going to this unprofessional establishment again. read more
