Got a manicure with gel done here for a wedding! I called ahead and they were able to get me in quickly. Staff was kind and funny! They helped me pick a color with my dress. It was relaxing, efficient, and high quality. Loved how the nails turned out! read more

Ashley did a phenomenal job on my nails. She knew what I needed before I knew! The place was quiet and cozy and I experienced great customer service. The only thing that would improve the experience is a glass of wine! I will be back. read more

I have gone to elite several times and enjoyed my experience. My last visit was awful. The person doing my manicure used dirty instruments which has left me with an infection on both of my pinky fingers. The infection developed the day after my nails had got done. Very disappointed and will not be returning! Update: infection has still been developing for over a month now after being placed on 2 different antibiotics. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Lisa was as sweet as can be and she did a phenomenal job with acrylics! I was a walk in and they were super accommodating.

They always do a great job at acrylics here. They do simple designs and my nails never break/chip (when they do they fix it for free). I would recommend making an appointment first but good prices and services! Highly recommended! read more

ASHLEY! I just left my first ever appointment here, and my new set is the straightest, cleanest, and prettiest set I have ever had done. My nail artist, again ASHLEY, did her thing in like twenty-five minutes. She was by far the quickest artist I have ever had too, and her work is CLEAN. I got a basic color full acrylic set, and I am in love! Highly recommend! read more

I have been to this nail salon twice in a row. The customer service was poor both times and the nail tech rushed the job. I got dipping powder and within two weeks I needed another set because the nail broke or chipped. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but after my experience the second time around I know that I absolutely will not be back and will never recommend this place. read more

Stopped in at 415. As I'm standing there the phone rings. She decides to address the caller before me and tells them they can come at 5pm. As I'm checking in ( the shop has no customers waiting) she tells me I'll have to waiting until 630 to get serviced. She said it like it was a question knowing I wouldn't sit there for 2 1/2 hours in a empty shop to get my nails done. I never pull the race card but that's the only thing I'm guessing. read more

I've been going here for a couple years and I only leave happy 50 percent of the time. My nails were destroyed from dip I did not want, I have sat for 45 minutes with acetone to only remove the gel, my nails are almost never evenly cut and this last time I went was three days ago and they are chipped and bubbling. They are nice but I think I'm done going there. read more

I have been going to this place ever since I was in high school. Ashley has been doing my nails for years now and she is the only one who knows exactly what I like. They are all super nice! They recently revamped the place and have massage chairs now when you get pedis. I even had a little mini bridal party here with champagne and cheese, they are always accommodating and definitely recommend. read more

Not a great experience for me. Booking an appointment does not mean much as I still had to wait and sign in as if I didn't have an appointment at all. Color selection is also very minimal. Although they seem like a nice couple, having both of their children running around the shop isn't a great look especially when they continue to have to tend to them. No manicure was done on my actual nails. Just a use of the smoothing tool, nothing on my actual beds. Lastly, I would expect to leave with a little but of cuticle oil or even lotion. They provided neither. read more

Elite Nails - These are fresh from the salon. Dry hands and nail beds an absolute mess. - Nail Salons Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Been going here for years. Great customer service great prices and always the design. I'm looking for.

Beware: this salon charges you $6 to remove your existing dip (and I presume gel) polish before your new dip or gel application service. I can understand if removal is the only service you are requesting, but not when you are paying for new application. I've never had this experience at any other salon. It is not advertised, it appears as an item on your receipt. Dip powder $50 Removal $6 So with tax and tip = $70. My nails are sharp on the edges, not rounded. Color is meh. I regret popping into this salon when I was passing by in Worthington. I'll go back to my regular salon where they will remove this dip at no extra charge, and apply new dip for $48. Super disappointed. read more

The service was great and the staff was so nice and friendly. However, very over priced. They charged me adult prices for my 10 yr old daughter. Also, I got dip on my nails which has cracked on almost every nail and it hasn't been a week yet. My eyebrows look amazing though and that was a good price read more

Strictly nails. No fluff, no aromatherapy (in fact it kind of stinks), no pampering massages. Get in get out, get on with things...but don't count on the "walk-in's welcome" sign. Sure it's there, and they will honor it. But you might have to wait up to 30minutes for an open nail tech. If you do choose to walk in, opt for the less busy times: weekday afternoons, before 5p. Saturday's a pretty much always booked solid. The quality is outstanding! These guys know what they're doing and they do it fast. Sure they may speak to each other in their native language, and you might sometimes feel like they are talking about you, but you have nothing to worry about. Admire the beautiful buff and cuticle work. Then dream about how perfectly the OPI you selected will match you dress tonight. The prices are competitive (for this market, too bad we can't hop over to NYC every weekend for their $10 mani's). A basic manicure is $15, and mini pedicure is $35. Prices increase with each add on, but only by about $5 for each step up. read more

I've been here twice and plan on going back. I get basic manicures with Carolyn and she's great! She takes the time to do it right. I've been very happy both visits. No feeling of being rushed like some other small salons. Friendly service, no frills except hand massages but still the best manicures I've had since my previous manicurist left my last salon. Horrible experience. Very uncomfortable, she didn't clean my nails in between so it felt uncomfortable entire time and she was extremely slow. I asked for almond shape nails and she looked totally confused (how do you do nails and not know the shapes?). A coworker said something and I ended up with jaggedly edged and all different shaped nails. I felt bad to say anything because she was an older woman and so nice but she did a terrible job. I will not be returning. I'm embarrassed to even leave a picture they look so bad and now I have to go to another salon to get them fixed since I was too tired to deal with it after a long week. read more

I absolutely love the manicures here! I would go from salon to salon and never was fully satisfied, until I came across this place. They are very professional and always meet my highest expectations. Came here on July 10th. There was no wait and the staff is very very very friendly. It was a bit pricy but I really wanted a pedicure so I gave it a shot and boy was it worth it. They took their time on my feet and made them look amazing. The conversation was nice. My friend got a gel manicure and I was sooooo in Love with it. I would recommend 9/10. I will be back. I've gone here three times now and their gel manicures have always stayed on at least 4 weeks without chipping (whereas anywhere else I've gone it chips around 3 weeks). I was late to my appointment (which was my bad and I would've understood if they couldn't see me since they were busy) but they were really nice and accommodating and squeezed me in. My technician Mimi did a really good job on my gel and was very meticulous with every step (which I really appreciate and look for in a technician). Highly recommend their gel and really appreciate their customer service. read more

Amazing job! My nails have lasted 4weeka with no issues! Nails are symmetrical and perfect shape. Usually when I get gel or acrylic nails the nail tech will nick me but Henry is an ALL-STAR! Not 1 nic read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The manager was calling his employees idiots in the middle of me sitting there. I showed a picture of the shape and the girl doing mine did something completely horrible then the manager said I was being annoying. The person doing my nails was obviously stressed and was sanding down the side of my nail to the point where it was burning my skin. It looked ridiculous and it was painful. He asked me to stay longer to take it off but I could not sit there for another second. This is my hands with half the dip powder on it because I couldn't stand to be in the presence of someone so demeaning. If I am going to pay $65 for something that lasts two weeks, you sure can manage to want to fix something or give someone a good experience. Also why would you call your employees idiots when then can clearly hear you? I'm a pretty understanding person but this was absolutely horrible. read more

Everyone was super friendly and informative. I was very happy with my Acrylic Nails! She did a great job and really took her time perfecting them. They have never looked better! However, I was charged $5 extra because my nails were "long" and I was told if I wanted them longer it would be $10 more. This is disappointing considering One, they aren't even long, they are just a bit longer than as short as they can make them. So basically, I was charged $5 to get them anything but as short as they can make them. Two, this was mentioned NOWHERE on their website, or price list in the salon. I was told this as she was about to cut my nails. I am wondering if they charge this EVERY TIME I get a balance, or just when I am getting a new set put on? Can anyone help? If they charge this every time, I will be very disappointed and will probably be looking for a new salon that won't charge extra for this. read more

Do not come here. Not only did they overcharge me, they didn't even do a good job on my nails. I asked for dip with extensions and even showed a picture but had a completely different outcome. I was here last week and I was not impressed. First of all, if I'm going to pay $72 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I'd expect to sit in an actual pedicure chair. What's what you say? You would too? Well, think again. At Elite Nails, the pedicure chairs in the back are used for employees to lounge in when they don't have a customer. You, the customer, get to sit in a desk chair with your feet soaking in a portable pedicure bath (Yes, the kind that you could do yourself at home. But I digress...). As far as the gel manicure, it turned out pretty well. But fast forward one week later, and my nails are completely peeling off. Normally, my gel manicure will last for 3 weeks before I experience any sort of peeling. Long story short, I'm not coming back here. For $72, I would rather go to an actual salon and listen to something other than people shouting across the room and The Ryan Seacrest Show blasting on the radio while I sit in a desk chair soaking my feet in an over-priced, glorified bucket. No thanks. read more

Don't expect to have a relaxing mani/pedi here...but you can expect fast and easy service. I go here often on my lunch break for a gel manicure. I'm in and out in 30 minutes and pay less than $30 each time. I would never get a pedicure here as there are no chairs and it looks extremely uncomfortable to sit in the manicure chairs with your feet in a bucket. The place isn't that clean and the staff won't talk to you...BUT, if you're just looking for a fast, cheap manicure, this place is perfect. read more

The BEST nail salon I have been to in Columbus! Elite Nails is awesome - they have great prices, they do a meticulous job on nails (incredibly careful and perfectionist), and above all they are all friendly and nice! Every single technician is great, but I especially love Carolyn and the owner (I do not know her name but she is the first desk on the right when you walk in). I always book an appointment but they do take walk-ins too. The shellac manicures I get usually last ~3 weeks and if you just do a color change & soak-off it costs less than $30 (excluding tip). I can't say enough good things about this place - they are my favorite nail salon I've been to and I will be a devoted customer for years to come. read more

I got a mani on natural nails as a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon. Pros: They fit me in right away and the price was right ($16 mani.) The mani lasted about a week before starting to chip, which wasn't as long as I had hoped for, but wasn't that big of a deal. It looked great, cleaned up my cuticles well, and shaped my nails nicely. Cons: The mani station I was sitting at was filthy...nail clippings, dusty...it sort of grossed me out and my standards for a $16 are pretty low. The polishes looked a little old/nearing empty, too. Next time, I'll pass, even if it's farther from home. read more

I hate to give such a low score when I had great customer service here! My technician was very friendly and efficient, spoke more English than is normal for the places around, but my pedicure did not last a day! I was given a gift certificate for a pedicure so was trying to go in without high expectations but I read in some reviews that they do not use the massage chairs which was pretty upsetting. I wasn't asked if I wanted to upgrade as I guess you have to do for the massage chairs. Maybe I should have spoken up but the bowl and chair was already set up for me so I didn't. Everything about my technician was great- nice quick massage and she did a great job with painting but it started to chip later that day. Less than 4 days later as I'm enjoying the beach in Mexico there were so many chipped spots that I had to have them redone at the resort salon! Sorry to say I won't be returning. read more

overcharged for gel and rushed through my nails also very unfriendly service. wouldn't go back

Good. Efficient. High Quality. Really good nail colors to choose from. I finally found the perfect orangey coral. My pedi is still going strong and it's been at least 2 weeks. They are maybe somewhere in their ancestry from Asia but they definitely spoke English as well as I do. The two I spoke with probably grew up in Ohio. To tell you the truth, I think I would have preferred a little "native language"...would have made me feel back at home in SoCal. I only gave it 4 stars 'cause I did feel it was a little pricey. $40 for a pedicure and I wasn't even in a spa chair. And I had to find the nail dryer myself and turn it on myself. Not quite the extra mile in customer service. read more
