This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting my nails and toes done, and I…read morewill not be returning. I paid $120 for a pedicure and an acrylic rebase with black French tips. From the beginning, the experience felt unprofessional. During my pedicure, the technician repeatedly answered her phone and there was very little communication about what I actually wanted. When I asked for a different pink base color, instead of showing me another option, I was basically told no and that the pink she chose would look good. As the paying customer, I should be able to choose the color I want on my own nails. I also already had acrylic on my toes when I came in. They had visible length and a defined square shape. Without really asking me how short I wanted them, she filed them down significantly. By the end of the pedicure, some of my toes were filed so short that there is barely any point in having acrylic on them anymore. I have before-and-after photos showing the difference, and I actually preferred how my toes looked before this appointment. My manicure was just as disappointing. The black French tips were uneven and inconsistent from nail to nail. The thickness and shape of the French varies, and even the black polish itself is uneven, some areas are opaque while other areas are noticeably more transparent. I was unhappy enough that I actually returned to the salon and gave them an opportunity to correct my nails. Unfortunately, even after they were "fixed," I was still unhappy with the finished result. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that because the French was painted by hand rather than by a machine, every nail was going to look different. I was also told that because I received a rebase rather than a brand-new full set, I shouldn't expect my nails to look like a new set or exactly like my reference picture. I completely understand that a rebase is different from a brand-new full set, and I never expected an exact replica of an inspiration photo. However, that does not explain uneven French lines, inconsistent polish coverage, or a lack of attention to detail. Hand-painted does not mean that every nail should look noticeably different. The most frustrating part is that my outgrown nails looked better before I walked into this salon than they did after paying to have them refreshed. I went in wanting to leave feeling polished and happy with my nails and toes, and instead I left regretting having them done at all. Between the uneven finished work, my acrylic toes being filed significantly shorter without properly discussing the length with me, the technician repeatedly answering her phone during my pedicure, the lack of communication about what I wanted, and the way my concerns were addressed afterward, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. For $120, I expected significantly better workmanship, customer service, and professionalism. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem and I am still unhappy with the result. I will never return to this salon.

Within 2 hours after my nails were done, the shellac polish literally fell off whole on my two middle nails. By bedtime, 2 more had popped off (thumb and pointing finger). By Monday, all polish had popped off whole. It didn't peel or chip... it just popped off like press on nails. Mid manicure, a man walked in and they switched technicians in me. I have never had this experience before with shellac polish. He clearly didn't know what he was going. The first technician also cut my cuticle when preparing my nails. I started bleeding and they put some sort of solution on it to stop the bleeding. Didn't work. Terrible job and a waste of time and money. I will never return.

***The man put his hands on me and my car, just read to the bottom please****…read more My mom and I got acrylic sets and a pedicure. They did mine at the same time so I didn't get to enjoy the pedicure as I was having to twist sideways the whole time. I had on black nail polish which I know isn't the best to get off. So he's doing my nails and he left black all over my fingers, under my nails, on my nails and on my cuticles. So when he was done you could see black through the nude color and it just looked bad. I asked him to take off the black and he wiped it off my fingers but not the nail so I had to ask him for some nail polish remover so I could do it myself and I did. They looked really bad. That and my fingers being glued and ripped from the nails. Just overall he was rude, talked me out of the shape I wanted, jerked my hands around, kept drilling after I flinch etc. I was pretty upset as I was going to have to redo them at home because they were so rushed and careless. Anyway. When it came time to pay I told her I didn't feel comfortable paying full price for something that one looked bad, and two, I was going to have to go home and fix them, anyone would have, and three he was rude to me from the beginning. So I said that and she and the man starts yelling at me from across the salon. Telling me It's my fault for using cheap polish, that my nails were "already dirty" before I got there, and my skin was "dry as fuck" is what he said. Which isn't true, I just came off of a shift from a clinic where I wear gloves and wash my hands hundreds of times lol. So I told them I would pay for everything and tip but I was going to pay for half of the acrylic set. I didn't need the shit talking in front of all kinds of other clients. All three of them just start screaming at me talking shit, I kept trying to pay and they would not stop yelling or take my money. So I put my money on the counter and I started to walk out because we weren't getting anywhere and he was just insulting me. I walked outside to my car with my mom and he runs out and starts YANKING at my door handle and door trying to pry my door open and has nail clippers in his hand trying to cut the acrylic nails off. HE GRABBED MY FINGERS and tried to rip my nails off, I shit you not. I asked them to get away from my car and they wouldn't. He looked evil Im not even joking. He was just hateful hateful badmouthing us. I never got the chance to speak as they were both SCREAMING over me and my mom. The other woman opened my moms door and was standing pretty much in my car demanding the money. It was insane. 10/10 do not recommend.
